Positiv: Nothing. This was poor service from every stand point, starting from punctuality. Almost 2 hours delay and almost lost my connecting flight in Barcelona

Positiv: Nothing. I missed my original connection because the flight from Budapest was late and I was put in a cramped middle seat while there were seats open in First Class. I should have been upgraded

Positiv: My flight got cancelled. I paid 217 euro to fly at a comfortable time and ended up having to take the earliest flight of the day. Vuelong did not contact me at all in regards to the cancellation.

Positiv: The inflight crew was very nice

Negativ: The staff that works in the counter was very rude. My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Positiv: Flight reservation was cancelled at airport - gate agents could not allow us to board. We were told reservation had been cancelled.

Negativ: Refused to sell ticket from start or at least receive a cancellation ticket for the flight

Positiv: One of the flight attendants was very rude and seemed bothered when I inquired about a meal since I was sleep when they originally handed them out and said that I would have to wait u til the next meal period.

Negativ: She could have informed me they where no longer available.

Negativ: Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything.

Hier wird Deutsch gesprochen und man sollte erwarten dürfen, dass am anderen Ende der Leitung ein entsprechender Gesprächspartner das Gespräch annimmt.

Positiv: It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service.

Positiv: Quick boarding, friendly staff. We took off on time and arrived before scheduled time. Good value for money!

Positiv: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Negativ: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Negativ: We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly.

Negativ: Baggage Claim in Barcelona. Waited 45 minutes before baggage arrived, that combined with flight being 30 minutes late made running to catch a connecting flight which was in a different terminal requiring a shuttle bus ride to get there.
