Staff,area,parking and noisy neighbors
A nice little hotel in...
It is a nice little hotel, perfect for a short, casual stay in Pescara. The location of the accommodation is great - close to the central station as well as bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The breakfast selection is small, but with very tasty pastries. The restaurant staff is very kind and accommodating. Due to COVID-19 restrictive measures the staff brought food to your table. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful: serving me with hot water upon request and storing my luggage after check-out, so I could visit the city a bit more.
My only comment is about the bed blanket. People who suffer from allergies should avoid it as it is worn out and absorbed with dust.

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurant and to the beach. Staff was nice.
Due to corona virus the breakfast was poor. The hotel should have given a heads up about the breakfast. There was just bread, butter, jam and a few pastry. Windows, closets were dirty.

Location was great, very central, close to the shop, station and beach! Nice bathroom and balcony
Staff were not very informative. Once asked for information, they were friendly and helpful. Also no clothes iron and board available!
Location is perfect.
Staff during the night was not nice. Too noisy and if you like walking with out shoes socks will be dirty later. Toilet too small.
