Positiv: The crew was fantastic
Negativ: It took 3 people to check my bag something was wrong with the system ... the airplane was super hot for first half hour or so because there was a problem with air conditioner.
Negativ: Our luggage was lost and the flight was 1.5 hours late.
Positiv: Crew is was good. I did experienced something I have NEVER experienced before. While people were STILL trying to get to their seats the pilot pulled from the gate. I was extremely surprised that such action was done. Everyone should be seated before plane pulls from the gate.
Negativ: Before pulling from the gate all passengers should be seated.
Negativ: Due to flight delay, I had to skip dinner. If could have been nice to supply light meal in case of major delay resulting landing after time when most restaurants closes...
Positiv: Really liked the flight staff.. great service and all very humorous. More room than on most flights and everything was on time

Negativ: I had a flight from London to SFO with a connection in Dublin. However, since I was traveling to the US I had to go through customs in Dublin. There was an hr an a half layover and yet I was running to the gate to make my connection. This seemed to be due to an inefficient system.

Negativ: departure board listed flight as being boarded and gate closed hour before flight leading to confusion and standing in queue for over an hour, part of food was frozen and inedible, paid for upgraded seat which turned out to be by bathroom smells were as bad as you can imagine

Positiv: Well trained, professional, highly efficient flight attendant, and what is more important, in good mood during the whole the flight
Negativ: The mobile application Air France didn't know the city or airport Dubai. Often same thing happens on the android application work Sheremetievo airport in Moscow

Positiv: Good flight in a nice A380, I’m in the top floor on premium economy.
Negativ: Crew is not smiling a bit and slow service even if she serve only 32 of us in our section. Flight is not really smooth and shake a lot.
Positiv: The crew was wonderful and as far as airplane good goes, it was great.

Negativ: We did not take this flight, as we missed our connection due to gate changes & technical delay in Venice

Positiv: The crew was nice and efficient. There was no meal service because they had catering problems, but they tried to accommodate small children with candy cars and chips.
Negativ: There was no meal service because of catering problems. Though it was done for our safety (the crew mentioned some problems in prior flights), not having a back-up plan of sorts would be good for an airline of Lufthansa's stature.

Negativ: It was not clear who was or wasn’t supposed to get meals so I only got a breakfast but no dinner. Also the flight was absolutely freezing and no offer of blankets was made.
Positiv: The crew was OK, the seats had generous leg space.
Negativ: The flight could have been on time. not only was the plane late arriving, but then the didn't take off for another hour! have never flown an airline that refuses to take off because of a little rain.... :-(

Negativ: My entertainment stopped working mid flight. There was someone sitting behind me who was heavier and I was asked not to let my seat back. I was provided no compensation for this discomfort.

Positiv: Flight crew perfectly ignore you if you want to be ignored.
Negativ: LOT Polish flights always seem to be late--resulting in my checked baggage not being able to get transferred to connecting flights and, thus, final destination on-time.

Negativ: Should have made an announcement that the 3g cellular coverage was turned on. Went on in the middle of the flight and had no idea. My phone was in the overhead bin and I thought it was off. When I landed I had an outrageous fee. Should be given a choice to use it or not.
Negativ: Somehow, ticket was not being accepted to board on TAP's flight. Crew had to manually check it
Positiv: The only salvation was the entertainment choices. .
Negativ: The planes need to upgrade the seats. When we were served food if the person push their seat back your food tray would flip like two did on our flight. Staff was jaded and sarcastic. I'm glad I had a discounted flight. I'd be angry if I paid full price. Poor staff, seat architecture, and poor food.
Negativ: The check in process was chaotic and slow. At one point there was one woman checking in 3 lines of people for 45 mins before help arrived
Negativ: They turned the air conditioner to a higher temp to accommodate a few complaints and the rest of us suffered. First and cabin crew had it at a refreshing temp . For the last 20 minutes of the flight they turned it down again. To late

Positiv: Great food options, very tasty. Crew was attentive, polite and professional.

Positiv: The crew was a replacement for the original crew that probably was running late (i suspect because everyone was stuck in wonderful LA traffic that night), they made do with what they have and tried to get everyone boarded as fast as they can.
Negativ: On time departures, better boarding, crowded planes, better snacks, comfy seats, charging bagss???
Positiv: Everything! I appreciate that the ticketing agent helped me get an earlier flight and I appreciated the gate agent making sure I had a good seat! I love Delta!

Negativ: The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight.

Positiv: Freundlicher, korrekter Service. Gute Information zum Stand der Reparatur und zu den Anschlussflügen in Helsinki. Effizientes Boarding. Beim Aussteigen, wurde uns noch mitgeteilt, dass unser Anschlussflug doch wartet.
Negativ: Defekt am Fahrwerk musste untersucht und anschliessend repariert werden. Dies führte zu etwas mehr als einer Stunde Abgangsverspätung. Anschlussflug in Helsinki wurde zuerst als verpasst angezeigt.

Negativ: Departure was delayed by hours due to the Air Canada computer systems going down. That made it an even later redeye, but the cabin crew insisted on waking everyone up to serve dinner at 2am. Boarding in Toronto was a mess, and the details about what was wrong were very sketchy.
Positiv: New airbus 350-390 are worst than older planes. Economic class space is even smaller now, no storage space for the last few rows
Negativ: Last 3-5 central rows in economy class have no space for carryons. On top of that, at arrival we realized they have lost our bagage, all 6, so we’re left with carryons. This may be our very last trip with Lufthansa.
Negativ: The plan was old and dirty, old magazines and gum wrappers in my seat, stained carpet.The ride was quite bumpy.

Negativ: I missed my flight to Grand Junction the night before because my plane from Dulles was delayed. So, consequently I had to spend the night in Denver. I was not pleased with that at all.

Positiv: The flight attendant in our long flight, London to Hoiston, was extremely nice and took very good care of our section. The seats were not all that comfortable: you could feel there was minimal padding on mine and my partner's neck rest wouldn't stay up.
Negativ: We were shocked to learn there were no outlets on the long flight from London to Houston. Luckily we had a power bank, otherwise our phones would've been dead.
