This Place is excellent value for money great staff pools were perfect for us especially with two kids food and drinks excellent and our bungalow was perfect and clean

I would recommend a care package for pre purchase as Villa has nothing and you are not told much about the area. Or send an email pre vacation with recommendations.

Friendly helpful staff, easy check in, good facilities with a well stocked mini market shop with fresh pastries. Pool area was great and resort is a short pleasant walk to town. Air con was very effective at night. The resort is also only 15 minutes from Lagoa where there is a great water park and also 25 minutes from the historical town of Silves.

We stayed in 3-bedroomed house 31b and thought it was lovely - spacious, comfortable, had everything you could wish for, nice garden with plenty of seating and loungers, excellent kitchen, roof terrace. It was so nice we didn’t really go anywhere apart from into the town for the odd meal and to the pool a couple of times. We also received visits from a friendly cat and her 3 kittens - very cute!

The only downside was that we had arranged for an early check-in (11-12am) as our plane got in at 10 in the morning. We were really pleased that this had been granted, but when we got to Reception were told that we couldn't get into the house until 2.30. A bit disappointing as we had to sit around the pool in our jeans for ages feeling a bit hot and cross! Anyway, the house magically became available at exactly 2.30pm and we got over it. Please don't tell people they can check in early if they can't actually get into the accommodation!

Garden and pools areas were fantastic, peaceful relaxing atmosphere, location great, plenty of bars restaurant near by, close walk to beach and town

Beds weren't great, pillows were not good Also check out was at 10.oclock, cleaners were knocking at 9.15, and then just came in at 9.30 and we weren't quite ready

Fantastic accommodation, clean, comfortable and loads of character. We loved the swimming pools, entertainment and our 6 year old had a great time at kids club. Yannick and Gisalia the kids club hosts are brilliant!

We were glad we had hired a car as it’s a steep hill and about a mile from Carvoeiro centre and the beach.

The staff was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel extra welcome. I had paid for dinner and breakfast with my room, but I arrive late and missed dinner. The hotel receptionist (I think Horachio) noticed I was going to miss it, so he packed me a small dinner!!!!!! That was absolutely amazing and thoughtful! Every staff member I encountered was accomidating and welcoming. The buffet food exceeded my expectations, was filling and the coffee great! After watching the sunset in town or on one of Carvoeiro's beautiful cliffs, I wound always wind down at the bar, with a yummy inexpensive cocktail. They also have different small events each night which was nice. Parking was always available and easy. I cant say enough great things about this place. I WILL return, I absolutley loved it.

I wish there was a little more light in my room, but it was no bother at all. I hardly spent any time in there! :)

Neatly managed residential area with some central facilities. The staff was really helpful and tried very hard to make everything happen. The house we stayed in had everything we wished for.

The privat garden of our villa could have done with a bit of tender loving care.

Beautiful. Pool were perfect for the kids while monitored by a lifeguard. Kids club too was great. Facilities spotless and well kept.

Price of food and drink. A little pricey compared to the town. better valve to be had elsewhere

Fine place to travel Algarve. Hotel located about 1.5 km from sea, but rooms are big, bathroom are comfortable. Hotel are 2 parts - one is located wit reception and restaurant, second part is located 500 m away. Both parts included playgrounds and swimming pools. In Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach with promenade and a few restaurant. Above sea is a wood promenade on the cliffs - very fine!!! In the area are a lot of fine beaches.

The double bed was 2 singles pushed together which made sleeping with my partner impossible!

Lovely, helpful staff - particularly in the restaurant. Food was great and good sized portions (did half board) - good value. Grounds very well cared for - lots of trees, shrubs, bushes and flowers. Pools very clean and inviting. A great place for couples to chill out. Room was spacious with a more of a traditional feel.

The beds were single rather than a double. Sound insulation very poor between adjoining apartments where there was a wooden door (I suppose this was sometimes opened up so that the two apartments could be used together?).

Clean and lots of room. Pool area lovely. The beds were excellent for comfort.

The location, food and room we're just perfect. And the staff are really good.

My neighbors had a party which kept us up for much of the night, it was a nightmare. Reception changed my room the next day, but we were so tired the damage was done. Shame, because the rest of the stay was excellent, and all Paraiso staff are first class.

The staff were very friendly and the room had recently been done up and was excellent. The onsite restaurant was great and we ate there twice, the pool bar served lovely snacks with happy friendly staff.

We found the complex was a little too far from the centre because of the hilly location. We would prefer a longer beach and this is the only reason we would not return. We would recommend Quinta Do Paraiso to friends and had a very happy stay.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it has everything we could have asked for and it’s spacious. The location was excellent !! Very close to other places and the people is very kind.

we booked superior bungalow . It was perfect, very confortable, enough space and well equipped. We asked for german TV channels and technicians attended us very quickly.

The place was spotlessly clean air con was fantastic in every room, plus it was very spacious. kitchen had every appliance for self catering you could think of

Most of the sun loungers where damaged and parasol on balcony was unusable but other than that a great apartment to stay in near the pool and only a few mins from mini market and reception

The staff are exceptional. So helpful (especially Jose at front desk) I feel like we have had to leave our friends when leaving. Very safe environment. Villas are amazing. Just a beautiful place.

Cant fault anything. Just come prepared for walking. Steep hills going down into Cavoeiro and steep climb coming up. Good exercise.

The facilities were great, there were several pools and restaurants within walking distance.
