"Zunächst wird bei der Lufthansa eine gegenderte Drohung ausgesprochen, nämlich, wenn die Gäste die Maske abnehmen sollten und sich den Anweisungen der Crew widersetzen sollten, würden die polizeilichen Organe am Bestimmungsort informiert. Das bringt schon mal "gute Laune" in die trotz 9 Mrd. Steuerzahlerstütze unveränderte Kabine. Die sieht dann auch so aus, als ob sie seit der letzten Stilllegung wegen Corona aus Kostengründen nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Die Businessclass ist ohnehin eine Zumutung, nämlich die gleiche Bestuhlung, wie in Economy, nur mit einem leeren Sitzplatz dazwischen. Lufthansa sollte sich einmal ein Beispiel an Turkish Airlines nehmen, die die Zeit des Lockdowns genutzt hat, um für die Gäste ein Upgrade in Ausstattung und Verpflegung zu organisieren, die ihresgleichen sucht, aber bei der Lufthansa sicher nicht findet."

Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . It also took a very long time to get a hotel assignment because I was stuck in Chicago overnight. The finnair air agents at ohare were not very understanding or helpful. I was sent from their line to American Airlines and then back again. They were slow. We waited in the line for a long time for someone to come and help us. overall they were not very apologetic regarding the fact that I was stuck there overnight. It took soooo long to get to the hotel. I arrived there well after midnight. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY FLIGHTS ARE BOOKED SO CLOSE TOGETHER. NO LAYOVER TIME IN BETWEEN MEANS MISSED CONNECTIONS! THIS HAPPENED BOTH WAYS ON MY TRIP. VERY ANNOYING"

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Negativ: "super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance. one rude steward (Miks) July 21 Flt. BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

Negativ: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Negativ: "We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"

Negativ: "This is an airline that has perfected the art of nickle-and-diming customers. One example: I asked for a glass of water. The smug flight attendant told me, “We only sell bottled water,” with a look that dared me to complain."

They don't even serve a glass of water, apparently they could not manage to integrate it in the ticket price. But they dare to get thirsty and unhappy customers on the plane. Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."

Positiv: "They did provide a 6 euro food voucher once it was clear the flight was going to be over 2 hours late. The flight and land crew did their best to keep everyone calm under bad circumstances."
Negativ: "Flight was just under 3 hours late (long enough to kill most of the day, but just under what is needed to pay compensation). First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."

Grundsätzlich finde ich internationales Personal super, aber es sollte dann bitte verständlich sein. Erst recht Durchsagen und Sicherheitshinweise. Leider haben die Passergiere versteckt die Augen verdreht und gelacht. Auch nicht in Ordnung!"
