Negativ: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time."

It was very crowded and the staff wasn’t too keen on taking plates from passengers after they’ve eaten so often we were stuck with our trays and couldn’t get up or move. They compensate with food and vouchers but that isn’t sufficient when you need to ensure your on time for a wedding!"

There was no sense of security or safety."

Negativ: "After arriving to Malaga airport to go home at the business class check in desk we were informed that the flight from Casablanca to jfk was canceled so they won’t let us on the Malaga Casablanca flight. I was very surprised as I didn’t get any alerts and I called the airline and everything seems to be on time and not canceled. We went to customer service of air moroc and after hour long investigation we found that that the flight wasn’t canceled but the airline didn’t want us in Casablanca to get on that flight because they gave our business class seats to other people. we called and complained but there was nothing we could do because we were blocked from flying and they wouldn’t board us. The computer system didn’t allow them. We asked if we were on the flight the next day and they couldn’t confirm. We were told that in 3 days we could get on a flight back to nyc. We bought separate last minute super expensive tickets from another airline and left that evening to Madrid, got a hotel there and left the next morning to Atlanta and then jfk. No one from the airline wanna help us and rebook the tickets. People over the phone were contradicting people at the Malaga airport. It was a nightmare."

Most of the crew had the most sour expression on their faces. Clearly didn't want to be of service to anyone. I had a very very bad experience with RAM several years back flying from Dakar to Casablanca and was horrified how rude the crew was to passengers. I was hoping things had improved, sadly not. There is a huge difference in how they treat passengers on flights in Africa and those to the US. Very disappointed. But at least the plane landed safe."

Passengers were placed in a shuttle bus which was stalled for several minutes and once dropped off at the tarmac, there was only one attendant rechecking passports and seat tickets at the stairs leading up to the aircraft which led to more bottleneck and pushing."
