Positiv: AirBerlin has always been a lovely little airline. Wonderful crew and pilots all around. A bit more expensive than the low cost carriers, but better flight times and a normal flight experience (or what used to be normal) was their forte.

Negativ: What I don't like. They don't know what they want to be. Not the crew or pilots, the executives. In September AirBerlin changed their policy of serving 'free' food on flights. I understand that they are competing with the Low Cost carriers (especially as O'Leary has set his sights squarely on AirBerlin), but charging flights that cost more than double of a low cost, yet offering the same experience of a low cost is a sure way to lose customers. Case and point: Flight to Vienna, we were offered complimentary sandwiches and drinks. Return flight, they charged for drinks and food. Which is it, AirBerlin? Either do complimentary food and drinks and keep your customers or keep you fares the same, charge for drinks and food and lose customers. But doing both with no rhyme or reason shows that those in charge do not understand their business.

Negativ: The landing. The pilot left a dent on the runway.

Positiv: Service is great def gonna use them more !!!!

Positiv: good price; flight and baggage arrived on time

Negativ: Really long line at the airport even though virtually everybody does check-in ahead on internet. Found it unpleasant and stressful to estimate luggage weight and pay for checked baggage online due to heavy $ penalty if you wait until you get to the airport. I believe this is done so that they don't have to staff the airport check-in desks more adequately. Seats were not comfortable (not much cushion) and leg room was tight.

Negativ: Having to wait several hours to confirm my booking. I wanted an immediate confirmation my flight was booked as my associate did.

Positiv: The amount of care from the crew was enough to give 5 stars, but there was also good choices of movies to watch, and no troubles while boarding.

Negativ: The seats can be a little small for someone who is 6'4, but that is my burden to bear. It was a little hard to check in online prior to getting to the airport.

Positiv: Good short flight, with free drinks/snack

Negativ: It was all fine

Positiv: Crew management of the situation, reserved a hotel with a breakfast for the whole passengers. that was nice but still .!!!

Negativ: Flight delayed for more than 1 hour first, then we boarded late, then they asked us to get down the flight (because of weather problems) we ended up in a hotel sleeping unitl the day after (12 hours overall)

Positiv: Service and comfort.

Negativ: It would be nice if both flights had vegetarian snacks and food options to accommodate this population of passengers. If 2 types of meals sre generally offered, it would be nice if both are not meat options, and one vegetarian.

Positiv: Good movie selection

Negativ: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.

Positiv: Some on crew lovely. Others terrible, bitter people, not at all suited for customer service.

Negativ: Disgusting food. Price gouging for checked baggage. Surly attitudes.

Positiv: Tap crew is very nice.

Negativ: No turbulence

Positiv: I LOVE the non-stop from PHX to FRA. There are not many direct flights to Europe from Phoenix, and I am very glad that this one exists.

Negativ: The flight was two hours delayed. Condor did not send out any information regarding the delay. Really appreciate it when other airlines do.

Positiv: Plane was nice. Good was great and there was plenty of it.

Negativ: Crew did a good job by I got the slight feeling they were working their way to their own vacation. Might have just been their youth.

Negativ: Boarding was done through a shuttle to the tarmac where the plane was parked. This eliminated the advantage of having boarding priority which was important since one person in our party had mobility issues.

Negativ: Snack at end of flight was good but lunch was not good and the dinner in Executive Class going over was not good

Negativ: Super uncomfortable seats (the most ever) No personal tv/entertainment.

Positiv: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Negativ: Nothing to complain about. Everything was outstanding.

Negativ: One more toilet on the Lisbon Geneva flight would have been nice.

Negativ: We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat.

Negativ: Treat passengers like they aren’t an imposition-dinner & breakfast were tossed at us, beverages weren’t available until long after dinner was finished, it took 15 min to get a response to the call button, then I was told I needed to get a drink myself from the galley.

Negativ: After six hours of lay over in Frankfurt Lufthansa still managed to lose my luggage. Spending three hours at the Lost and Found office wasn't my idea of relaxing after thirty hours of traveling

Negativ: Left on the runway for hours

Positiv: It wasn’t amazing. It did its job

Negativ: Too many ch of a charter flight focused on tourist going home from a week on the beach

We were stuck sitting at the gate for a long time with no air and the crew didn't deserve the last ten rows any water. The luggage also took forever to get onto the belt. Overall bad

Positiv: Good service on the plane, the food was good and the seat was very comfortable.

Negativ: The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight.

Positiv: Nothing! Horrible!

Negativ: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Positiv: Das Glugpersonal war freundlich

Negativ: Es ist super nervig, dass das Flugpersonal gefühlt alle 10min etwas neues an den Mann bringen muss. Hauptsache noch extra Umsatz machen. Sehr aufdringlich!

Positiv: Besatzung sehr freundlich, pünktlich angekommen. Der Flug war ruhig, Gepäckausgabe hat geklappt wie an Schnürchen.

Negativ: Eine Frage bleibt: Wie weit wird der Überlebensraum des Passagiers noch verkleinert? Der Durchschnittseuropäer nimmt an Größe zu, der Sitzkomfort einer Durchschnittsairline dagegen ab. Vielleicht führen wir gleich Doppelliegen ein. Rendite um jeden Preis?

Positiv: Comfort and cleanliness of flight.

Negativ: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Negativ: Between first flight from Venice to get the airplane to San Juan just 50 minutes. We were running to get a board

Positiv: Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline.

Negativ: Keep scheduled flight times.

Negativ: That they would not cancel the flight two days prior

Positiv: The entertainment

Negativ: They delay the flight and boarding was very disorganized

Negativ: No food, no entertainment

Positiv: Flight boarded, departed and arrived on time. Flight attendants friendly and professional. Plane clean.

Negativ: No beverage service. Having to leave terminal A and go through security again at C.

Negativ: Condor asked me to check in my hand luggage due to lack of space. Then they lost it. That happens... But after losing my luggage Condor acts like it is not their problem and tells me I should work with some generic luggage tracker company.

Positiv: I made it to my destination safe.

Negativ: The business class seats were not comfortable. There’s not a lot of room. The flight attendants were not the nicest.

Negativ: Reisebegleiter genervt und unfreundlich. Bestuhlung sehr eng - unangenehm auf einem 5-Stunden-Flug. Erworbene Verpflegung - Sandwich - sehr pappig. Zusatzkoffer sollte vorab 150 Euro kosten - den One-Way-Flug samt Koffer hätte man eine Woche vor der Reise für 25 Euro weniger buchen können: Abzocke.

Positiv: Wurden 2 Stunden verspätet mit einer alten 737-400 befördert. Stundenlanges Warten ohne Informationen bei über 30 Grad. Sehr enge Bestuhlung

Negativ: Alles. Es gab keine Infos, der Wechsel des Fluggerät wurde nicht vernünftig gemanaged. Personen hatten Bordkarten für Sitzreihen die es nicht gab. Und sonweitet

Negativ: Never again with Czech Airlines

Positiv: FRIENDLY BUT NO HELP WITH WHEEL CHAIR.

Negativ: COULD OF HELPED GETTING ME MY WHEELCHAIR. NEVER DID GET ONE, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE FLIGHT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS REQUESTED WHEN TICKET WAS PURCHASED.

Negativ: We have been waiting for taking off more than one and half an hour in the board. Management should be better.
