We really enjoyed our stay...

The room service was great, on time. The interaction with the front desk was also very professional. We were aware of the restrictions due to covid and the hotel also has very strict guidelines for guests to follow so it made it easy to follow.

I traveled with children and the space (room)was very limited for a 6 years old, but we knew that could happen.

Great room, first we got one with a splendid view, unfortunately the heating wasn't working properly and it was too hot so we got another room, which was nice too. We had dinner, which was simple but very tasty, and breakfast, which was amazing.

Great breakfast, for vegans/vegetarians there are options such as stir-fried veggies, soy and rice milk, etc.

Excellent hotel. The staff was polite and efficient. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and safety measures were taken because of the pandemic situation. I like the location - it's an easy 20-min walk or 5-min ride on the tram (public transport is free!) to the centre. Close to the hotel there is a small supermarket (Delhaize) and several cafeterias (including the bakery Paul). A very pleasant stay :).

The staffs are nice, especially the breakfast team. Breakfast menu is excellent! Covid-19 precaution being managed very well by the hotel, they sanitized most probably every single stuff in the room even the tv remote control! great job, Melia Luxembourg :)

the pillow size is pretty small, the nightstand’s (made of wood) corners are sharp so I think it’s not so safe considering the location of the nightstands are very close from the bed.

Great hotel on the edge...

We stayed here for 2 nights after a vehicle breakdown. The hotel and the staff were wonderful and made the stressful situation a little easier. In a lovely area just a 20 minute easy and safe stroll from the city centre. Would return here if ever in the Luxembourg City area again!

Multi lingual welcoming staff at reception. Spotlessly cleaned spacious room with comfortable big double king bed. All items in the room were well sanitized and sealed. Spacious bathroom with lovely Rituals soap dispensers. Parking in next door garage is EUR 1.6 per hour max. 36 per day. Also safe to free park the car within 15 minutes walking distance.

A bit far to walk to city center if you are in a hurry. It takes approx. 20 to 30 minutes.

One night in Luxembourg

I would highly reccomend this hotel. Very clean,very comfortable ,in the new part of Luxembourg. I have been in other hotels aswell in my previous visits there,but since few years when I getting there-always preffer to stay in Melia.

Had a blast staying in The level room with city view. Polite staff, cleanliness is exceptional, sleeping was like a charm with a view that can't be forgotten. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Small things exist in every hotel and it is ok. But I book room for two people it is very strange to find only one towel in the shower :)

Great stay at Melia hotel in Luxembourg. Clean, nice room and very close to the tram, top location. Excellent breakfast.

Room is clean and comfort. Located in a quiet place. A few minutes drive to historical and shopping places. Staffs are nice and breakfast is super!

This hotel is very nice. I recommend ordering cocktails from the attentive barkeeper at the ground floor bar. Staff was exceptional and went out all the way to provide us with a late dinner.

The hotel was very clean the staff were amazing, the breakfasts were delicious. The sauna and steam room were a nice addition. We stayed in one of the “level” rooms with a view over the city which was really nice. The room it’s self was a good size and very clean with a awesome big bed. We would definitely stay again or use the same chain of Melia in a different country.

There was not a lot of free parking for the hotel. The iron was broken but luckily my girlfriend had brought a steamer. The gym was small but luckily nobody else was using it.

Really friendly and helpful staff from reception, to breakfast and at dinner. Clean hotel with easy access to the centre via tram. Only improvement would be a much better dinner menu in the restaurant.

The staff make the hotel such a good place to stay. Special mentions to Aurelie who demonstrates what excellent customer service is in every single interaction, I would even say above and beyond what is required and Van in the restaurant is brilliant at her job.
