Really nice place... Buffet breakfast...

I stayed here because it had a Tesla Supercharger. The place is really modern with super friendly staff!

I was disappointed that there was a buffet breakfast. During time of Covid, I think this shouldn't be the case. Please 'serve' the breakfast. My breakfast was included but I ended up not having it. Many guests were breathing all over the food.

Nice hotel but not all...

Because of covid wellness was not available. Little compensation would have been correct.

Restaurant/bar was closed because a group was using it. This was only communicated when we checked in= not so professional.

room clean, large, bathroom very well equipped, a big plus for cosmetics rituals. breakfasts very good, lots of choice.

A very big downside, which he noted on our assessment, was that the key card for the door did not always work. after returning from breakfast, we spent 10 minutes to get to the room!

Good sleep and great breakfast

The room was really comfortable, soundproofed and big. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of foods that all were super tasty.

Excellent breakfast, nice waiting staff, clean room, housekeeping accommodating our request for extra topper and pillows. Overal a very clean and modern hotel.

Despite the other staff being very accommodating and friendly, I found the room service to be quite rude. This might have been just down to a single individual. After asking what the pasta of the month is and inquiring if there was any beef or chicken included, It was rude pointed out that if I order pasta, I only get pasta and that if I wanted beef I should order beef. *rolls eyes*. Also, after hearing the description of another dish and then deciding to go for another, I got a very condensing "so you are actually preferring this to the other"? I said, actually yes and he said ok and abruptly hung up on me.

I did not like the absence of a door between the bedroom and the bathroom - if one person goes to the bathroom in the night, the other one has the light shining in their eyes. Very bad design. The pillows have absolutely no stuffing. The bar staff were unfriendly and outright surly. Not a great location. The whole place seems a bit sterile, but that may be because of the covid provisions

It was very cold in the room ,the heater was blowing cold air even if it was on 24 C.

when you are on the toilet in your room the other person can hear every noice! and you even see in the toiletroom. Door doesn't cover everything. Bathroom is not verry practic.

Lovely rooms, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was great, fresh and lots of options.

Restaurant was really expensive therefore had to have dinner elsewhere. Also the toilet water kept running which was noisy. However this can easily be fixed.

Parking

It missed atmosphere! Everything is there but it misses a soul.

I like so much the room. It was really comfortable for us as a family. Even the staff were very helpful. The price was nice as for suite room. Finally, I like so much the fast service so when I request something from the room service, they bring it very fast.

The only thing that I did not was the the limited food in the breakfast. Also, some coffee cups have smell even the juice glasses.

Room was too hot and opening window too noisy.

Some of the portraits displayed on the walls were not very welcoming.... in fact one was particularly grotesque

Cleanness

The cover on my bed was too small,comparing to the size of the bed. The bed should be more comfortable in winter than any other saison.

There should be a tea/coffee maker in the room for 4 stars?? The evening reception guy appeared to have a Polish name - would have been great being served in mother tongue rather than sticking with English.

Food and service inthe restaurant and bar were excellent. (Coffee in the bar is better than the coffee at breakfast.)

If you want to visit the city center, come by car.

I tried to book shuttle service on both face to airport and failed on arrival I was told that shuttle is not available over the weekend on the way back shuttle was not available as it was booked

Clean, good fitness, sauna and restaurant

Location

Good quantity of cereals, fruit and pastry - tea, coffee on very good level - clean and very good. I generally don't like precooked scrambled eggs and bacon, but this was delicious by its look and taste.

Most of the restaurant and bar staff were not very hospitable.

i wanted two safety pins and the staff on reception searched and found me them in some sewing kits. also wamted an iron which was delivered in minutes

i left an umbrella under the desk and i think the maid took it for trash by mistake

Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, very spacious and modern room. All in all, the building and the surroundings are absolutely lovely and relaxing. Helpful and friendly staff.

Far away from most of tourist attractions, not easily accessible by public transport (every 30 Min. one bus from Luxembourg main station). The location is only good if you travel by car. The swimming pool that they advertise on their website is 10 minutes by car and not at all accessible by public transport.

Nice sauna area, albeit small. It was very relaxing. The hotel is close to the airport but plane noise wasn't very bothersome if you wear earplugs combined with the hotel's insulation. Otherwise the hotel was very relaxing, comfortable, it all seemed pretty new and well thought through.

Toilet seat wasn't properly cleaned. The rest was perfectly fine though! Lockers in sauna and gym area require a euro coin to lock. I usually don't carry cash anymore so it was a bit of a hassle. Bathroom cupboards should have a rubber stopper so they don't make as much noise when closing them.

Quiet area and quiet rooms. Beautiful contemporary rooms spotlessly clean. Good for free parking onsite or adjacent road parking. First class breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed not too comfortable for me but probably would be for others. Only one pillow per person and quite flat. Air conditioning not adjustable even though it says it is. Probably further from centre than stated but bus number 144 can be caught about 400 metres away into centre for 2 euros (free at weekends). Takes about 25 minutes and runs generally both ways every half hour. No Coffee or tea making facilities available in room but free soft drinks offered instead. Bathroom great but could be confusing for some people due to mirrors and bronzed glass. Reminds us of “The man with the golden gun” in the final Bond scene.

The minibar is free! The support of the staff and friendliness. Comfortable and cozy. We had a good sleep. Good value for money. Free parking outsie. Will recommend.

I went to sauna but the steam bath was out of order. Aircon is not that cold but okay it is working. The receptionist on our check in day was a bit annoying, wanted a hello where I already said Hi but she allowed one of the guest to interrupt, she probably didnt hear me. Should be respectful when they wanted to prioritized a guest who was not in queue and do not annoy a customer who was so tired from drivinf 8hrs. Overall it was a good stay only the location is a bit far from town.
