Negativ: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Negativ: Ryan Air is like a city bus for air travel. There are no luxuries. You get what you pay for.

Negativ: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Positiv: Sitze ok, verspätete Flüge mit langen Phasen auf dem Rollfeld via Flugzeug bzw. Bus.

Positiv: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Negativ: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Negativ: The seat design at exit rows. The pouch is too far away. Made me leave my tablet behind bc it was too far. Nothing of significance to complain about. It was overall, a great flight and safety was put ahead of everything. Well done.

Negativ: Baggage handlers on strike - airport chaotic - Swissport did poor job communicating waht was going on. One bag eventually arrived - took 3 hours second bag did not arrive and apparently did not get transferred in Frankfurt Told they would deliver bag - next day and would text and call - called at 4am !!! I just had come off 20hrs of travel. Phone on mute. No e mail. Now they say will deliver this evening - but no time slot so another wasted vacation day waiting for them to get their act together. Why can't they call/text me with a 30 minute window.

Negativ: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Negativ: The seats were dirty and the plane could've done with a clean, plus I ended up with stiff knees because of how squished I was.

Negativ: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Positiv: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Positiv: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Negativ: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Negativ: I am 6’3” I have been placed in the middle seat on four flights. The flight attendants and airport staff are the worst, they’re supposedly never wrong.

Negativ: Seats are not comfortable for long haul. Airbus 380 premier economy. Not enough reclining and leg support.

Positiv: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Positiv: I liked the attentiveness of staff and there was excellent communication between SWISS airlines and customers.

Negativ: I honestly had no issues with my flight.

Positiv: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Negativ: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Positiv: Check-in for bags was fast and the staff was very friendly.

Negativ: They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks.
