This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

Negativ: "Gepäckbuchung bei momondo war so unübersichtlich, dass eines für den Hinflug fehlte. Zum Glück habe ich das vorher gemerkt, musste aber es teurer bei Ryanair nachbuchen. Das Boarding wurde so früh angesetzt, dass alle Passagiere 30 Minuten auf engem Raum standen, obwohl direkt hinter uns die Sitze des Wartebereichs waren. Trotz eines freien Platzes neben mir wurde meine Frau aufgefordert, auf ihren Platz zurück zu kehren wegen der Balance des Flugzeugs. Als wäre es eine Chesna. Wenn sie wenigstens ehrlich gewesen wären, dass sie uns erziehen wollen die Sitzplatzreservierung zu kaufen."

Negativ: "The flight was great as all the passengers from the stag parties where all sleeping it off"

Positiv: "Wir sind pünktlich gestartet, das einchecken und boarding ging relativ zügig und die Koffer waren auch schnell da. Von daher gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Dass man für Essen und Trinken bezahlen muss, weiß man ja vorher, dafür sind die Tickets ja auch günstig."
Negativ: "Die Ansagen sind sehr undeutlich und das Personal wirkt bei manchen Dingen, wie die Sicherheitsvorschriften, etwas gelangweilt. Die Landung war etwas holprig, aber das gibt es nun mal. Man hat am Flughafen lange Wege zu Fuß, also mit dem boarding nicht zu lange warten."

Negativ: "Der Mitflug wurde uns auf Grund von Unwissenheit der Check In Dame über Einreisebestimmungen untersagt. Diverse Telefonate zu Momondo sowie Ryanair konnten uns in der Kürze Vorort nicht weiterhelfen!"

Positiv: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"

Negativ: "Also, das hat war ein etwas länger Flug, sollte mann mindestens Wässer bekommen. Wir müssten für alles zählen Getränke oder Essen und es gab keine echt fair Preis."

Positiv: "Der Flug ist pünktlich gestartet. Die Bordkarten gab es 4 Tage vorher nur gegen Aufpreis. Die Gebühren für Aufgabegepäck sind so hoch, dass man nicht von einer "Billigfluggesellschaft" sprechen kann: Bei je 1 Aufgabegepäckstück für zwei Personen werden für Hin-und Rückflug wegen des Umstiegs in Bergamo acht Gepäckstücke berechnet!"

Negativ: "Stood st the gate 30 minutes and then they changed the gate. Went to the new gate, stood in line again and they changed the gate AGAIN. Walked to the new gate and stood in line about another 30 minutes then once checked in and walked down the jetway, we were stopped again and had to wait!! Then we were delayed on the jetway waiting to load bags and once we started going, there were several planes ahead of us so we sat on the tarmac and waited some more. Flight arrived in Dublin more than 2 hours late!"

Negativ: "Difficult to change anything with the reservation. 1.5 delay with no explanation, constant queuing and overall exhausting and unpleasant."

Negativ: "Had tickets with reserved seats. Check-in counter opened only shortly before flight. I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."

Negativ: "Inlandflug wurde verweigert, da Ausweis mit Lichtbild vergessen. Briefdokument war nicht ausreichend. Trotz Online-Check-in und positiver Sicherheitsprüfung, wurde man beim Boarding abgewiesen.. Geld weg.. Wenigstens der Sitznachbar wird sich gefreut haben. Keine andere Fluglinie verlangt gerade bei Inlandsflügen noch zusätzlich einen Ausweis. Voll hinter der Zeit.. :("

Positiv: "Das Flugzeug war nicht dauber. Especially klemmten noch benutzte Papiertücher zwischen den Sitzen und es war sehr staubig"

Positiv: "Flug Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das zusätzliche Handgepäck wurde aufgegeben."
Negativ: "Der Flug hatte ca. 1 Stunde Verspätung. Es dauerte sehr lange bis das Gepäck am Zielort erschien."

Negativ: "Delayed. This happens so it's fine. We get to the gate to then have to load our own non priority bags on the baggage carriage ourselves with people pushing others off the back side (accidentally). That was not well orgakised at all. I don't understand why we have to pay to sit together? Seat here available to have people sit together. It's a terrible money making tool especially if you have older children who are nervous flyers it means you have no choice but to pay which is unfair"

Positiv: "Das Personal war sehr nett, das Flugzeug war neu und sauber das eigentliche einsteigen und hinsetzen in die Maschine ging, dank der Möglichkeit vorne und hinten einzusteigen sehr zügig. Gerne öfter diese Möglichkeit."
Negativ: "Der Flug war verspätet. Es gab keine Info weder Online noch vor Ort, dass es eine Verspätung gibt. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen gab es einen Unfall auf der Autobahn aus diesem Grund sind wir zum Gate gelaufen, was wir allerdings nicht hätten machen brauchen. Das Bording hatte nicht mal angefangen. Wir hätten uns noch in ruhe etwas am Flughafen kaufen können (was der ursprüngliche Plan war) und uns kein Stress machen müssen bzgl. des Abfluges. Schlecht finde ich auch die neue Policy von RyanAir, dass man nur noch eine kleine Tasche mit an Bord nehmen darf. Geldmacherei."

Negativ: "Es war so kalt in der Maschine , dass sich fast alle Passagiere ihre Jacken anzogen. Auf meine Bitte nach einer Decke, erwiderte mir die Stewardess dass es so etwas bei Ryanair nicht gibt....wahrscheinlich sparen die auch an der Heizung. Ich bin seit dem Flug erkältet!"
