Negativ: "The touch screen did not work properly"

Negativ: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Cabin crew were in such hurry that they missed our row couple times. They served water only 4 times for 10 hours flight and refused to give a whole bottle for some bogus security concern."

Negativ: "The food was not great, over cooked veggies and bland. For an 11 hr flight, we were served dinner and then upon waking, served another dinner - no breakfast? The bathrooms smelled like urine even before take off. Most of the flight attendants were nice. Ours while pleasant, rolled her eyes when I asked for some wine and a glass of water, like “ugh Americans always have to be so decadent” lol, but she did serve me, so wat ever that’s worth. The movies selection was pretty limited and the system that played it was super slow and a little archic."

Positiv: "The food, I must say, was the most impressive thing. They give away some souvenirs for you during the flight which was awesome. I even got ice cream as dessert. I can't tell what to say was wrong with the flight. I will definitely recommend Aeroflot for sure."

Negativ: "On my flight from Moscow to St. Petersburg I experienced a poor service at Sheremetyevo. The company is changing the gates. Which creates the problem. I had a pass with a gate #15 and was waiting in Moscow for the boarding. They changed it to the gate#2. They call my name but the pronunciation was completely wrong. At one point, I became worried and asked for help. AT this point I realized that I had to run to the gate #2 which was a mile away from my gate. To make a long story short - when I reached the gate#2 it was closed already and the company forced me to buy a new ticket to St.Petersbur for $100. I was not alone who was late to the gate.There were several people complaining about the same problem."

Blankets were sold not given to us only after take off. We had to wait 40 mins to take off which is fine in a busy airport, but couldn't get blankets when needed."

Negativ: "Placed in last row w/ non-reclining seats, even though bought tix 7 months early. We travel w/ only carry-on bags. AF allows 35 kg each but only 12 kg in cabin. I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags."

We got hold of the agent through a US number, but no solution was offered other than simply buying a new ticket for a not so good price. I ended up getting no credit whatsoever and buying a new ticket on Finnair because the S7 offered a new ticket for two days later than the day on which they described event took place."

He could not get hold of them by phone from Berlin, so we had to call from the United States. It turned out that we could not call S7 directly at all - instead we had to call Vyama. They told us that by missing the outbound flight, he also missed the inbound flight. Therefore, we had to buy a new ticket and pay whole price again for the flight two days later. This is not the practice that is used by other companies - which offer at least some credit."
