Positiv: All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome.

Negativ: Local travelers should be offered even water.

Negativ: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.

Negativ: Everything and the crew more friendly.

Positiv: The crew wasn’t very friendly and there’s very little legroom.

Negativ: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Negativ: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Negativ: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Positiv: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Negativ: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Positiv: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Negativ: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Negativ: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Positiv: The crew was nice, the food was really good, the plane was clean, and they used reusable silverware and plates to avoid waste.

Positiv: I liked the attentiveness of staff and there was excellent communication between SWISS airlines and customers.

Negativ: I honestly had no issues with my flight.

Negativ: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Negativ: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Positiv: They had a great selection of movies, each passenger received a blanket and pillow without having to ask, the crew was friendly and professional, and the takeoff and landing were smooth.

Negativ: During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!

Negativ: Crew wouldn't let me board because a ticket from Spain to France was not sufficient evidence I would leave Europe. So I bought one from Italy to Singapore and they didn't accept that either. I lost over 1,000 dollars.

Negativ: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Positiv: Fast boarding, crew was able to help

Positiv: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Negativ: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Positiv: All cood and grow its fantastic

Negativ: The food was not good and there was very little in way of tv entertainment.

Negativ: It was a very old plane with two movie options that were just running from the start of the flight on a scratchy screen.

Positiv: The crew was helpful and friendly, priority boarding was super speedy and the food was served promptly (to my neighbouring passenger not me).

Negativ: The seats were dirty and the plane could've done with a clean, plus I ended up with stiff knees because of how squished I was.

Negativ: Again it was not made clear about self transfer. While booking it should be clearly stated if a flight is or is not self transfer

Positiv: Die Mittarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Negativ: 1. Das Flugzeug war dreckig, 2.wir sind eine Stunde später geflogen als geplant, 3. Wir sind mit vieri Personen geflogen und hätten nur gegen einen Aufpreis zusammen sitzen dürfen.

Negativ: Enge Sitze mit wenig Beinfreiheit und ohne Möglichkeit sie zurückzuklappen.

Positiv: Comfort and cleanliness of flight.

Negativ: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Negativ: Flight was delayed for hours on the 21 st and then cancelled. I want refund for transportation and loss of income

Positiv: We upgraded to first class and everything was perfect!!
