Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Negativ: ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

My child cannot stand still for long and runs away. When I stopped him to talk him though the process so he doesn’t run, we got hurried. Empathy will go a long way...."

Positiv: "Ich flog dir Strecken Frankfurt - Kuala Lumpur sowie Bangkok - Frankfurt mit jeweils Zwischenstopp in Muscat. Bei diesem Flug verzichtete ich auf das "Supper". Deshalb konnte ich dank der geraden Liegefläche mehr als 4 Stunden durchschlafen. Das funktioniert in der Economy nicht."

Positiv: "Das war mein erster Business Class Flug. Und es ist schon schön, mehr Platz, weniger Leute pro Toilette , und ein drei Gänge Menü zu haben. Die Lage der Lounge in Frankfurt war für mich zu ungünstig, habe ich deshalb nicht genutzt. Auf Langstrecke mache ich das bestimmt wieder."

We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again."

Then at airport was told i missed my flight...completely maddening and had to throw a fit before they finally booked us on the flight we were told by phone we had yet didnt seem to register in their systems."

Negativ: "Der Flieger, der anscheinend fix zwischen München und Muscat pendelt ist bereits über seine besten Jahre hinaus. Neben vielen kleinen, kosmetischen Mängeln, die mich nicht weiter stören, waren etliche Kopfhörer defekt, die Bildschirme in den Rückenlehnen lassen sich zwar klappen, kippen aber immer in die "nach unten Position" zurück, was das Multimediaangebot nahezu ungenießbar macht. Außer man stopft diverse Gegenstände zwischen Sitzlehne und Monitor, sodass dieser seine Position hält. Das Personal könnte öfter mit einem Getränkeangebot durchgehen. 2x ein kleines Becherchen in 6 Stunden finde ich wenig und bewirkt, daß reger Verkehr zwischen Küche und Sitzplätzen herscht (nervig). Der Sitzabstand für Personen über 1,85m ist auch mehr als bescheiden. Um die Knie zusammenzubringen muß man ganz aufrecht, im Anschlag an die Rückenlehne sitzen, was meines Erachtens keiner macht, geschweigedenn durchhält. Allerdings ist dieser Umstand mittlerweile bei fast allen Fluggesellschaften zu verzeichnen. Aber mit Recht kann man die Economy als "Schweineklasse" bezeichnen, weil genauso wird man eingepfercht."

Negativ: "This is an international flight which didnt have an in seat entertainment. They didnt announce anything and this is the only airline where they serve the food without even checking if you want or not. It was a mid night flight and i was fast asleep after take off. They woke me up and just threw the food on the table and walked off. Another first of its kind is they serve solid food first and followed by drinks so even if you are thirsty, you have to wait. All juice will be served later. and the most uncomfortable old seats. Probably they use different flights for different sectors and to India, they consider every passenger as just "cattle" class and use the worst flight they have. But no other option. There are few direct flights and this is the only choice. So have to fly with them again unfortunately."
