The welcome was warm and friendly and Luigi was more than happy to offer suggestions for places to eat in the area (as we'd arrived at short notice). The breakfast was very good too! I'd recommend it to friends and family as an excellent value for money choice in Pescara.

Luigi is a perfect host. You get support if you need tips for restaurants, busses, soghtseeing. Had a perfect holiday for low budget. Would always recommend. Clean and coozy rooms.

Breakfast could be more influenced by Italy kitchen. But it is all you need and enough.

Luigi, the owner had to scramble to get the place ready, as we gave him very short notice. The room was lovely.He gave us good tips on where to eat, and to take the nice walking bridge to get there..

Not much of a view at all from the room; but that was not why we were staying there.

Owner very nice. He accurately described the surroundings and what to visit. Breakfasts very good. Rooms cleaned daily.

Bed really comfy, clean room and great service, as we booked late at night and arrived even later late that night. Breakfast was yogurt, bread, jams, fruit and fruit juice. It was left out for us in the kitchen for when we got up the next morning on a self serve basis. Close enough to the centre of Pescara and coast.

It is very close to the beach and city center, great local restaurants near-by. The room and bathroom were spacious, and they clean it on a daily basis. The personnel is lovely, friendly, and able to give you lots of info's about the place: where to go, eat, how to spend your time. The bus station is just outside the property. The city is lovely, and the people are very nice and friendly. You can eat very well at almost any restaurant for around 35 euros/2 persons (drinks included, and "coperti" tax included - in Italy there is a tax included in the bill for plates and table tools: 1.5/2 euros/person). Overall I had a great time in Pescara, it's a great place to visit for people of all ages (there are play-grounds on the beach for kids as well), and I warmly recommend accommodation at B&B Amerigo Vespuci if you travel with friends, solo or as a couple.

- great location, safe area, close to the beach and not far from the city centre - lovely decor, way better than on the pics - kitchen and breakfast options

- no corckscrew (a tiny but important detail ;))
