Positiv: "Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep"
Negativ: "Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight."
Negativ: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

At airport HAJ I've heard that's usual that baggage can't arrive in one our! So I didn't understand why this flight was offered by KLM!"

Negativ: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Negativ: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Еда - Три вида хлеба, нерушимый плавленный сырок и немного горячего. Томатный сок - платно (!). Кола зеро - платно (!). Апельсиновый сок и сладкая кола бесплатно. Ударим углеводами по обездвиженной тушке. Мультимедиа система есть, фильмов нет (!). Всё сами, всё с собой. Мне не жалко денег. Мне кажется правильно объявлять правила игры. У «Победы» все честно. А тут - ощущение обнищавшей компании. В общем, я теперь ими полечу только по крайней нужде. А вы - если что планируйте все с собой брать."

Negativ: "No movies available, bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. Food was really bad tasting. I had the gluten free meal which consisted of browning iceberg lettuce with one teensy piece of green pepper and olive oil - no vinegar! Literally a 2”x2” piece of overcooked rubbery chicken, literally a large marble sized ball of over cooked spinach, some tastless rice and a rice cake - plain. Ugh. I asked the check-in guy in Moscow if he could please confirm that we were at the right gate, and he barked at me “WAIT!!!” Like who talks to a customer in that tone? It was just unpleasant. While Aeroflot wasn’t horrible and would be tolerable in a pinch, I would try to avoid this ain-line if possible."
Negativ: "Food was awful. Flight attendants were unfriendly. They would talk to you while you were wearing headphones and then get irritated when you asked them to repeat what they said. They were always in such a rush even though the plane was mostly empty. Strange"

For connecting flight from international to domestic you required to leave clean zone and go through security check again, then airport is very noisy and gates always changes! There are zero chance that the gate will be the same as printed in boarding pass. The flight itself was good"

Unfortunately, it did not happen. We were told that our baggage is "still in Moscow" when we arrived to Zurich. This is second time it happens while traveling with Aeroflot from Moscow. ."

Perhaps it was because the flight took off on Vriday afternoon when most Israei,I don't work snd there were an inadequate number of checkin clerks. But that is NO EXCUSE. I have also never been on a p,and with so many small children....who were VERY noisy. You should seat them all in one section, curtained off from other passengers. It was an unpleasant experience."

But we was moved to hotel after 6 hours waiting in airport. Buy this reason we have time to sleep only 2 hours. And from Aeroflot side we have not any satisfaction"

Negativ: "Boarding in SVO etwas unkoordiniert. Kunststoffmaterial der Sitze fühlte sich ziemlich "plastikartig" an, lässt keine Luft an die Haut."
