The included breakfast is overall very good (not many items, but enough varieties). The front desk staff are pleasant and speak good English.

It is a little far from train station and central shopping area. However, I guess people (mainly in summer) come to stay here for beach, not for shopping. :)

The rooms are nice to but at a closer look you see that they urgently need renovation. My first room was in a very poor condition. The walls had paint coming off, all handles in the bathroom were loose and when I showered, water leaked through the wall into my room. I complained and got only the next day another room and they did not offer any financial compensation for this disasterous room. The next room was better but also here you could see small cracks in the pain, scratches and broken tiles.

Our stay was amazing. Thanks a lot for the kind hospitality and fascinating service. Room was very clean, AC worked at it's finest, towels were changed everyday and breakfasts were mesmerizing, especially homemade pastry and juices. :)

The best are the breakfast. Signora Antonella prepares everyday homemade cakes, bread and so on. They're gorgeous. By the way, the coffe is real espresso prepared at the moment for you.

The bathroom was really small. Take a shower needs a bit of imagination. We chose this hotel for the bikes, but they said they weren't available...

Lovely location. Loved having a kettle and tea in the room. Having a balcony was a great bonus. Very kind and friendly staff. Location was great. Not too near, not too far from center.

Light in hall by closet was on a timer that only stayed on for seconds. Needs to be able to turn on. Blinds on outside of one window didnt work but were open enough we could still get out on balcony.

Good location along the beach, a few minutes walk to Ponte del Mare which I enjoyed the sunset. Although no parking at the hotel, finding a street parking nearby was not hard. There are many choices for restaurants around. Nice breakfast.

You have to pay to use hotel beach and umbrella. If they offer a drink/coffee or lunch on this beach it could be great. The beach was quite ok, not very overcrowded.

WiFi was not working properly and manager at the reception could not do anything about it - you could connect, but connection speed was “0”. Room is rather small, bath is tiny, shower is old and leaking. Worst of all was that air conditioning was blowing right on the bed, with no opportunity to change it, so it’s either hot or you can catch cold while sleeping. Other thing about location - there’s either a club or open air next to the hotel and there was a loud music till 4-36 am.

A lovely hotel right on the beach! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Hotel Salus is located between the main shopping area and where the locals live in Pescara (just across the bridge) - so you can choose to either be very touristy or go for a walk to discover a bit more local scenery :) You're also very close to public or private beaches, so it's a great combination depending on what you're after. I stayed here with my boyfriend for a few nights and it was a really lovely stay - would recommend! One tip is to brush up on your Italian as this is more of a local tourist spot where English isn't spoken frequently.

The room and shower area were quite small for two people. It was certainly doable as we didn't stay indoors a lot - but if there was anything to comment on it would be the size of the room and shower area.
