Hotel Carlton

So much friendly staff which made all the difference!!! :) Breakfast was organised and presented very well. Room was very comfortable to sleep in and in general it is clean. TV works well and has good stations and hotel being in front of the sea with a beautiful view was great! Apart from the small minor things which we did not like, this hotel has made it to our favorite list of where to stay next time.

A bit more attention for cleaning in the bathroom would have gone so much further. For normal use it was very good but the overflow of the sink had some mould easily seen and could be also easily cleaned. Vending machine had items stuck but not deducting any points there as we did not let them know. What they can do to improve that is to do a daily check to see if the item tray is blocked or not.

good hotel! bright, spacious room, large bathroom. The big plus was the presence of bathrobes. The staff is nice and considerate. I will definitely come back to you!

Great location, as it is right next to the beach, very close to nice restaurants and great shopping boutiques. The room was very clean and beds were comfy. The breakfasts were also very delicious with a great variety of choices.

There was no iron in the room or at the reception.

Hotel is just a minute away from the beach, 5 minutes away from shops, and 10 minutes away from the bus and train station. Very clean hotel and nice staff. Very relaxing

Great breakfast, nice staff, good location. Rooms were clean and lovely. It is close to shops, restaurants and the town center. The restaurant on the premises was wonderful.

Rooms were tiny. We weren’t allowed to turn on the air conditioning because it wasn’t the season, yet. There was little space to put toiletries.

We stayed two times in short period of ten days. Very helpful and friendly warm stuff, super location just a street away from main centre and beach side.

The staff in hotel was very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay in hotel. Location is just perfect, facing sea side and just one street from very town's centre.

Pescara a very nice city with a wonderful beach, and certainly only a few foreign tourists around here.

The friendliness, attitude and speed

Luke warm dishes for breakfast from the buffet Bacon really soaked in grease, easy to sort out. No offer of hot individual meals if required. Coffee was good.I enjoyed it helped by a member of staff.

The hotel was clean, quiet and close to downtown restaurants/bars. With its’ location directly across from the Lido it must be a summer favourite. Due to the time of year we stayed there (October) almost all of the beachfront restaurants/bars were closed for the season.

More fresh fruit and fruit juice for breakfast, and for food to,be replaced at breakfast once all had been used.

The place had an amazing view of the sea, the breakfast was good, the rooms were really nice as well and the staff was extremely polite. All in all a good place to stay.

Clean comfortable room with sea view. Good choice of items for breakfast and efficient staff including cleaning lady on 3rd floor. Hotel is in a good central position.

The receptionist was surely efficient but not particularly friendly. Pillow was too hard for me. I consider 15 euro a day for parking excessive and anyway there was no space available.

Check-in and check-out was seamless and Patrick was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Great room with view of beach and amenities in room were good.
