Positiv: Check-in staff was great at LHR - they were able to configure our seating so that the seat was empty between us.
Positiv: The flight attendants were brilliant! Kind, caring, helpful and smiling..
Negativ: We Flew business class. Very ordinary.

Negativ: We were very delayed and no real explanation at first. Also the wrong boarding information was given initially which wasn’t helpful

Positiv: Check in was a breeze with all so helpful. Cabin crew very pleasant. Very comfortable on time flight.

Negativ: Could have announced that there was a cost for ginger ale etc. before passengers placed request. Frankly overall it was excellent service.
Negativ: Chairs were narrow- not comfortable. Pay for drinks on international flights- not yet used to that.

Negativ: We were traveling with my 94-year-old grandfather who needed wheelchair assistance. And it took the 4th person I asked to get any assistance. The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance.
Positiv: Überraschend die Pünktlichkeit. Zu mindestens beim einchecken. Mann hat doch etwas zu essen und zu trinken bekommen.
Negativ: Die betagte Maschine mit wirklich kaputtem Interieur. Es war so eng, dass ich wirklich anfangs überlegte, wie kommen die mit dem Getränkewagen durch. Die Besatzung halt normal für Italien arrogant, aber ehrlicherweise nicht alle. Der erste Eindruck war wirklich kompetent und nicht typisch italienisch kaotisch. Man darf Alitalia halt nicht mit der Lufthansa oder Air France vergleichen. Ich kenne es sogar mit British. Selbst da geben sie sich Mühe. Sei es auch in der Eco kulturbeutel, Glas Wasser nachsem Einstieg, sogar warme Erfrischungstücher in der Eco. Gerne hätte ich auch die Stimme des Piloten gehört, aber das ist scheinbar bei AZ nicht so üblich. Aber, jetzt kommt das große aber, für den Preis absolut OK. Warum jemand teures Geld für die Business Class ausgibt ist wirklich fraglich.
Positiv: I liked the explanation given by the pilot when we finally got our seats on the plane. Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset.
Negativ: The crew called the gate, allowed the entire flight to pass through the gate and then as we stood in the boarding gang way told us the flight had been delayed by the captain but they did not have any more information. We were then held for 2 hours sitting on the floor because the crew had taken our boarding cards and didn't want us to return to the terminal. At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!

Negativ: Not even a smile from the crew and no help when asked. I don't expect Asian-style grace and class from an American airline, but I do expect good old-fashioned American friendliness, and there wasn't even that. Also hate the all-darkened cabin in the daytime.

Positiv: The booking in staff person was positive and friendly. I was disappointed that the system would not allow me to be placed on the upgrade list as a silver Velosity me mm ber partner to Delta.

Negativ: The flight was late and there was no information, just few times delayed boarding time. And people (especialy young lady) behind boarding desk looked very unhappy that people were asking questions
Negativ: Seat was not stable and moved when I moved. In the toilet the cover of toilet was falling down constantly. There was no Wifi (what is now quite ussual)

Positiv: The crew was kind and the flight ok. They wanted to charge me 120.00 USD for my one bag checked ONE WAY. 240.00 USD round trip for one checked bag!!!!! On their website it clearly states one free checked bag for ALL FLIGHTS xcept “discount” fares. No way to prove I purchased “basic”
Negativ: They lied. The website does not clearly state that you will be CHARGED FOR CHECKED BAGS. Warning!!
Negativ: Do not sell flight you are not able to manage. Shame

Negativ: Boarding was approximately 40 minutes late. Food wasn't that good. For breakfast it appeared the crew was running late because the plane was to land within the hour. The crew were passimg the meal quickly and didn't pick up mine or some of the passengers garbage telling us to leave it in front of the seat.
Positiv: Pünktlicher Start, nette Besatzung
Negativ: Es gab keine Getränke und nicht mal eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen inklusive.
Negativ: Boarding started 50 minutes late without explanation and we sat on the plane at the gate for another 45 minutes without any explanation as to what the delay was for.
Negativ: The charge for baggage but when i bought the ticket i received that the baggage was included
Positiv: The crew was very amazing, the seat at the plane was ok
Negativ: Was another good experience with kayak.
Positiv: Everything was fine except the fact that our flight was rescheduled on 24 hours earlier than the original one. It was extremely inconvenient.
Negativ: When the airline interrupts your trip last minute and passengers are trying hard to adjust their plans it would be nice to have a little appreciation from the airline team. And they do not have to be rude to people who are asking to explain the reason of the changes.
Negativ: The transfer in Istambul was very tight on the way back I literally had to run to get to the flight

Negativ: We had a very uncomfortable flight. A passenger right behind us was screaming all through the flight. We need to be refunded part of the ticket cos it was horrible.
Positiv: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.
Negativ: The flight was 2 hours late. The attendants were a bit cranky....usually they are great on this flight.
Positiv: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.
Negativ: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.
Positiv: Snack was great and tasty. Legroom is spacious on Aeroflot flights. Flight attendants were nice and attentive. Aeroflot lady at check-in desk clearly went an extra mile to help (see more below)
Negativ: Aeroflot and Finnair systems are not talking to each other good enough. Aeroflot system was not able to see my status and perks with AA, member of the same Oneworld alliance as Finnair. So, it took extra time at the check in to explain, convince and get my extra luggage free perk.
Negativ: Flight was canceled or moved. They told us there is a problem with the flight and moved us to another airline. I’ve been warned about Aeroflot and it turned out to be true. I’ll file a complaint, I deserve a refund.
Negativ: Old fashioned jet with no screen or wifi
Positiv: Helpful and pleasant crew, comfortable sits, good choice and quality of food and drinks, even of short flights
Positiv: Prior flight was delayed and we missed our connection. Aeroflot told us we had to wait 8 hours so to compensate us they upgraded us to business. Turns out our flight was delayed 2 hours so they could have still put us on it. But business class made everything better it was by far the best experience
Negativ: Nothing business class was the best experience I’ve ever had flying. Not one single complaint because the crew was so nice and accommodating and everything was so comfortable food was UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS.
Negativ: American Airlines cancelled this flight and then sent one of my two checked luggages to another flight to Newark from Chicago O'Hare and didn't even think to put me and the luggage I left behind on said flight? Either they should have left both and let me deal with it OR send me on a flight.

Negativ: The flight was cancelled and Florence airport staff was extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I spent 12 hours in the airport before getting to Zurich. Won’t get to Chicago until 24 hours after my planned arrival. If I something important then hell would’ve been raised.
Negativ: Guy behind me kept asking for a seat upgrade and when they didn’t oblige spent the whole 11hours kicking the back of my chair in protest. I understand this isn’t the crews’ fault. But maybe the bid upgrade for seats isn’t the best system?
Positiv: The expedited transfer from late flight out of Rome was an amazingly efficint process, much appreciated. Was very stressed when I thought I could not make the transfer, but Swissair really had it covered. My compliments

Negativ: suddnely delay of 30 Minutes , then waiting in the plane all in all 60 Minutes - thats a long time for a long distance flight
Positiv: Amazing food, There were pillows, blankets and earbuds on every seat. Really a great flight overall and I would fly with them again.
Negativ: The only minor complaint was that the seats are so small that when the person in front of you reclines, you literally can’t get out of your seat.
Positiv: It was a small twin prop so there was only one cabin crew, but she was really pleasant.
Negativ: Instead of just staying on the plane we were required to deplane and take all of our luggage and haul it all through a long winding ramp and hallway into the airport. As soon as we got there, they said it was boarding immediately and we had to turn around and haul it all right back.
Negativ: They should make the rouge player app so that you can see the entertainment options before you are trapped on a plane with no access to WiFi. The offering is pretty sparse, and had I known beforehand I would have brought other content

Positiv: The crew did everything expected to make our flight enjoyable. Couldn't really have asked for more.
Negativ: We're fortunate we fly business when traveling to Europe, but the comfort on AC Rouge "premium economy" is VERY low. The dilemma is: comfort for a much longer business flight thru Frankfurt to Venice, or a slightly larger economy seat for a direct 8 hr flight YYZ to VCE. "Entertainment" - an iPad!
Positiv: Nothing stood out as being particularly good.
Negativ: A 6-hour international flight should provide food and entertainment. I flew Toronto to Port of Spain. No free food (not even pretzels), no inflight entertainment system, cramped seats with poor legroom, grumpy flight attendants, an hour delayed due to disorganized boarding process.

Negativ: Flight was delayed 7 hours, the flight crew never arrived, communication was nonexistent. I missed my connection in Rome and have now lost a lot of money for car rental, hotel that I can’t use tonight.
