Huge leg room and wide seats (only 8 seats per row in a B777, other airlines usually have 9 or even 10 seat per row, this parity to some eco plus seats) Good entertaining system with good choice of new movies."
Negativ: "The boarding process was a bit unfortunate. But this might have something to do with Oneworld and not only JAL. Sapphire and Ruby members board at the same time, making the boarding process a bit crowded for a elite member. But apart from that he boarding was well organized."

I would definitely recommend JAL to others."

JAL did all these arrangements without us requesting it. They also were very polite and got our luggage in time to be on the flight with us. JAL is truly a top airline in the world."

Negativ: "I have purchased Japan Airline to travel but unexpectedly I had to deal with American Air for half of my flight. God help them please. It was hell from start to finish. Japan Air, I feel sorry for you that your alliance with American Air."

Negativ: "Our flight was delayed for two hours. We have a connecting flight from Osaka to Los Angeles, which we were worried we couldn't make it. They told me the flight will wait for us because there were 20 plus people also need to get on that plane. When the time of boarding we heard they were calling us to the front and explained the flight we were suppose to be connecting already took off. They had to booked us to another airline. We were extremely disappointed! We asked if we could took another Japanese airline but they said our luggages were already transferred to that airline and the tickets were printed! Mosf importantly we have already waited in airport 5 hours and they needed us to wait for another 3 hours! Very bad experience with how they dealing with this situation!"

Negativ: "To Osaka was very good. Return flight back to US was mediocre. Flight attendant was forgetful about getting even water even with a half full flight."

Negativ: "Checking in with Japan Airlines was a serious hassle. I had my e-ticket but they kept asking me if I had already paid. The flight was apparently overbooked but than at the last minute, they gave me and my girlfriend seats separated from each other. I sat in the back, she sat in front. The tickets also had trouble scanning and kayak isn't a known agency."

Positiv: "The stewardess of the flight from LA to Osaka was awesome , I don't remember her exactly name , I think she is older then other crew members working that day on economy class . She was very professional , serving customer with the best she can. Always smiles. I feel good whenever I see her walks by, smile and very professional When the meal was serve but they only had one dish to choose instead of two ( I guess that day Chicken Masala dish was high on demand so there are only Japanese dish left) she said we are so sorry with a very sincere gesture , I chose Japanese food because I like Japanese food anyway , she politely thanks me for my choice and later bring a bag of small mix snack for me and said thank you for being flexible . Later on, when we getting off the airplane she even helped me to stroll my carry on out to the airplane because I was carry too many stuffs with me and my daughter being so tired of the long flight so I have to comforted my daughter . The stewardess saw that and helping me a hand . I wish every airlines has someone like this crew member . Thank you so much for the awesome service on Japan Airlines."

The hostesses were super friendly always offering some sort of beverage, the food was tasty (Be careful not to drop noodles on yourself like I did, those bad boys left a little mark). The video selection wasn't huge, but it was definitely adequate with good titles. Maybe I haven't noticed this before in other airlines, but they had new toothbrushes (packaged, not someone's forgotten toothbrush) in the restroom so the poor sap next to me didn't have to smell my stinky breath. Finally, they were quick with boarding! They were very punctual and we took off right when we got on, so nice!"
Negativ: "The seats were pretty adequately sized, however, I felt like I couldn't lay back too far or if the the person in front of me did, it made it really difficult to get the seats. Also, I thought it was my headphones, but it happened on a couple of flights with different headphones, but the audio only comes out of one earphone which was slightly annoying... Other than those things, JAL is super solid and I would recommend it to anyone considering them."

Was nervous that we weren't going to sit together but fortunately everything worked out & we were all together in the same row. We flew Economy class."

I wish the chairs either didn't do this or the flight attendants would have said something. I didn't feel like I had the authority to do anything about it. Also it was so warm! I have no idea if there was a fan."

Positiv: "Overall, the Singapore Airlines team are always professional and friendly. They pay attention to every detail and try to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible. One of my favorite things about this airline is that snack and juice are readily available throughout the entire flight without bothering the flight attendants, say in the middle of the night. This includes fresh fruit and juice, which in my book is a huge plus. Their bathrooms are always clean and include extra cosmetic amenities."
Negativ: "Sometimes I feel like the cuisine is a bit too Asian and spicy. I had the fish curry and paid for it later in the flight in the bathroom, if you know what I mean. Also I was disappointed that I could not continue the same movie on this flight, as my previous flight, despite both flights being Singapore Air and using the KrisWorld entertainment system. I think the movies should be the same on each flight. However, the wide selection was great and I watched something else instead and really enjoyed the music selection."

They are talked so loudly,drunk and the smell very bad.you know i couldn’t sleep but When They are asking for more wine and the cabin crew also give it for them, i cant belived it!!!. And another guy he want to enjoy with them and asked me to change a sit, i want to sleep and i though it will be better for me. But its not. They are talked more louder. And the problem is when they are getting drunk, the guy back to his sit and take something in his cabin, because he can not control his actions so some stuff from his bag drop down over my head also my body. I was mad but how should i do? Point at his face and tell something bad? Oh i can not. canbin crew just comes and say sorry with me. That is a bad flight that i ever had. You treat customers well but you should have a limit. Im so disappointed about my flight of that day. Thank you"

Getränke gab es auch fast nur zu den Mahlzeiten. Durst! Service war wenig aufmerksam. Der A380 sah schon etwas ramschig aus und das IFE war älterer Generation. Zudem sehr viel Werbung vor Filmen. Irgendwann fing eine roten Flüsssigkeit an, auf uns zu tropfen. Wein. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Crew hierfür zu erhalten war schwierig. Schließlich fanden sie die Ursache (zerbrochene Weinflasche in Business auf dem Oberdeck) und setzten uns um. Schwach. Wir werden Emirates in Zukunft möglichst meiden."

Positiv: "Gefallen haben die neue Kabine, das technisch aktuelle IFE und die Holzoptik-Akzente um Fenster und in den Toiletten."
Negativ: "Unser Flug hatte 6 Stunden Verspätung. Morgens um 04:00 Uhr durften wir zwei Stunden Schlange stehen, um einzuchecken und einen neuen Anschluss zu bekommen. Wir konnten aber keinen alternativen Zielflughafen wählen. Das wäre vielleicht in DXB möglich gewesen. Nicht in HKG. Abflugzeit war plötzlich ca. 30 Minuten früher, als man uns am Vorabend gesagt hatte. Also zum Gate gehetzt, nachdem Checkin endlich absolviert war - und dann doch noch eine weitere Stunde Verspätung gehabt. Im Flug Nachtcatering für Tagflug - zuerst Frühstück, später ein leichtes Mittagessen (ursprünglich Mitternachtssnack). Das hätte man in 6 h umplanen können. Zu schlechter Letzt gab es kaum Getränkeservice und die Crew schien die meiste Zeit schwatzend hinter geschlossenen Vorhängen in der Galley zu verbringen. Schon recht unprofessionell."

Negativ: "For large number of passengers, boarding is impossibly slow. I don't understand why, after boarding the priority passengers, airline don't board the rest of us from the back of the plane to the front. Doing it the other way makes us stumble across the front seated passengers who are busy stowing their carry-ones. This causes a bottleneck in boarding. Also, there are too many checks on us, which also slows things down. Also, Emirates advertises: one carry-on item of less than 15 pounds. On this flight I would say that at least 75% of the passengers violated this with large and multiple carry-ons. This is unfair to those of us who try to go by the rules."

Negativ: "the ground staff of emirates was giving me a very hard time and almost i missed my flight in 1 minute left because of giving wrong information regarding departure section (blue color polo shirt staff) after immigration stamp exit they are standing there and you are in right place terminal but sending u in other wrong floor to get shuttle bus to go in terminal 2 and the other ground staff (emirates staff) even telling same but once I reach terminal 2 they send me back in terminal 3 again. the worse part is the shuttle bus OMG very slow like a turtle to send u back in terminal 3 again. I wish it never happen to anyone as well. running until the last minutes even I came early its like nothing, very bad experience. (the bad things is I suppose to have flight morning but because I came late 1hr and departure stop from it. I cannot have the flight so I rebook the morning flight to afternoon flight like a bought a new flight roundtrip just to catch up for my day but. so imagine if I missed my afternoon flight too because of wrong information given by ground crew staff , who will pay for my flight? its me again and bad thing I need to wait until next day to catch up another flight incase:("

This caused me & my boyfriend to miss a ferry we were scheduled to take in Krabi. We lost almost an entire day of our trip because of this."

The chairs have everything you need with two pockets, USB, power outlet, and stereo headphone jacks (it looks like the old school dual mono with two prongs but just plug into the right one for stereo). The entertainment was superb with very recent films (although they were censored which sucks) and a responsive unit and nice remote."

Das habe ich an Thai Airways weitergeben. Der Transport vom Auto bis zum Einstieg ins Flugzeug wurde super durchgeführt. Check In, Passkontrolle bis zum Bording war Klasse. Auch wurde alles an München weitergegeben, so dass auch da der Transport vom Flieger bis zur Abholung vom Parkservice hervorragend klappte. Danke an Thai Airways und auch an der Münchner Flughafen"

Negativ: "Beim Online Checkin haben wir festgestellt, dass wir nicht nebeneinander sitzen. Die Plätze zu ändern war leider nicht möglich, somit mussten wir auf den Online Checkin verzichten. Am Flughafen mussten wird dann auch mehrmals nachfragen und bitten bis und die Dame nebeneinander setzte. Die Auswahl an Filmen war etwas mager."

Positiv: "Sehr ruhiger Flug. Kurzeitige Turbulenzen, die jedoch vom Piloten angekündigt wurden und daher nicht überraschend kamen."
Negativ: "Die Filmauswahl war leider nur sehr mäßig und gering. Das Essen war Ok, jedoch war unsere Dame ziemlich genervt und man musst sich mit dem Essen und Trinken sehr beeilen, da sehr flott wieder alles abgeräumt wurde."

Positiv: "Sehr ruhiger Flug ohne Turbulenzen. Für die kurze Strecke ein sehr großer und komfortabler Flieger (A330)"

Negativ: "Beim Check In wurde mein Wunsch nach einem Platz am Gang ignoriert. So musste ich in der Mitte Sitzen."

Negativ: "Beim Online Checkin waren keine 2 Sitze nebeneinander verfügbar. Beim Checkin am Flughafen war zusammensitzen dann trotzdem möglich."

Positiv: "Netter Service wie fast immer auf ThaiAirways Flügen. Pünktliche Ankunft in Singapur."
Negativ: "Veraltetes Inflight System mit sehr kleinen Bildschirmen, da Flug auf einer älteren Boing 747 statt fand. Sehr langer Weg bis zum Gate am Flughafen in Bangkok."

Negativ: "Anscheinend Unstimmigkeiten der Passagier- Zahl führte zu langem Rollweg und Aussteigen über Gangway und Bus. Dadurch 20 Minuten Verspätung, obwohl der Flug eigentlich pünktlich war. Es wurde 2* gezählt."
