Negativ: Nothing. I was sent to two long layovers in China and was told they were too long for them to take me without a visa for China. I was not told I needed one for any layover. I had to purchase a ticket on another site to get home or be stranded in Manila. Kayak doesn't have a customer service number to fix this.
Negativ: The flight left before we get there. I had to book a train ticket to my final destination because I have to be in Fuzhou that day. I was told by the airline that I would be reimbursed the air fare from Xiamen to Fuzhou.

Positiv: Crew war total lustlos. Es wurden auf dem gesamten Flug nur zwei mal Getränke angeboten. Auf Nachfrage wurde nur auf die bald anstehende Service Runde verwiesen. Getränke wollte man nicht verteilen.

Positiv: This leg was continuation of flight that began in Xiamen. Same plane and crew. 787 Dreamliner layout is efficient, generous legroom and recline is better than American carriers. Crew works as team, fast and courteous. Very helpful and professional, Water offered frequently, trash pick up kept cabin neat, bathrooms always clean. Passenger announcements are clear and crisp is English and Chinese.
Negativ: Really, no complaints. More entertainment choices would be appreciated however is not my priority.

Negativ: This was a discount garbage carrier. I have ridden on cargo boats off the coast of Nicaragua that I would recommend before Xiamen. They don’t give you your connecting boarding pass when you leave the country. You have to go through China’s bullshit customs service three times just to get to your next flight. Chinese customs is like a bowl full of retarted fish smelling their own farts. Six people doing nothing while one blithering idiot Stubles through paperwork.

Negativ: The flight had onboard wifi which was awesome to be able to be online during the flight but it did lack the level of service expected. Everything on the flight was fantastic except the wifi which kept dropping out
Positiv: The crew made a bad decision concerning me and another passenger. I had extra leg room in front of him and he still insisted on crushing my knees with his reclining part of his seat. The stewardess choice to side with him because it was ok to crush my knees because he paid for a upgrade in seat,
Negativ: I will be filing a complaint about this matter soon and request a refund for the total disrespect of me as a paying customer,which they did not value at all
Positiv: Seats were super comfortable and on time arrival.
Negativ: Food servings timings, were not matched with the New York time zone.
Negativ: The seats don't even recline, so I could not lie back to rest. The entertainment system was very bad, didn't provide earphones and could barely see the screen. I would not choose to fly this airline again.
Negativ: We meet different problem in this flight. First, the boarding start late and we arrive late more than one hour. They could organize the entrance with range of number. The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.
Negativ: I didn’t realize that Chinese transit visa is needed to transfer at Xiamen airport. When I bought the tickets, I wasn’t notified nor advised to get the Chinese visa. The Xiamen rep at Lax didn’t let me board first and I explained and they gave me the visa waiver paperwork. It was so much of hassle. I’ve laid over many Chinese cities via different airlines and never had any problems. Will not fly again on Xiamen!!

Negativ: At Abu Dhabi airport my mother had to change her plane , where assistance for elderly and wheel chair was extremely limited . Also the food on the plane was not as good as the food service on most international flights.
Negativ: Crew was very rude when giving veg meals. Even though we had confirmed veg meals multiple times with the airline prior to boarding, they still did not know that we had a specially requested Meal. After notifying the crew of this, one member gave us an extra meal. Another extremely rude staff member then proceeded to yell at us for eating meal. This was extremely uncalled for and has severly ruined the reputation of this airline in our eyes. The customer should still be addressed with some common courtesy and not be treated as if they are beneath the crew members, as if we are at fault for the crew's own carelessly stupid mistakes and lack of organization and proper communication
Positiv: Crew was super friendly and helpful. Had good seats, we were able to change them at bag drop. Smooth flight and good entertainment and food

Negativ: Was late. But they were very apologetic (not their fault). Seattle port entry is HORRIBLE. I thought China was bad!
