Contra:Day one I checked in for two nights- offered my confirmation code because I prepaid. The front desk said they didn't need it. I put of my belongings in the room, shut the door, double checked to make sure it was locked, then left. When I came back, the door was open. My stuff was available to whom ever wished to take things. I called the front desk, and they said they didn't get my reservation in the system, so they gave a key to someone to use the room, they went in and didn't shut the door. The staff did not go back to check after the new guest said "someone's stuff is in the room". So the door was left wide open. The same guy who checked me in gave the room away within an hour of checking me in. The front desk later updated me and told me they sorted things out and my stay was in their system. I asked the front desk for a 6:15 am wake up call. The next morning I got one at 7:40am. Not too helpful. Considering they messed up a couple of things including something as simple as a wake up call, I decided to call the front desk to see what f they actually fixed my reservation. When I called I asked if I was scheduled to stay that night as well. They said no. I told them I paid for two, and wanted to know how to be sure they would not give my room away. They told me I had to pay for an additional night. I told them I already did. They said it doesn't matter. I need to pay for an additional night. I offered to share my confirmation and the front desk attendant exclaimed it didn't matter. I went down to the front desk to show them and clarify. Then the manager came and said she had to call the booking site and that I should go to my room and wait for her to call me. I went to my room. My keys no longer worked. I had this fixed at the front desk. Then waited for an hour. Called the front desk and they had fixed the problem, but neglected to tell me. They told me I would be refunded for part of my stay, but my card was charged for the full amount. They actually tried to charge me again at check out. Honestly- this is one of the worst motels. The staff are not apologetic for their mistakes. They are extremely unorganized, and the booking website clearly has problems as well.
