It was closer where I wanted to go, close by restaurants and shopping centers.
There is no fitness center. Did not want to go out in cold weather for a quick jog and had stay indoors. Don't count on the breakfast as it is very basic. There are packaged muffins and quick oats, some bars, apples, oranges and coffee.
More for long time erm use
Staff is very polite and the manager was very willing to work with me on a situation I was having. I have been extremely pleased with my stay till my apartment is ready!!!
Hotel Employee front desk, was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Front entrance door handles were wobbly. Took three trips to front desk to get keys that worked in our assigned room (Finally, hotel employee came down to the room. He had difficulties,) King sized bed - but only one pillow in room. Hotel E
I like the location best as there was lots to do around the hotel area. There were lost a resturant choices that were not very far away. There was also lots of shopping around the area as well. It was a great area in terms of closeness to lots of things
The hotel bedss were not very comfirtable, very springy and noisy. The brekfast was also not vey good as they did not have a very good variety.
Garbage from former guest left under sink. Requested additional pillows. None available. Fire alarm went off ato 5:08 am. Staff was unaware of what to do. Guests left standing in lobby.
Price was the only thing good about it
They gave us a smoking room. We called a head of time to request 2 beds, which we were told would happen, it did not. Also advised we would be late check in. It took about 30 minutes to get checked in. Room was dirty, staff was terrible.
The staff was nice enough to give us a different room since the refrigerator was very loud and the television did not work. The room was large which was nice also. Good value.
Getting into the parking lot can only be done if heading north on route 100. The parking areas could use more lighting.
Hair in the bedsheets, dirt and grime in the shower. Garbage folded into the towel. I would never stay there again. When I asked for new sheets I saw the attendant pull and smell a comforter from the hamper marked 'dirty' before folding and giving to me.
Good location. Decent hotel. Nice staff.
Very dark outside, need more lighting in the parking lot - be careful you might get stuck with a smoking room on the 3rd floor - room I had smelled of pipe and they moved me - thankfully. The smell was overwhelming.
Staff lady on the reception she was really nice and helpful. The mini kitchen is a big plus.
They should improve their breakfast or else remove it completely. Can improve the hotel interiors.
Everything -- 30 minute check-in, suffocating smoke smell in common areas and 'non-smoking' room, questionably made bed, bare minimum of toiletries/ towels.
Invaded by ants, did not stay 1 night. Had to relocate to another hotel at 10:30 pm
Room was a good size and nicely furnished. Personable receptionist at check-in-- she provided advice about things to see and do in the area.
Common spaces and stairways very dirty. We went down for their 'Grab and Go' breakfast-- was told 'the shipment didn't arrive. Perhaps it will be here tomorrow morning.' Very disappointed in the absence of breakfast and in the attitude expressed
Room was filthy & smelly with days old stinking cooking pots in sink. Room never cleaned. Was able to obtain another room.
staff was nice
the patrons seemed shady; didn't feel safe there
Location was fine.
Hallway smelled like old cigarette smoke, room was freezing when we walked in w/temp set to 60 degrees with A/C pushed even though it was in the teens outside, room was not very clean, bathroom sink did not drain and we found two metal hooks on the floor.
The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for our needs
It smelled HORRIBLE! Public spaces were stifling HOT and reeked of smoke-people always gathered outside the exits smoking-must have also smoked a ton in the rooms. Our bags and belongings even smelled of smoke when we arrived home-it permeated everything!
I liked that there was a stove and dishes available.
The shower was outdated and leaked at the shower head.
It has a full kitchen!!!
Staff Gerri was very polite and courteous. Room was spacious.
Cigarette smoke odor
Clean room, comfortable bed, kitchen, filtered tapwater, everything worked
High def widescreen LCD TV, but it was only being fed stretched standard def channels... Looked pretty sad.
This hotel is very clean the staff is very friendly. In the morning they have coffee and other breakfast items, I would stay there again.
The price and your own kitchen. Plus laundry onsite, and they will give you quarters upon request.
The breakfast leaves a little to be desired. The laundry though convenient was a little pricey.
The location was great!
The room that I rented smelled like smoke
hotel room smelled awful. Stated that there was breakfast but it was granola bars and muffins...not a breakfast
Unfortunately, I was under the assumption that Extended Stay America was similar to a Marriott Residence Inn. I was sorely mistaken. Their policy says that rooms are only cleaned once a week. Since our stay was only for two days, our sheets were not freshened, our towels were not replaced, and the room was not cleaned. Additionally, the front desk is only staffed until 11pm so there was no way to get additional blankets or pillows later in the evening. As a personal preference, my husband and I like King rooms, but there were none available; because the hotel doesn't keep any. The beds were hard, the pillows were awful, and the room temperature was hard to regulate. We will not be coming back again.
I booked this hotel and I arrived at 11:15 she called the main lobby and used the phone on the lobby and no one picked up. We had to drive another 45 minutes to find a place to stay. WE CALLED online travel website THERE RESPONSE BASICALLY WAS TO BAD CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.. BAD TIMES HA
to start off, room was dirty, cabinets smelled, sink was dirty as also the coffee maker. the tv wasn't working prperly and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. it seemed to go from bad to worse. the first night some fellow lodgers decided to have a drinking party in the parking lot till late. grilling, drinking, music ect...the next night, we returned to the hotel to find it surrounded by the sheriff and state troopers. apparently some guy was on the lose and they were recommending everyone stay in their rooms. front desk staff didnt explain, were crying and very unprofessional through it all. i have never stayed at a hotel where it was a free for all. the quality of the people staying there plus the lack of concern/interest from the staff was appaling!
This hotel was clean enough and the staff were great...........but the bed was hard has a rock but other then that is was ok
