Negativ: It was a very old plane with two movie options that were just running from the start of the flight on a scratchy screen.

Positiv: New aircraft had free Wi-Fi and lots of movies. Clean.

Negativ: First bag fees of $120 per bag one-way were punitive. Anti-customer policy. Cannot recommend flying with them.

Negativ: flight was delayed by 3 hours; very rude and indifferent ground staff, almost impossible to rebook; no information/help was provided; barely made our next flight

Negativ: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Negativ: I have never seen such a failure of leadership and I will go public with this story. I am a Jewish American who lost most of my family in world war 2. This is an experience that has shaped my whole exsistance and I was almost arrested for saying the word "nazi" under my breath. The police came and when I mentioned my history And I was told that I need to forget the past and that saying the word "nazi" is illegal in Germany. I was not allowed on the flight (and any others for the rest of the day) and no one would give me their name. The supervisor who never came down to talk to me told his workers not give me his name. My husband and I were forced to buy new tickets with Luftanza. I am going public with this story and it's cruel irony. There will be consequences. Shame on air berlin.

Positiv: My husband and I are both tall people, over 6 feet and this was the smallest most uncomfortable seats we have ever been in. We were put in the very last seat and couldn't even fit our legs in. Then when the person in front of me tried to put his seat back I was in so much pain I had to ask him to move it back up. They also wanted to charge us $120 for a bag when our flight was only $100, which was ridiculous! Thankfully the staff was nice enough to waive that fee for us.

Negativ: No vegetarian option for second meal. No wifi at all, only one movie available to watch...Otherwise you have to pay. Most long-haul flights have a wide selection of movies available for free.

Negativ: Boarding was done through a shuttle to the tarmac where the plane was parked. This eliminated the advantage of having boarding priority which was important since one person in our party had mobility issues.

Negativ: They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment.

Negativ: Air Berlin lost my luggage. Plus they don't pick up my call to their customer service. They are extremely poor in this regard.

He was asking to repack for unclear reason. Forcing people to open their suitcases on the counter to move one item from one bag to the other. Charging for a back pack the size of a personal handbag. Then on board water is 3 euro for a small bottle. Only toilet paper was for free . never again !!!

Negativ: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.

Will never fly A380 again as there are too many passengers and airline don’t know how to handle. On arriving in DEL the baggage room 2:30 hrs to come. Totally disappointed. Lufthansa has no control whatsoever they don’t even care.

Negativ: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Negativ: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Negativ: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Positiv: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Negativ: Condor asked me to check in my hand luggage due to lack of space. Then they lost it. That happens... But after losing my luggage Condor acts like it is not their problem and tells me I should work with some generic luggage tracker company.

Negativ: What happened to a complimentary drink with your meal, more than one kids movie as a choice for entertainment, friendly attendants and LEG ROOM? E

Several families who had booked their tickets together were randomly assigned seats in the plane. You would think that group bookings would make an effort, especially when young children are involv
