* Wifi doesn't work at all. * Juice at breakfast from a machine and extremely sweet, most other hotels there have fresh juice. * Breakfast staff gave out to us for walking out with a tiny muffin. The coffee and tea was so bad (salty water in this area and apparently they don't filter it so the coffee and tea was salty). We decided to get a take away coffee somwehere after breakfast and drink it at the pool with the muffin. For the sake of the money we spent there on accomodation and food/drink I think they can be a bit flexible with a muffin, or serve a non salty beverages. It's understandable if they give out to guests stuffing their pockets not for a muffin or a biscuit. As a hotel I'd focus on the bigger things and make customers feel welcome and come back. I wouldn't go back to this place for a silly muffin discussion.

Staff were all nice. I would like to thank Lineu at the reception for giving us so much information and Carlos for joining our company at the bar while we play pool. Breakfast was also good for the amount we paid, its a lot. Pool was ok but there was kind of dirt coming from the trees. Location was also nice as its only 5 minute walk from the beach and there are loads of restaurants outside the hotel.

Bed was so squeaky and the aircon was not working its best. There was only one iron and ironing board in the whole hotel.

Nice getaway in relaxing hotel...

Great location with great restaurants all around the hotel and very close to the town/beach. Short taxi drive to next beach where you can rent kayaks. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Popular with couples so not many noisy kids.

The pool is FREEZING and the wifi is unusably bad. The breakfast choice was okay but some items were bad (the sausage was awful!)

The swimming pool is ok

The swimming pool was not very clean, the room was a little bit old for the price payed and the hotel is not close to the beach (as the name says). Breakfast was ok but the staff was confused because of COVID measures, making it not pleasant for the clients. The bed is comfortable and the location is vey convenient - there were loads of restaurants around.

Practically everything! The customer service was terrible - the staff were rude, dismissive, abrupt, and overall unhelpful and unwelcoming. The breakfast options were very limited. There are no other options other than pork which my friend cannot eat due to religious reasons. There are not able to meet a lot of dietary requirements. The room was not cleaned to a high standard. When we first arrived, staff members suggested we had not made a booking and was very condescending! She did not apologise once she had actually looked and found my booking. We had ordered a cab and was waiting however, the lady at reception sent our cab away. This happened to numerous people of my background and age group. When we reported this, the other receptionist told us he did not care and it was not his problem. We felt racially discriminated against. During breakfast no conversation was made with us by staff however, they gladly conversed and smiled with other backgrounds. I believe despite the amazing location, it is not worth staying here and being treated in a bad way.

I liked how comfortable and convenient the hotel was to the bars and restaurants in Carvoiero and the hotel offered free parking. The room had a balcony with a view of the ocean and a pool with a swim up bar.

Fresh squeezed juice could have been provided at breakfast along with a more expansive assortment of fresh fruit. Additionally, more and diverse food options could have been available on the breakfast buffet.

We had a fantastic stay and really appreciated the stylish makeover and redecoration of the communal areas. It was very clean.

The wifi was very poor. You constantly had to log in again. Sorting this out would have got a higher rating from me. Also the drinks at breakfast were salty.

The staff on check in at reception in breakfast hall and at swimming pool bar were all very friendly. The night bar man was strange and again didnt seem to trust me by myself. Very random. But overall staff were lovely especially Mario Carlos and the girls at Reception. The hotel decor is very pretty as is pool area and Id a lovely balcony.

I overslept on my check out day by 5 hours and wanted to check back in but my phone was dead. The staff wouldnt let me use their internet facilities to book in via bookings.com. in the end i was escorted from property by 2 nice gentlemen who didnt trust me and police officers. It was a negative experience.

Disappointed with mirachoro this year! We always go to mirachoro when in Carvoeiro. This year the bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning in our room was very poor - woke up several times during the night in puddles of sweat. I’m Not sure I would stay here again.

The hallways were very spacious, so tended to be noisy, but otherwise I would definitely recommend this property!
