Got a very nice room high up as requested with fantastic viewes! Although...cleaning not satisfying. An old sock was left under a chair and snuff pack ( used snus) was still there under desk. VERY cold in room.. tried to adjust but made no difference. No floor heating in bathroom must be standard at a FiveStarHotel. Also lamps in the roof was broken. One of five.

Enjoyed our stay but don't...

The room was stylish and cool. The view was amazing and the lighting was great. The bathroom also felt very luxurious and clean, two sinks is a big plus! It was all very cozy. All in all, it was a nice valentines day.

We paid for a room for 2 adults and 1 child, but the room was not suitable for a child at all. There was no space to change diapers, there were no supplies (extra towels, napkins, etc) for a baby. We had to resort to using a chair as a nursing table. Mind you, we booked the Junior Suite, not just an ordinary room. The room wasn't ready when we arrived around 14:50, and we were told to wait in the lobby but had to get back in the queue after around 20 minutes to get the key! If they wanted us to wait in the lobby, then you would assume they would come to you with the key, but no. When we got our room, it wasn't even ready! Apparently, there were items missing from the minibar. So when we were in there and had already settled in, staff knocked on the door to first check our minibar to make an inventory, and then came back later to refill. They apologized for it, but when you pay for a 5 star hotel, you would expect this type of disturbance to be somehow compensated. They provided one sanitation kit, which contained a single tooth brush. I don't know the logic behind providing a single toothbrush for 2 adults and a child, but I guess it made sense to someone. The curtains also had some stains on them. The breakfast was very a standard hotel breakfast, nothing special about it at all.

I forgot my Versace necklace...

I liked the hotel being close to city centre.

I didn’t like the people who work at the hotel. I forgot my expensive Versace necklace in my junior suite and the receptionist found it and wont give it back to me unless i pay him 1500 USD/15000 SEK. I have made a police report and will be sueing the hotel for a very large amount of money. / Sebastian Blake. The hotel manager/CEO and the people working in the lobby have stolen my Versace necklace and using it as hostage to blackmail me for money. Thanks, best regards Sebastian Blakeus.

Almost everything! Is the second New Years Eve we’ve spent there. Its clean, comfortable and modern.

We booked a superior king room, having previously stayed in a standard king room. There was no difference, the room and bed were identical. Not sure what that extra upgrade was worth.

This property is absolutely stunning. From the facilities to the staff. The selection at the breakfast bar is exceptional. If there wasn’t something in the room the hotel concierge would send it up with in 5 minutes of the call. The sauna and fitness facilities were incredible. By far the best hotel fitness facility I have ever been to. Unfortunately, due to the amount of bookings I was not able to schedule a massage or spa appointment. Social distance was enforced and cleanliness was held to a superb standard.

The room I stayed in did not have full length mirrors (to look at yourself/outfit before leaving). The amount of storage space in the room was very limited.

Nice and accommodating staff - we asked for a bath if possible in advance and they were very nice and managed to do so! The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast we had the next day was really, really good! The order in menu was also very reasonably priced and good quality. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better staycation night :)

The TV didn't work when we arrived and it took us a while to figure out that it was due to the loose internet cable at the back? We're really grasping at straws to find something we didn't like!

It was absolutely the best hotel I have stayed in Sweden. The staff was super helpful breakfast was great and the location is in the middle of the centre. They even put a toy to my daughter’s crib as a gift!

The rooms are very comfortable and the location is fantastic... 10 minute walk from the station and 10 minute walk in most directions of great restaurants. Plus the gym facilities are very modern

Car park is public so if you come and go a lot the cost can be higher than advertised. In the evening there is no direct access to hotel so you need to walk around the block. On arrival there was no help to bring luggage into the hotel which is a bit unique for a 5star hotel

I liked how they had everything prepared. I liked their breakfast. It had a great location, near to many shopping centers and the parliaments house and a museum. I liked their in room dining times and service. It was very clean and comfortable on the beds. The rooms had very good lightings for my liking. They also have different breakfast slots for not overcrowding the dinning room which was a great thing in my opinion during the situation we are facing today. Greta interior design and Greta looking rooms. Their teas and coffee were the best. I also really liked the fact that I could make that very great coffee in my room. We also had a in room shopping which was great and useful.

I didn’t like how less of an information they gave about the hotel, for example we didn’t knew there was a spa until we checked the books in the rooms at the last days. It’s okay but I preferably would like the reception to introduce us to the hotel and if necessary give us a tour. The location of the hotel is also very great but it took us a bit of a time to find the hotel itself since there was no very big visible sign showing it expect for x. The breakfast was great but they had very little alternatives for vegan diets, it was mostly overnight oat or overnight chia seeds. I liked them but the portions was very small and very filling. There was other alternatives but they were more not like a main dish. The beds were great but we ordered also an extra bed in the room. The extra bed was fairly good but I didn’t liked it since it was a bit hard because of the futon being small. The bed also kept moving because of its wheels. But we fixed that by moving it to the carpet. And for a suite it was a bit small for calling it a suite, I would have been more satisfied to have a bigger room when ordering suite. Since we ordered a suite to have space for an extra bed but it got all cramped in the room and it lost its luxury after setting an extra bed. During breakfast it was great but it was a bit hard to ask for help since most of the waiters were busy. We even asked a waiter for help but they forgot about about our request and we sat there waiting for someone to help us. But soon another waiter came and helped us. It was just a short not really pleasant experience in the hotel.

Amazingly friendly staff at this...

This property is very centrally located, which makes getting almost anywhere in Stockholm super easy, with all the charm of Gamla Stan just a short walk away. The property is very modern and stylish, our room was comfortable and smartly designed to make good use of the space, and the bathroom was quite large. The selection at breakfast was really extensive and all very tasty. That being said, the biggest standout at this property was the staff - everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful and legitimately very friendly. We felt welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived - and not in a fake way either. Huge thumbs up to everyone at the hotel who made our stay so easy and relaxed!

Lovely base to explore Stockholm...

The hotel is stylish and comfortable at the same time. The bed was incredible. The hotel is in a great location really near the central Stockholm train station and walking distance to other must see islands. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I accept this is minor but it seems there is a distinct lack of English breakfast tea in the building which would have bought this stay up to a 10.

Prime location. I stayed in a superior room and it was beautiful, great views of the square. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in, in a hotel. The bed side lighting options were very nice. Staff were very helpful.

No fridge in the room. The TV was not a smart TV so could not access YouTube, Netflix etc.

Excellent location within a walking distance from every neighborhood in Stockholm. Super comfortable bed. Great breakfast selection of many healthy options. Electric bikes available for a fun way to see the city. Gym downstairs with all the amenities except sauna.

Great hotel at Stockholm city center, not far from Gamla stan and railway station. Restaurant in the hotel worth visiting. Rooms are stylish and convenient, we got free room upgrade to a Deluxe room on the top floor, that was very nice and the view was great also. Were there at the beginning of March, hope the hotel and all the staff successfully passed this tough times.

Location was superb. Staff go out of their way to help we are hopeless reading maps but staff all happy to explain the routes to recommend museums. Such lovely clean friendly hotel. Loved our stay here so much, sorted out our transport from and to airport which was so stress free.

The bed was amazingly firm and comfortable. We couldn’t have stayed in a better location. Great with a 1.5 year old and a 2.5 year old- you can get to the food court without leaving the hotel. The staff are so friendly and really accommodating.

I really can’t fault the hotel- it was a bit expensive but on par with other hotels.

Location is great, nice touches in the room. The rooms facing away from the city aren't the best as very dark. Recommend getting a room on the other side. The room service staff were excellent!

Trying very hard to be a personal hotel but when it's busy it does not achieve this. Staff need better training to explain facilities and not read out your whole room service bill in public when checking out - this lack of emotional intelligence and experience was obvious across the whole hotel. Breakfast was crowded and should have a la carte options and generally greater care for solo travellers. Gym facilities are great but not explained well also. Mostly the communication is lacking and a real sense of hospitality for the guests. It very surface level and for the prices they're charging it should be much better.

Modern nordic design and excellent location. 10 mins walk to the Central Station and close to most attractions and shops. Good variety of warm and cold food for breakfast and the staff there was nice. Easy access for baby strollers everywhere in the hotel.

The tap water temperature was not stable esp. for the shower. The loud music that kept playing in the bar downstairs until at least midnight was quite disturbing. It was also a bit disappointing that the housekeepers kept providing services that we didn’t need although we clearly made the request to the reception four times. The bed was big enough but a bit too soft and there was no other choice for pillows. Would be ideal to provide a small changing table for babies in the bathroom.
