Positiv: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.
Negativ: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?

Negativ: We already had printed out tickets but it took over an hour and twenty minutes to check out bag. Additionally the flights departure was delayed by 25 minutes.

Negativ: Our baby has broken leg with plaster cast and Cathay didn’t deliver our stroller to Hongkong so we had to carry him on the hands whole afternoon...this was unpleasant experience...also when we arrived from HongKong to Denpasar Bali we found that one of our suitcases was damaged broken :/

Positiv: Nothing really of note. The plane was pretty basic and unexxceptional, but that was expected for the price.
Positiv: We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!
Negativ: Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this.

Positiv: Loved the staff. As far as my experience flying Iberia for the first time is concerned, the the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv.

Positiv: The crew was good. The comfort level of the seats were awful. People throw their luggage in the overhead compartment to fit theirs and nobody else. I had to put my backpack in front of me and had absolutely no leg room. The seats were smaller than usual.
Negativ: Serve some pretzels at least.
Negativ: Delayed. 3 hours on tarmac, no AC, then disembarked. Had to rebook another flight. Arrived to Vienna 9 hours late. The whole family lost one day of holidays. Will ask for compensation
Negativ: I was sitting right in the front near the first class area, and I needed to use the washroom, I was refused and ordered to use only the other 2 available ones at the back of the plane. It’s not much to say, but it’s weird to have only 2 stalls for the whole plane, and one stall for only about a doze
Negativ: Screen is slow and outdated. Easy upgrade from one class to another.

Negativ: Check In mühsam, Gepäckstag beim Self Check In zum selbst ausdrucken, danach erst wieder anstellen, 2 Check in Agents, welche überfordert waren, pünktliches Einsteigen, dann 20 min warten im Flieger - Gepäck wurde erst eingeladen (war beim Check in schon klar, dass sich das nicht ausgehen kann), Snack dürftig und nicht erwähnenswert - Käsesandwich nähert sich der Grösse eines Tapas an, Wahnsinn, aber da dürfte man seitens der Fluglinie sparen/Gewinne machen können??? ...
Positiv: Kapitän gab immer neuste Informationen durch zum Stand der Verspätung
Negativ: 2 Stunden Verspätung ohne Getränke oder Speise Entschädigung.
Positiv: Die Crew war ganz o.k.
Negativ: Mein Gepäck würde aus einem mir unbekannten Grund nach Madrid geliefert. Obwohl Eurowings das mittlerweile schon seit min. einen Tag weiss, waren sie unfähig dies bis jetzt nachzuliefern! Trotz abgeschlossener Reiseversicherung, weiss ich nicht, ob ich eine Entschädigung hierfür bekomme!
Positiv: I liked the big 787 plane and the in flight entertainment with individual TVs!
Negativ: Not a huge fan of the captive audience announcements for the credit card and the meal pre-orders

Negativ: The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay.
Negativ: I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib

Negativ: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...
