When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Negativ: "Wihout question, the most uncomfortable seat ive ever been in. It was obviously a newer plane, long haul flight, and thw configuration maximized space for more passengers. Width of economy seat was tightest I've ever experienced, with the arms of the seats literally right at my legs, nearlt digging in. The leg room was very short with my knees nearly touching the back of the seat in front of me. When i put my tray down, it actually rested on my knees, and was not level because it pitched up due to longer legs (and I'm only 5'9). This was a long haul, 8 hour flight. I've never beeñ so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and have never counted the minutes I could get out. Seemed obvuous that meal service had taken a hit when corporate looked for places to cut expenses, its one of the lower quality meals. If compared with an international carrier, the food was really sub par. Mostly really friendly crew members, unfortunately, one who really didnt seem to enjoy the job any longer."

Negativ: "The food was definitely below average. It's virtually all carbohydrates.Other airlines provide you with a printed description of the menu options, so it's easier to make a choice. "Chicken or pasta" doesn't give the passengers any idea of what they are actually choosing. This time the chicken dish was served with pearl couscous, so it was basically pasta as well. The salad I was given was brown and wilted, and while the cabin attendants were kind enough to give me two salad that were in better shape (after meal service), I just think that quality control should have prevented a inedible salad from being served in the first place. I am also extremely opposed to American Airlines Transatlantic luggage fees. Since I was moving abroad rather than taking a short trip, I was not pleased about paying 100 USD for a second bag on top of an already expensive flight."

Negativ: "The long delays, the cancellation near midnight, the long lines to what I thought was going to be some type of reimbursement for all the inconvenience at now having to find lodging for the evening, spend an entire day back at the airport, and transport myself from the NEW airport they made available for me from the original airport I had chosen. Absolutely NO compensation or reimbursement due to "weather." While I understand they can't control the weather, this is literally one of the greatest elements in their company. They should have provisions FOR it. Running out of airlines I could trust and rely on, and thought American would deliver. But No, not even this one. Extremely disappointed and staying away from AA."

The inconsiderate bumpkins in front of us put seat back and then leaned forward the whole flight. we could not even put our tray table all the way down. Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."

It would have been nice to at least share what was happening and when we could expect to leave. Delays are always frustrating but especially so late at night and when no information is given."

Anyway, lots of people who boarded towards the end weren't able to store any carryon luggage. And as I listened to the crew talk to them, they weren't very nice about it. Sounded as if they were saying it's the passengers fault. We are allowed 1 carryon and 1 personal bag. For any flight that is longer than 3 hours, I believe the airlines should at least allow passengers to have 1 free check in. Then maybe we wouldn't be trying to carry everything on with us. Our flight to Hawaii wasn't very comfortable either. We had purchased economy plus but it didn't seem all that comfortable. Maybe because it was a smaller plane. I think it was a 737, not really sure but it had 3 seats on each side with no middle row. Food is for purchase! Outrageous."

Positiv: "It was the worst trip I have ever taken. Delayed 2 hours due to air traffic control problems, then they landed us in Baltimore and decided we were gonna take buses to Newark. They put us back on the plane and drove around the runway for 2 more hours until I finally had a panic attack. I got off. Then they pulled everyone off and 3 busses took us to NJ, arrival at 4 a.m....HORRIBLE crew had timed out, horrible stewards served up water in cups and were yelling at people to sit saying we were NOT getting off the plane."

Negativ: "The representative at the gates were very unfriendly and rude to passengers. They did not create a welcoming environment. There need to be more outlets in the waiting area and the outlets that are there should work."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
