the hot tub and the hospitality were incredible. The owner was so kind and helpful. He really made our entire experience. We had such an incredible time. The room was huge, the bed was so comfortable, hot tub was BEAUTIFUL. I will 100% return. Amazing holiday, thank you so much !

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower room . It is not comfortable and the shower doesn’t have the door.

Everything was good with our stay, close to Oia but affordable. Good breakfast, nice pool and Dimitris was very helpful when we opted to stay an extra night at late notice.

Minor thing- Wifi could have been stronger in the bedrooms.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at...

We arrived late at night and they were very accommodating about this and arranged for a pickup service from the airport to the hotel. The room was spotless, cleaned everyday with fresh sheets & towels. The staff were very friendly, especially Dimitris at the reception. He was more than happy to help with any information that we needed about the island and also accommodated any special requests we had during the stay (like arranging the outdoor swing chair near the pool area). He also upgraded our room type from a budget double room to a private villa with hot tub and Caldera views for a minor charge. The Villa experience was truly amazing. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walking distance to all the major tourist spots/restaurants/shops of Oia. The local bus from Fira to Oia stops right in front of the hotel and is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is exceptional with a lot of options to choose from and the staff is more than happy to serve. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely hotel that I would...

We arrived very late at night and they were very accommodating about this, the room was spotless, cleaned everyday with fresh sheets & towels too, beach towels were included which was very handy. The room was very modern and met our needs, the only thing I could fault the room on was that there was only one plug socket but we made it work. The staff were lovely, especially Dimitris on reception. On check in, he gave us information about the island and things to do while there. Everyday he was so happy and always asked what you were getting up to for the day and always had a recommendation for things to do. The cleaning staff & restaurant staff were also lovely. Great family run place. The hotel is perfect walking distance to the restaurants/shops of Oia. The were always enough sunbeds at the pool as people came and went. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Only one plug socket in the room. Wifi was slow in places. Other than that, there are no other complaints.

This hotel is located less than 5 minutes away from those amazing Oia/ Santorini pictures that you see everywhere but still far enough to avoid the busy noisy streets and get a good night sleep. The hotel is very clean and the pool has unreal views. The restaurant located in the hotel has the best prices in Oia and you also get a discount if you stay in the hotel( you won’t find better in the centre as some places charge extremely high prices for same food/ drinks.) Dimitris is one of the nicest persons ever. So friendly Happy and accommodating, will go out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. When we arrived he showed us a map of the town and Island and recommended all the places to go and what to do and see. Breakfast had a variety to suit all needs - very delicious. I don’t know the name of the waiter ( guy wearing glasses ) but he was very friendly.. really can’t recommend this hotel enough. Can’t wait to be back ❤️

There’s no shuttle bus organised to/ from port/ airport. It costs 35€ to the port and you have to change bus in Fira, making the trip around 90 minutes. The hotel should organise a shuttle bus that will bring people to/ from the ports either free of charge or for a smaller fee such as 10€ pp. There were 9 people on the bus leaving the hotel to get the ferry at same time.

Very spacious rooms, supercomfy bed, a tiny bit rough around the edges, but still great value. Nice pool area. Great location in walking distance to the center of Oia, bus station right outside the hotel. Extremely helpful, always cheerful staff, esp front/reception. Would recommend.

Everything was super good, Dimitris did he's job very well, he is always in a super good mood, that is powerful. And he can give very good idea where to go. You can reach the city by feet and is a nice walk. A supermarket is near the hotel. Just amazing the island is wonderful. I will go again.

We absolutely loved our stay at anemomilos. The staff were so accommodating and went out of their way to make us have a wonderful stay. The breakfast each morning is fantastic

No tea making facilities in the bedrooms but you can ask for tea/ coffee at the bar

Honeymoon Couple

This was the most perfect stay for our honeymoon! Anemomilos is the place to be, pure customer service and hospitality. With every aspect of the stay we were treated like royalty. Dimitris (reception) was always available for any queries, he helped us plan our day trips, provided us with recommendations and went above and beyond for us during our stay. What a great asset he is to Anemomilos, always a smile on his face which could brighten up anyones day! Spiros and Margorita (Owners) were great hosts and provided us breakfaat each morning, always happy to help and again just great hosts! The service was phenomenal - the waiter Giamnis was also great, always a good morning and just made the breakfast experience even more pleasant. We stayed in the Villa 301 Armonia - honestly this is the best villa we've stayed in, massive bath, own hot tub (piping hot at night- we went in each night between 11-1am!) - always cleaned each morning. Cleaners were also happy and always a smile on their faces. The whole atmosphere is just calm and happy, the perfect holiday vibe! Bed was 10/10 - massive and comfortable, view was phenomenal! There were kitchen facilities in the villa also which we used for snacks. Thank you for a great stay Dimitris, Spiros, Magorita & Giamnis! From the couple who were always late for breakfast! We will definitely be back! PS - For anyone reading this review, make sure to stay in the Villa named Armonia!

Everything was perfect!

Wonderful stay in dreamed Oia-Santorini....

Dimitris was always available to help, always with a smile full of Greek happiness. Breakfast at the restaurant patio with the view to the Aegean Sea, an ideal place to start the day getting the energy for the adventures that the island offers!

The pool was really nice, with nice views, the resturant was really cozy with nice views as well! I loved the flowers! And the breaksfast was delicious! The staff was reallh nice but Dimitris was the best one! Such a funny and happy guy ready to help you in absolutely everything! :) Everything was so clean, quiet, and perfect! :)

Santorini quick break

Right from the start the welcome from Dimtri was awesome. Room was clean, great view. The breakfast was a buffet, just right! The owner couldn’t do enough for us! Example making cocktails at 2330!

Dimitris is super nice and handles all your needs. I slept poorly the first night so he gave us another room, organized a massage therapist and followed up with genuine concern.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anemomilos. The hotel has a perfect location and the rooms are clean and spacious. Most importantly the staff is incredibly sweet. Dimitri is the best concierge we have had!

Size of the room, view to caldera, private swimming pool.. just a dream!

The location was perfect and all the staff people were super helpful. The receptionist name Dimitris (if I remember the name correctly) was a great guy and very helpful. He was very friendly. He arranged our early checkin and breakfast. He explained everything about the place and also organised boat trip and taxi.

Dimitri was very hospitable and so were the owners who greeted us every morning with a warm smile. The room though very small was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was superb.

Our stay in Oia was simply amazing. Our “Caldera-view” villa was out of this world. Breakfast was very nice. And Dimitris was one of the best hosts we’ve had in a long time.

Watch out while reserving via booking.com because “sea-view” is this time not the best option ;-)

The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and the seating area was lovely - beautiful flowers! The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions. The man at the reception was particularly kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived (I can't remember his name sadly!) He greeted us every morning and evening when leaving and returning to our hotel. Our room with the hot tub and sea view was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon before heading out for dinner.

Great Greek breakfast buffet. Ready to go on time. Unique rooms. Dimitrius took care of us well. We went late in the season, so avoided some of the crowds. Convenient shops nearby with reasonable prices. Took the public bus from Fira for 1.8 euro.

Didn't notice any real deficits, but we're low maintenance by nature. Ok, the hot tub was not very hot by US standards, but don't want to whine. Oh yes, couldn't see the northern lights from there, but now we're just being silly. The place is great.

The guy in reception Dmitri wa super friendly and very gentle. For his kind attitude I am always ready to go back there

What a perfect place! Located close to the center, good atmosphere, nice breakfast. I really enjoyed staying there. And Dimitris is a wonderful host.

Breakfast was prepared early, so I could eat before leaving. A shuttle was arranged to pick me up and to return me to the hospital. The chicken tandoori i had for dinner was superb. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated the air conditioner and the hot water.

Dimitris from the Reception was exceptional. We did the check-in with him; he was very Friendly and helped us with some ussues that we had with cruise tickets. HE DEFINITELY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THE GUEST SERVCE, HE WAS A PHENOMENAL HOST.

Nice Pool area, good location about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Oia. The receptionist was absolutely incredible and his hospitality was out of this world, never experienced anyone like him and makes the whole room light up as soon as he smiles. Buffet breakfast was great with a good selection.

Everything was perfect!

The staff is super friendly, they gave us excellent recommendations on attractions and less crowded spots to watch the sunset from, which you will get to appreciate in Oia. The location is simply amazing, just a short walk from the main street. And the restaurant is really good with a stunning view.

The room decorations could be cozier. The towels were really old and the lack of a carpet made the room noisy.

We loved staying here! The host was so friendly, explained the whole city, gave us a map with recommendations, and his card in case we needed anything even after we finished our stay in this location. We were in close walking distance to everything and the pool was really nice! We also ate at the hotel restaurant and it was sooo worth it, delicious!

I loved the guy at reception. He was honestly the friendliest and most hospitable person I’ve ever met! Made my partner and I feel right at home. Although the room was small, it was still of an acceptable size. We didn’t have a kettle in out room, but after speaking to reception he sorted it for us. The pool is lovely and the breakfast was good value for money as it was included in the room rate. Even though there wasn’t water on the day we left, it was fixed before check out, which is at 12, so managed to grab a shower at least. All in all a great establishment!

Breakfast didn’t start until 8.30, which for us is late for a family friendly hotel. No reading lights by the bed, so had to leave the main room light on after our son had gone to bed. Minor points, and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Oia is very busy and packed with tourists. This property is close enough to the action (5-10 minute walk) but far enough to be able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. We loved spending the day at the amazing pool. Rooms were very clean. Dimitris was an incredible host! Always smiling and friendly, willing to help book any excursions/cars/etc. Between him, the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff, we received the best hospitality we ever have during a vacation!

Dimitri is sooo cool. I will definitely stay in this place again for when I come back to Oia. Place is close to the blue domes on that particular area.

I cannot say anything bad about that place! Everything was amazing. The room super clean, the staff extremely kind and the structure is beautiful there (included the swimming pool).

The view from our villa of the caldera was beautiful. Also Dimitris was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed from a transfer from the airport to suggestions on restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Pool area is cute. We had a couple drinks at night just lounging on the pool chairs. The beach was just a walking distance away from the hotel.

Only bad thing from the stay was the WiFi. It was spotty in the room and often had to walk closer to the pool area to get better reception.

The property was exactly as pictured. Dimitris was excellent! He was very welcoming and helped us with coordinating a lot of our travel around the island. It was a great stay

It wasn't exactly in the city centre, which was nice because there were less crowds and felt more private. We got a room with a sea view (sadly not Caldera), but was still fantastic. The pool was nice and deep, able to swim around and relax in the sun beds. Dimitri was a fantastic host and showed us where to watch the sunset, the different attractions around that we could visit.

Excellent hotel with extremely helpful staff.

Location excellent but far enough away from over tourism area of Oia to be quiet and give a sense of being at your own perfect little resort. We could still be in the thick of Oia action within moments but it was good to give it a bit of distance. The bus stop and a convenience store were also straight outside. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of things to try. Our studio room was modern but with design features of a traditional cave home. Well priced. I had stayed in a caldera facing premium property years ago and thought this would be an inferior option but it was certainly not that and I’d recommend saving your money you’d drop on ‘so called luxury’ accommodation and staying here if you are contemplating how to spend your money on Santorini.

The coffee machine kept needing servicing when we arrived for breakfast in need of a fix but staff kindly attended to this quickly. The manager seemed particularly attentive and happy in his job.

Safe, comfortable, clean. Staff very welcoming and bubbly. Centrally located. Great view of the sea, not the caldera but still nice. Hot tub definitely a must.

Beautiful location In oia... Room was amazing and so was the pool. Room was cleaned everyday and the hotel is right next to thier restaurant parking and pickup for excursions as well as. A excursion office and market. The receptionist dimitris is an amazing member of staff he was thrilled to have a chat and help us anyway we cab to make sure we had the best experience in the hotel and the island itself providing little insights unbeknownst to tourists.as well as always being ready to help. He was a laugh and made us laugh and comfortable to talk to him whenever about whatever.

Just the shower in the supierior studio. It's very slow to heat up and quite weak but everything else was amazing and the shower was still bearable.

Restaurant and staff were excellent. Highly recommend.
