Great location almost in the heart of the city, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was great: good quality bakery, eggs to your taset, abundant food and nicely served, even with the challenges of Corona. Our compliments tothe breakfast crew!

The lobby / common areas seem a bit stuffy, with a scent that reminds of old people that don't go out much. I think visitirs would appreciate a recommendation / direction for parking in the area. There are a few parking plazas at walking distance, but the closes one is quite busy as it is the most centric (it was full when we got there sohad to circle downtown for a while and parked 4 blocks away. Extra pillows in the bed would have made our sleep better.

No air conditioning on a very hot day! Again, an older building that could use a renovation, but it suited us just fine for a last minute booking.

The building is very old so as the carpet inside the room. Makes not very comfortable feeling

Great location on the edge of old town. Super friendly and helpful older gentleman on reception - made us feel so welcome. Spacious rooms with old decor - lots of old world charm that makes a stay different to all the chains that are exactly the same no matter where you are.

Not the hotel’s fault but roadworks and construction outside started each morning around 6am - I’d recommend taking earplugs.

No own parking spaces available. Bed was too soft.

The location is excellent. The hotel is full of character, particularly the Art Deco Elevator.

Next to airport bus stop - location very good - Staff excellent both reception , restaurant and cleaning staff - Price fair - Rooms clean - Bed soft - Ensuite clean bath + shower - Hotel Bar closed on Sunday only negertive but there are other options near by. Good place o stay.

The personal touch... at night before bed fresh fruit left for you and a little mat beside your bed.

Bed a little uncomfortable.

Unfortunately the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable, and myself and my Wife had to have twins beds. But, don't get me wrong, overall the hotel was fantastic. Perfect location. Super breakfast. Attentive staff. Apart from having to pay for a lost key, good value for money.

Great location, everything was a short walk away. Hotel has an old world charm about it.

We loved the historic qualities. The location was very central. The employees were all fantastic.

The room was very hot and we slept with the windows open. That made for a restless night because it’s very noisy. Also, when people smoked it blew up into the room. The bathroom was also in serious need of updating as some of the tiles were missing grout. We also had two beds pushed together each with their own sheets and blankets. The gap between the two beds made cuddling impossible. Lastly, the pillow was very small and flat.

Good location. Nice old fashioned hotel with nice comfort. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the breakfast due to an early start in the morning.

The location of this hotel is great . Although it is a bit dated and would benefit from modification it still is a nice place to stay . The staff are very helpful . The bar area is very cosy and a great breakfast .

Service could be more friendly. The hotel is quite old, so one of our 2 rooms was very cold coz of old windows.

While this is one of Luxembourg's traditional hotels with a standing (and still tries to live this experience) it would need an overall refresh to keep up with that expectation. (f.i. no shower, but baths to step in, with however sometimes to short shower curtains; worn out chairs in the rooms) While we booked three rooms for one night it was surprising that they were not of the same size (I could have understood for the 1 person room, even so that was the most expensive, which was a bit unlogical as breakfast was included), with the parents been given the smaller room (not really a matter for a one night stay, but a matter for the reception to properly allocate)

It’s a time capsule - very eccentric. Charming bar area with an open fire place, great champagne.

Although the old style is part of its charm, some facilities could be improved.

Room was clean, comfortable and large. Wifi was strong and reliable. Great view from the room window overlooking the park. Buffet breakfast was nice. Great location.

More outlets in the room needed. Had to move the kettle into the bathroom in order to plug it in. Shower/tub design was a bit awkward. The double bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together.

Location was very good with it being 20 yards from main Shopping street and the hotel staff were very friendly including the back of house staff. Nice comfortable bedroom.

The price of the Breakfast 25 Euros! i decided to opt out

Central location, good transport. Somehow, an artistic hotel. It had warm atmosphere, making you feel like at home. Comfortable bed to sleep at.

Bathroom. When I made a shower, a lake of water was made in the floor. Breakfast could improve, as Cravat is a 4 star hotel.

The price was reasonable, the staff very welcoming, the breakfast is healthy and you have all you need in the room. The locality is convenient: near the shops and restaurants, many buses, not far from the train station

The lifts are old, not comfortable but the staff help

My Room seems to have been on the route to the hospital lots of ambulances and sirens thought out the night.

The hotel is really in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. And the staff was really friendly. I would suggest this hotel to anybody else.

I can mention only 2 cons: The WiFi is slow and the bed is not very comfortable, but except these 2 things I totally satisfied.
