Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.

After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Boarding at Vancouver was poorly managed

Flight is delayed to take off and boarding took long time. Crew is not friendly and they think we are living on their courtesy. Just given one dinner and breakfast and nothing else offered in between like at least water or coffee

It's quite peaceful. The staff was pleasant, but could have been more attentive. It felt like some cared and others did not."
Negativ: "I have flown millions of miles with Qantas, but it's been more than 10 years since my last flights. My expectations were high and i the end I only felt "OK" about the experience. The seats are not competitive with other business classes in the sky. I realize that is about to change. I flew Air Canada into Australia, and while my seat was unfortunately broken, the capabilities and overall comfort of their seats is far superior to Qantas. The business class lounge in Sydney had very poor food options in my opinion, and I was quite peckish after having skipped lunch to travel to the airport for a 4pm flight. The food options on the flight were much better, though overall options / taste were just OK."

Unterstützung für Rollstuhlfahrer prima !

Check-in Zürich: Rollstuhl war angemeldet, aber selbst auf Nachfrage fühlte sich niemand zuständig. Erst am Gate kam Unterstützung, aber da war es ja auch unvermeidlich (!?) Helsinki und Tromsö war vorbildlich!

Typischer inner-europäischer flug. Frühstück in der Business Class sehr rudimentär

Wir flogen Business Class Langstrecke auf dem A350. Das Bett ist etwas kurz und geht sehr spitz an den Füßen zu. Die bestellte Obstplatte war schwach.

Gute Landung.

Twice I called to see if A meal was served on the 1st class flight and was told no. So no gluten free meal for my wife and we purchased meals to carry on with us. Annoyed.

Es gab zum Salat Nicoles (ohne Thunfisch und Ei) noch nicht einmal Brot. Meine eigentliche Auswahl war bereits ausverkauft. Nur ein Film auf Deutsch!"

It was bad enough not having any extra leg room on a red eye when you are over 6 feet tall but now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back."
Positiv: "Flug hatte 30 min Verspätung aber das kann passieren . Pilot hat sehr niedliches deutsch gesprochen und sich sehr nett entschuldigt . Habe daher Zug verpasst nach hamburg und damit Abend Termin . Hatte am service Gate gefragt , ob ich direkt auf den Flug nach hamburg tauschen kann - es gab freie Plätze und ich hätte einen für 622 Euro kaufen können. Warum muss das anders sein als beim Zug ? Fliegen ist wie Zug fahren . Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . Danke , dass sie das ausrichten .. viele Grüße"

The crew was not very attentive during good service. It was more of a routine / rush job rather than making sure that everybody was served and got what they needed ( had to ask for my dinner as my row was skipped and was never offered coffee before landing). The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"

I did not book American, just got duped into it, but now I will make sure I will never fly American again."
Positiv: "I was a bit surprised by cabin crew 's welcoming words that were my native language ,which ware very familiar and joyful . I didn't feel well at that time with a severe cold and I endured during the entire fly . I know it's kind of bad but I made it to my country safely. The food was Korean food and I really enjoyed and loved it so much .The Helsinki airport is great with smoking booth and warm ."
Negativ: "Nothing but I wonder if they could change my seat to upper one despite my additional fare because I felt bad the day and they had cold pills like medicine."
