Negativ: The boarding was very chaotic. Very few institutions or announcements made by ground crew. Passengers weren’t sure where to queue being that there were multiple gates for the A380-800 and were left asking each other and comparing boarding passes. Little to no air circulation in economy.

Negativ: I booked a business class ticket through klm, but it was a delta code share flight. Delta was unable to locate me in their system, and I had to contact klm myself to straighten it out.

Positiv: I liked the service once we left Dublin but once it was time to arrive to Leeds everything went downhill.
Negativ: Our flight did not land to Leeds but to Manchester. I thought this would not be an issue to get my connecting flight to London. As I tried to explain to the airline attendants about my connecting flight they had no idea what was going on and said it wasn't their issue I would have to go to Leeds and explain to them what was happening. I asked if there was a way we could call them and see if I could just get a flight to London from Manchester. They said no. I tried to get a number to call myself still nothing. They sent everyone from the flight onto a coach bus to Leeds. Once I arrived to Leeds, I spoke with Ben and explained my situation. He said there were no more flights to London or anywhere near there. And there wasn't any flights to Austin, TX which was my end point either. He explained there wasn't anything they could do except fly me in the morning to London. I agreed but then come to find out he had to send me back to Manchester. Now I had already had my arrangements to stay in London for the night so I did not have much money left. He said they would take care of the accommodations and the flight to London. I was VERY PATIENT. Within this he was telling me how close they were to closing. I explained I needed everything in place before they even left because I was traveling alone in an unknown country or city. He arranged a cab to take me back to Manchester and a hotel to stay in with dinner and breakfast available. I thought everything would get better but of course it didn't. Ben clearly knew I had my checked bag and carry on. When I'm about to board the flight to London they charged me 60 pounds for my CHECKED BAG. Now this was already included on flight to begin with if all of this had not happened. The attendant did not want to listen to my story and kept passing me to another attendant that said there's nothing they could do. I had to pay since I couldn't leave my belongings. Once i arrived to London. I had to get my bag and RECHECK IN MY BAG. AGAIN they tried to charge me for my checked bag. This time I had enough of your airline and explained it was all included in my flight and I went on a rant with the attendant. He just stared and printed out the ticket for my bag. Didn't look at the computer. Didn't even explain why it's all of sudden taken care of that I don't have to pay anymore. I had no patience to hear his excuse but just wanted to get back home. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Frontier isn't even this unorganized. Shouldn't there be a process for these kind of situations already?

Positiv: One on the plane, the flight was fantastic! Great service and food. Comfortable for a long-haul flight. Very modern aircraft with nice entertainment system. Overall great experience.
Negativ: Scheduling! We were 4 hours delayed after I had already had a flight cancelled that day. And this 4-hr delay caused me to miss my connection. Turkish did take good care of me in Istanbul, though it was a very slow process to get a hotel with them. Also, my bags missed the connection somehow.
Negativ: The flight was delayed by 4 hours but Turkish airlines inisisted that I had to be at the airport and checked in at the scheduled time and then wait at the airport for that whole time.
Positiv: The staff member who checked me in was very friendly
Negativ: the inflight staff needs to improve their behaviour in dealing with passengers. Some were quite rude. The aircraft seats were extremely cramped. The food selection was quite poor.
Negativ: The flight was 2 hours late from Karachi to Turkey and again 2 hours late from Turkey to Houston.The plane was super crowded, the seat was very uncomfortable. Turkish airlines need to reduce their ticket prices because they provide poor services to their passengers.
Positiv: It's nice that Norwegian loads from both ends of the plane...it would be better if people could read or listen to those instructions
Negativ: I get that it is a budget airline, but water. Come on. It's water. I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving

Negativ: Small plane with limited amenities, but that was expected.
Positiv: The crew was very friendly and helpful. The flight wasn't full, so they informed me that I could move to an exit row for extra space, as I'm very tall.
Negativ: This was a relatively long flight, but no food or drinks, even soft drinks, were included. I also found out at the Madrid airport that there was no desk to check in for Norwegian for connecting flights. This means that I had to leave, go to departures, check in, go through security, and then proceed to the gate. I fortunately had a long layover, but this process would have been impossible if I didn't have at least two hours.
Negativ: Tiny, tiny seats. Charged 80 euro for a bag that was only 4 kilos over the weight limit. Did not tell me how much that charge would be and there was plenty of space in the overheads for that bag. This is a BUDGET airline and will charge you for anything. Never flying again.
Positiv: Seats had plenty of room.
Negativ: It could have been explained that carry on bags would be weighed, also neither food nor snacks were provided on a 6 hour flight. Crew did not even offer water.
Negativ: The entertainment is missing
Negativ: Crew were all over the place (at Club Europe Cabin) and very unorganised. We went to galley few times to ask them to bring us drinks even thou they have taken our orders. They need more training to be at Club Europe Cabin. The seats should be more comfortable and should give people more leg rooms.

Negativ: The flight to Madrid from Porto left so late I missed my connecting flight to Bilbao and I so I took a bus to my destination.
Positiv: The crew was excellent.My only complaint was as we were sitting in row 54 the crew made too much noise during sleeping time.Other than that they were very helpful and very nice.It was our first time flying Iberia.It was very enjoyable.I will be happy to recommend bthem.
Positiv: Loved the staff. As far as my experience flying Iberia for the first time is concerned, the the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv.

Negativ: 4.5 hour flight to international destination and no meal provided. As usual, if you want a snack pay more. Slow chaotic boarding.
Negativ: The gate agents were rude. So happy with their ‘power’ over passengers who are loaded like cattle onto the plane. They barked at every other passenger that their carry on bag was too big and wouldn’t even listen to train when bags would fit into the size checking stand.

Positiv: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.
Negativ: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?
Negativ: First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.

Negativ: Seats were extremely cramped. Once the person in the front reclined their seat it was very difficult to get out of the seat. Also better guidance is needed during boarding. Finally, my hand carry was checked 4 times by 4 different people, which means your staff doesn’t trust their own colleagues.
Positiv: Everyone was friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Upon arrival in Delhi our suitcase handle was broken.

Negativ: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.
Negativ: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent
Positiv: Brussels Airlines is the the step-child of Lufthansa basically. But on the transatlantic flights they do a very good job.
Positiv: Everything was pleasant as expected except for one thing, mentioned below.
Negativ: 45 minutes late taking off. Could have been the airport's fault rather than the airline though. I don't know.
Positiv: Crew was good. Flight was delayed by incoming flight from Oslo so I was anxious that I might miss my connection in Oslo. Flight attendants announced connection gates for transit which was very helpful.
Negativ: Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped.

We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.
