The location was great. Easy to walk in to the center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size with comfortable beds and a wonderful large balcony with table and chairs.

No a/c so the rooms were very hot. Sleeping with the window open meant we were eaten by mosquitos. No shower curtain meant water all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast option with a la carte prices for a buffet (honey, butter, etc.. indvidually priced) was uninviting, therefore we opted to dine elsewhere. Appreciate they are operating with COVID-19 restrictions but this could've been done better, as I've experience in other hotels.

Very comfortable, good location, friendly...

Staff very friendly and willing to support. Pro-actively informed us regarding to-do's in the city. Hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, as well as the rooms. Location is quite good, only one straight street to the city center, which is only a ~15 min walk, or 5 min by bus (which goes every 10 minutes). Public parking close to the hotel is sufficiently available, just a few minutes walk. Mostly free during the weekend.

Hotel parking is available, however extremely expensive (25 EUR/day). This is really not acceptable. Also price for breakfast, prices per item on the menu, is really too expensive.

Very spacious bedroom, but the bathroom was quite small. The area was quite nice and quiet.

The shower was rather small. A bit far from the city centre, was quite a walk.

Really nice, cosy atmosphere. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside very agreeable. And PARKING!!!! Worth its weight in gold in the city.

Temperature control in the room would be welcome, it was a bit overheated for my tastes.

The hotel backs up to Parc Merl which provided a beautiful back drop for breakfast. It was also lovely to walk through.

Close to local transportation, market, dinner options. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel before and like it a lot. Comfortable and cosy room. Pleasant breakfast, at extra cost unfortunately.

Located not very close to the centre but there are bus connections. There was a foul stale smell from the bathroom; I had to keep the windows open but then it would get too cold.

In the first room there were no hot water in the bath, they changed my room. In both rooms the electricity accesses were o very low voltage so my fast charger for my mobile almost couldn't respond. I thought maybe there is some issue with the charger but check now at home and all good

Breakfast is not on room rate which means some guests may go hungry if they havent planned to pay extra.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel was in a very quiet area of the City with few restauraunts close by.

Some furniture needs renovation (old phones, doors a bit damaged, etc) Location is convenient if you have a car, otherwise you are dependant on one bus which goes to the centre and few possibilities to go elsewhere (the norm in Luxembourg). Breakfast option is too expensive (20-25 euros each), you can go down the road and eat for 4 euros a fresh croissant and a coffee

Easy access, you can easily get there by bus (bus line 5 and 6, there is a bus stop right outside and you can get them at the city centre or at the Gare Centrale. Room clean and comfortable, friendly staff.

I think it would have been polite to send me a courtesy email before taking the total amount out of my account a month in advance of my arrival. It would have helped me to budget if I'd known the whole amount was coming out of my account and to take it without my knowledge was a shock. Also the room was too hot at night so I had to keep the balcony doors open but altogether it was a good stay.

Early morning no water pressure in the shower + hot water comes after 5 minutes.

The view over the park is lovely. In the summer I expect you’d appreciate use of the balcony. The reception/bar area is modern and nice to have a drink in. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel or use the extra facilities (sauna etc) so cannot comment on their quality. The staff at reception were friendly. Though small, the shower was powerful. We appreciated being able to watch the bbc channels.

The decor in the rooms is a little dated, a little “Changing Rooms” circa 1990s. Many of our group also found their rooms to be quite warm.

Location was perfect. Clean and staff very helpful.

Would prefer tables at both sides of the bed. Pricey breakfast.

The room's temperature was too hot so it was necessary to keep the window a bit open and there was a lot of noise coming from the main street

All in all it was good. Would stay again. Loved the park.

Very warm room. Fairly clean. Bit far from center, but turned out good as you can park for free on the residential streets (weekends).
