Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Negativ: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

The new seats are hard as a rock and don't recline. Cramped is an understatement. The tray table is literally the same size as the tray itself. Did TAP build a mock up of this before production?!? You get to hold your drink and put your silverware in your lap while you eat. Food was too hot to open foil, and once opened was mediocre at best. Entertainment?!? Literally nonexistent. Well actually in the fancy seats beyond economy there is a little slot to attach a phone or tablet on the back of the seat. So your entertainment is whatever you brought. I guess the touchscreen/on demand entertainment I remember from the early 2000's is too high tech for TAP."

If it was for them, I would have stayed in the airport until I died they wouldn't have cared. I have traveled a bit and I don't think I've ever experienced something like that. I am from a under developed country, so I do understand low quality of service but this is just a matter of being human. Thanks to my friends and family in the US and via internet access I was able to purchase another ticket since I was told that because my ticket couldn't be refunded (???) I couldn't simply pay a penalty and be placed on the next flight. If you are someone of African ascendance and do not want to be treated like fecal matter in human form, avoid that airline. My great aunt is from Maroc and she's an amazing person. I guess they don't make them like that in Maroc anymore."

Negativ: "The attitude of the flight staff toward the passengers could be best described as somewhere between prison warden transporting felons and grade school teacher who hates children leading a field trip. To begin with, our flight closed down boarding over an hour before the take off time. When I asked why the flight boarded so early, a flight attendant snapped at me that it was not early. Okay then. Our flight was two hours delayed (so we sat there for three hours) and during that time I asked for a glass of water and was yelled at to sit back down. I attempted to use the bathroom and was yelled at to sit back down. Other passengers became desperately thirsty and antsy, and they were also yelled at by the staff. I was anticipating another full day of traveling after my flight so I attempted to sleep as soon as the lights went off. I was woken up at midnight because the woman, who I assume had never flown on an airplane before, sitting behind me wanted me to lift my seat up while she ate her dinner. Everyone else on the flight was eating with the seat in front of them reclined, but of course I was woken up, yelled at by the staff, and had my seat forcibly returned to the upright position. When breakfast came around, I was deep in sleep, and the flight attendant snapped my seat up (waking me up) without even asking. I was the only person on the flight who had their seat snapped to the upright position for breakfast this way. They also demanded the pillows and blankets be returned over an hour before landing time. It was service so outrageously bad that the entire experience felt surreal, and I had to keep checking with my friend that the events I was experiencing were actually happening."

After that, the flight was much more comfortable for me. Entertainment options were good. Food was okay. Dreamliner is nice."
Negativ: "Connecting to this flight was sheer chaos. Security was COMPLETELY UNPREPARED for our incoming flight from Marrakech and for the scrum of us who had to sort of force our way through the "line" (if it can be called that) in order to make the flight to NYC."

Negativ: "The staff at the airport were un respectful. I didn't have idea about the new technology rule to travel from MOROCCO TO USA, and my son's ipad was the problem. He didn't has patient and he was attending in business class and he said he'll not attend more and make me with my son of 5 yrs do again the line and when I asked for the manager he wa."

Negativ: "It was bad enough having to do the extra security check at the gate but then after boarding we sat for an hour during which time the plane completely shut down multiple times. We ended up taking off an hour after our scheduled departure time."

Positiv: "Extra leg room. Technology for the movies/tv is much better -- can stop and start movies whenever. No fee charged to watch them! Very nice flight staff. New airplanes. Offered pillow, blanket, 2 meal services on both flights."
Negativ: "Need ice! And also -- carry on luggage fees or extra bag fee is ridiculous. $150! That would be a reason not to fly the airline. Need to reduce this to $50."

Positiv: "The food was just okay."
Negativ: "Boarding at CMN was the most disorganized mess I have EVER seen with people just jumping in wherever they felt like it and the gate attendants chatting, giggling and taking their time. The air on the plane was not up enough so it was incredibly HOT the entire flight. In fact, there was a baby across the aisle screaming the entire flight because she was overheating. The crew did nothing to help the situation and were only around to deliver food/drinks and that was about it. There was no entertainment so that made the flight even more unbearable. I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette smoke and someone was CLEARLY smoking on board the plane somewhere but the crew did nothing about that either. The crew was significantly more rude on this leg from CMN to CKY and I am not sure if they feel this is acceptable because of their destination but I can tell you that it is NOT! Everyone on board is a paying customer and deserves the same respect. Also, please do not assume that everyone on board speaks the same 2 languages."
