My husband and I just got back from our one year anniversary weekend-getaway at ptown. Admirals Landing was our first experience in a B&B, and honestly we were a little skeptical at first. We were blown away by how amazing our stay was. Robin and Audrey were amazing hostesses. They were helpful and informed with absolutely anything we had questions with. Breakfast was fresh cooked and delicious. We stayed in room #6, which is very secluded and romantic. It's on the second floor and has it's own private staircase to get there. The steps are steep, but I had no problem and I'm in my second trimester with twins. The room itself was spacious and clean and had a fireplace and a private bathroom. The location is great as everything is walking distance! We HIGHLY recommend this B&B!
The owner, Tim, was attentive, kind, and informative. The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the Rutland Suite. At breakfast, we ate with an older couple from Norway and a young Italian couple who were on their honeymoon. Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend.
The convenience of location. The friendliness of the staff. The reasonable off season rates. The music from the club in the basement level resonates up through the hotel. Wish there was better sound proofing/ insulation to buffer the noise.
Staff was very friendly. Beds very comfy. Piano bar in lobby piano player sings music more for adult crowd but a lot of fun. Breakfast was minimal. Bread, muffins and bagels seemed store bought not freshly made. Also available was small selection of fruit, cereals and boiled eggs. Coffee and tea obviously but no orange juice only cranberry juice. Location at top of hill could be difficult for less able bodied patrons(no elevator either)
The location, grounds, and staff were unbeatable. We would go again in a heartbeat. The quality of amenities was more like a motel. For example the blankets were thin. There are no tissues or dish soap provided, and the room construction was more like cabins than hotel rooms. But we knew that going in, and were totally fine with a 1950s beachside experience. The grounds and staff are impeccably maintained though.
Convenient, great value, beautiful setting Nothing
beach area - filthy water and sand, no place to sit ; wifi reception spotty, NO AC !!!
Everything you would want right there. Beach, kayaking, pool, pool table/ping pong table, etc. Suite has a single bedroom with kitchen/living area separate which was nice. Staff was very helpful. location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but just a short drive into town.
Had air conditioning Customer service was kinda mean Room was cramped Wasn't near walking distance of anything fun
Amazing accommodation ! We will absolutely be returning for another stay in the future.
I liked the location. It was right in the center of Provincetown. You're able to walk anywhere you wanted to go. Also, the hotel has a great little bar called Shipwreck Lounge. The staff was friendly and polite. Everything was fine!
Price /location Wifi did not work well away from office and I signed up for a cheaper room and ended up with something more expensive which would be fine but wifi is spotty
Old cape feel. Low key and lovely location on the dune overlooking province town. Outside province town which was good for me.
Clean, great location Very dated. Floors had rot holes under carpet, felt like I could fall through.
Excellent location. Easy access to High Head Beach, P-town and biking. Friendly, helpful staff. Great views. The room we had was part of a row of rooms built up off the ground, so if someone walked around their room, the vibrations would come through to ours ! Best to have a room on the ground ( which they have ).
Braucht dringend eine Modernisierung. Keine Sicherheitsgriffe zum Festhalten in Badewanne und Dusche. Betonboden ohne Teppich. Schlechte Kommunikation mit Personal, ich wusste zum Beispiel bis zum Tag an dem ich abreiste nicht, dass es kontinentales Frühstück gibt. Überteuert für ein veraltetes Hotel.
Liked the beach right outside our door. P town is also only a mile away. It was a nice bike ride from the hotel. The beach was full of seaweed. The pool and hot tub were cloudy. The blinds in our bathroom were broken and would not go down. Shower didn't drain properly and would flood, soaking the floor,
Near restaurants and shops. The mattress should be condemned. There was no chair in the room. We could not get internet connection. There was no breakfast, or no coffee in the morning or ever. And the staff was rude and we mfelt we were not wanted there because we are straight

The bed was comfortable and location was great. The staff at breakfast was very rude and unfriendly.
Mr. Masters was an excellent house. His B&B is beautiful. The moment I arrived, I knew I would be safe and well taken care of. The staff were also very accommodating and congenial. It would have been nice to have a small coffee machine and a small refrigerator in the room. Some rooms had a small refrigerator but perhaps that is only for 2+ people in the room. However, I understand that with an old home fear of fire is a concern.
No parking, but you could pay across the street.
The room was awesome, 4 post bed, fireplace, posh furnishings and a modern bath and very spacious.
What a find! We were looking for a place to stay for one night in Provincetown on the weekend. Most other accommodations had a 2-3 night minimum stay. Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. We will definitely return! We really loved everything about it-clean, friendly, quiet, great location. If there is one thing that I would even comment on it would be that the public space is a bit small. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our breakfast outside.
Friendly at reception and very helpful with places to go.
