The film program is not intetesting enough to justify this decision."

Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."

The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time."

Plus they changed our last leg without informing us that it was an hour and a half later. Then it was delayed. We left SF airport the time we were meant to be landing in SLC. That is a lot of extra time after a 11 hour flight. We were exhausted and not able to get home and sleep."

Negativ: "I booked through the United website as trip from US, have Silver status on United, and Lufthansa's policies of not allowing advance (1-2 mo before flight) seat selection (never on UA nor LH websites) are just horrible. Hard to get through on 800 number, and 1 day before trip answer was still to do it in Frankfurt. Economy plus was $1000 more/person, and even then no guarantee I could choose a seat far in advance. Then, at computer kiosk in Frankfurt, they had a wrong diagram of the plane,as we ended up on what turned out to be a no-recline row which I would never get. I'm 6'2", 230lbs, and wasn't able to sleep on that flight. Had I been able to reserve a seat behind a bulkhead or in exit row 2mos in advance, I would have been fine."

Negativ: "I'm not sure if I missed the fine print saying this flight is operated by United or if it wasn't started at all, but it was a complete surprise on the day of travel to discover that what I thought would be a Lufthansa flight was instead operated by one of my least favorite airlines, one that I normally avoid booking with, for the transcontinental leg of my trip. Because of this, when I tried to upgrade my seat upon checking in, the Lufthansa website redirected me to the United website which in turn just gave me an error. I ended up in a shitty seat for 11 hours. The crew were fine but the quality of the food and snacks served was pretty mediocre and it was clearly an old plane, the Economy seats didn't have individual screens for personal entertainment, we had to watch whatever was shown on the screens for the entire cabin. These small things matter when you're stuck in a seat for 11 straight hours. If I had known it was United I wouldn't have selected this flight."
Positiv: "Turbulence after take-off from Frankfurt but captain kept us informed of this and its expected duration which was a nice touch. Flight attendants were good and attentive. We were in economy so by those standards the flight was relatively comfortable. Flight arrived ahead of schedule."
Negativ: "United flies an old 747. There was no personal entertainment system. My particular flight on 8/2/2017 was delayed for over 20 hours and eventually canceled."

Didn't receive email and called again, were told that it was fixed in the system. Checked in for first flight and original seats were back, were told we had to fix when boarding. Called support again they told us the same thing. Agent at gate rudely said "no chance at all"."

Negativ: "Ground staff was unprofessional. Poor flight service. The flight was operated by United and yet keep stating it is Lufthansa. I have been flying since 1999 and this was the worst experience I had."

Negativ: "We were on the tarmac without air conditioning for over an hour and a half with (per usual) very little information about our situation. Pilots told us that we'd be moving in 10 minutes. An hour later it was the same message again. Why do you do this? Keeping your passengers in extreme heat without explanation is not only unacceptable, it's cruel. Flight attendants claimed to also not know what the situation was. They were kind and offered us water but couldn't clarify what was happening or how long we would be suffering. The "wifi" didn't work. There wasn't enough food, drink or snacks for everyone on the plane so those of us in the back got leftovers or fewer choices."

Negativ: "The entertainment app was not once able to play a movie or tv show due to error code 3500 which was likely due to a high number of people accessing the app. Not a lot of leg space and the plane seemed a bit dated."

All coach seats will be terrible on a 12 hour flight...I had exit row "window"...no window, and the slide mechanism consumed all my leg room. But, I could get out, if I needed, and I could lean on the bulkhead. Most of the crew were fine, but some were a bit directive and one appeared to be going through the motions."
