Positiv: Finnair cabin/seats, clean, quiet and comfortable airport in Helsinki
Negativ: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...
Positiv: am Gate von Eco comfort auf Business upgegradet worden, was kann man da noch bekritteln ...
Negativ: Stewardess hat wohl das Gate-Upgrade mitbekommen, auf Hauptgang "vergessen", zwei Gin Tonics geordert, der zweitere bestand nur mehr aus Gin - im Unterschied zur äußerst charmanten, bemühten und zuvorkommenden Stewardess bei meinem Reisepartner im Nebengang

Negativ: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester
Positiv: Helsinki is a convenient connection to fly to the U.S. One of Finnair planes was damaged earlier in Chicago and they used AirItaly to operate this flight. I was traveling with a recent wrist fracture and I was lucky I had an empty seat next to me that allowed me to move my arm a lot to avoid swelling.
Negativ: Our boarding was an hour and a half delayed
Positiv: The crew ask some of us to help seating a family group together. No objection. Then they went out of their way to make the trip more enjoyable for us... even offering a drink of Champagne wine (the true one, not some substitute)... Departed almost on time, arrived a few minutes early...
Positiv: I really liked my seat, but it was one of the only ones that didn't have a USB port.
Negativ: See above. Overall, very nice experience.

Negativ: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.
Positiv: i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience.

Negativ: I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment.
Positiv: On time departure
Negativ: We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic.

Negativ: Cannot get Lufthansa to issue miles for the flight, or for my Star Alliance flights on Swiss and United. Frankfort terminal transfer distance is very far, and too far if your flight transfer is less than 55 minutes!

Negativ: The boarding process ar newark is terrible, and the lady that was at the boarding gate was extremely unpolite with no service attitude at all - i have never seen before such a behavior

Negativ: our flight got delayed 3 hours, we lost all our connections and I ended up traveling for 24 hours after having paid almost 2,000 dollars on my ticket. All i got from you was a bottle of water, and 7 euro ticket for a snack, it's outrageous.

Positiv: Da ich bisher noch nie mit Pegasus geflogen bin, hatte ich mir den gesamten Ablauf und die Situation viel unangenehmer vorgestellt. Der Pilot ist so sauber und ruhig geflogen, die klimazisierung in Flieger war auch schmeichelhaft und die Beleuchtung ebenso. Da ich nachts geflogen bin fand ich die Entspannung umso schöner im Flieger. Daumen hoch. Jedes mal aufs neue:)
Negativ: Ungemütlich waren nur die Sitze, da man kaum Polsternnoch liegemöglichkeit sich verschaffen konnte und die Preise im Flugzeug für Snacks Getränke und Co.

Negativ: This was booked with Virgin Atlantic, there was a medical issue and Vigin Atlantic refused to allow the return ticket code to be rebooked - at any price, so there was no flight, and I paid for a new ticket on another airline.
Positiv: Service was excellent. For this long flight, we chose premium economy. It was very good and a lot more room then standard economy

Negativ: I had a seat by the end close to the restroom and shared seats with a stinky guy who forgot to take a shower. The food was aweful. The flight was boring because I did not get earphones and could not watch movie or listen music.
Positiv: Excellent crew, delicious Austrian wine, only a short flight so only some nibbles to eat which was fine.
Negativ: Seat wasn't the best, quite hard on the middle back.

Positiv: The food was the best I've had on any airline in recent times. On the first flight it was a croissant and a swiss chocolate, on the second flight it was a hot danish pastry.
Negativ: The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room.
Positiv: Crew helped my parents with physical disabilities through the whole flight. Super grateful

Negativ: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor
Positiv: was a standard flight, in a standard quality - nothing bad
Negativ: They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this.

Negativ: This was the most narrow airplane seat I’ve ever experienced. So uncomfortable.

Negativ: Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices.
