The stuff was really great.Very polite and helpful!
The food in restaurant was nicely cooked with many options everyday. The stuff in restaurant was more than great. The quality though was bad.Hotel managers have to check again the quality of supplies,in my opinion! The kids areas in hotel also very poor!
The pool Good noise insulation between rooms
I booked this as a treat for myself for my birthday. However, the sea view I paid extra for, was a partial sea view at best - my room was in the furthest building from the sea, but closest to the road, meaning I could see about 3 or 4 buildings and their water tanks / solar panels on the roofs before getting a bit of sea. Staff didn't replenish the bottled water in the room. Apparently you need to pay extra for bottled water from bars, you're not allowed to take drinks & food away from bars/restaurant, and considering it's all-inclusive, I find this outrageous. There should be a fresh bottle of water in the room every day. The welcome package in the room with information about the resort was in Russian - it seems the resort mainly caters for package holidays from Russia, so information that might have been useful (complimentary 15 min massage with every stay, price list for spa) was not included on the very basic English information sheet. I missed out on the complimentary massage because of this lack of information. There was also no information about the day or night activities in this information package. There is one a la carte restaurant which needs to be booked a day in advance. It was apparently already fully booked for the evenings of my stay. Staff at the main reception made no effort whatsoever to see whether I (a single traveller, on a - granted - short stay) could be accommodated. When I walked past the restaurant both nights, there were empty tables. There are no toiletries in the room - you have two soap dispensers, but for a resort at EUR150 per night, I expect better. The towels looked very tired and the shower was tiny. The décor in the room and particularly bathroom needs to be updated. It looks straight out of the 1970s. The Wifi is patchy at best, particularly in the evenings. It works very well at 7am. I wasn't presented with a bill for my stay when checking out.
