Got lost for nearly An hour trying to find the hotel by car (sat nav gets confused as it’s a pedestrian area) the hotel then parks the car. If in doubt ring them they explained much clear directions and we finally found it !

I obviously liked the location of the hotel (it’s in de center of Luxemburg, ie luxury stores within your reach-walk distance- as well of the H&M, Zara etc). Also the very clean rooms and nice staff. The valet helped us with our car and parked it in their parkingzone (€30 per day), so we didn’t need to worry about our vehicle. My favorite spot of the hotel was their garden and the very nice couches with heating possibilities. I would def recommend this hotel.

I missed the iron.. but anything else was available in the room.

There was a small bug in the bathroom.

Perfect location right in the centre. Interesting hotel made up of seven town houses, but no compromise on the size or comfort of rooms. Restaurants excellent.

Location great !!!! Staff, food, interiour are very good. Special thanks to manager on duty who brought me by check-out fresh orange juice and some cakes deep in the night at 3:00 a.m., alghough I din`t ask for that, saying - "Taxi can wait..!" :-)

Strange room under the roof, but so far the hotel is very-very good

Everything is amazing here, the staff is top level hospital. The breakfast is overall good but little bit limited. I will definitely stay at this place again. In the city center.

The price is little bit on the expensive side for the city. I really appreciate whatever they did to make my wife's birthday special. But five star hotel should do it (arrange a bouquet) as a compliment.

Extremely nice hotel in the center of beautiful Luxembourg city. Very nice and spacious room with a lot of authentic details. We loved the large bath and rain shower. The breakfast was very delicious however both days the same and a bit limited choice.

Extraordinary place in the middle of the City. The transformation of 7 buildings into one large Hotel complex. Very modern ambient in the Hotel, paired with classic room furniture.

Our Room did not really had a pleaseant view. The valet parking was not announced on booking.com, so we had no valid Parking reservation. In comparence with The Reyloff in Ghent or the Greulich in Zürich it was a little too expensive.

Wellness facilities were poor. Employees and "etiquites".

The location was absolutely incredible. The service was excellent. This hotel is a very good choice for anybody visiting Luxembourg.

Staff could be more engaged, Helpful and welcoming . Tried other Relais & chateaux Properties and I think the Place D’arme can do much better.

The location cannot be beaten and the fact that it had 3 great restaurants and a bar was a bonus. It is also absolutely essential that it is dog-friendly as we travel with our dogs quite a bit, and on that point, they were perfect.

There was variance in staff's responsiveness. Some were truly great, worthy of relais-et-chateaux status, and others not so much. Everybody was absolutely polite and friendly, howeve.r Also it was strange that our room was not equipped with an electric kettle and a tea set.

The location is ideal, once you’ve negotiated the road works and pedestrianised precinct. The room 3rd floor in roof space was very attractive. Restaurant, bar and outside / inside terrace very pleasant to relax in.

The room has an internal glass partitioned bathroom that offers little privacy and is rather small. The lighting level is poor generally for a room with relatively small windows. The a/c didn’t work as it should, so necessary to sleep with just a sheet to keep from overheating.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location (heart of the city centre), excellent breakfast, helpful and polite staff, very clean room with beautiful features.

Nothing not to like really!

A hotel with great atmosphere in the city centre - I would certainly recommend to stay in this nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious and the layout of the rooms are really special.

My biggest issue is, that I do not have anything to complain about :-)

The bed was amazingly comfortable.

We had to park a ways from the hotel as we arrived on Saturday which is market day in the square.

The breakfast was of high-quality. The location is central but quiet neverthelesse.

Breakfast buffet somewaht limited in choice. Also despite the elegant and modern ambiance, there was loud popo music which is certainly not the right music for 7 a.m. No coffee machine in the room. This is pretty standard in 4 and 5 star hotels.

Rooms are very large and comfortable and bed is really perfectly help to restore during the sleep. The restaurant is absolutely offering a very nice service at the room and also the selection of wines and food is okay

Some small problems using the shower taps no warm comfortable temperature of the water and lights switches broken to avoid to disturb. However the hotel is really nice and I will be back!

This place is amazing. Right in the center. Vallet parking (additional cost) the customer service was exceptional. Breakfast was great. Room and bathroom was beautiful. Honestly no complaints A++ it’s definitely expensive but well worth it!

Beautiful hotel with enormous attention to detail. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very central location. Would definitely stay there again.

The bath was massive and the bed was super comfy.

There were no hot beverage making facilities in the room so we missed our bedtime tea and I couldn't fill up my hot water bottle. That's the only thing I can complain about!

Every aspect of our stay was great! We booked the hotel for 2 nights for our wedding day. Hotel gave us an upgrade given that we are staying for special event. Our room was very unique and romantic, staff was very professional and polite, breakfast was good as well.

The room and the bed were huge and very grand. Our room also had a lovely little terrace overlooking a courtyard. Housekeeping was exceptional. Location could not be more central.

Highly recommend eating at the Michelin star restaurant it was exceptional!
