Good value, tasty breakfast and gret location.

Good location right next to the main train station with plenty of restaurants, supermarket, fast food etc next to it. City center with main tourist attractions is at walking distance. The room was clean and serviced every day. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options. Good wi-fi.

I booked a room without window, so I knew that before I got there. However, I was surprised by the very small size of the room (approx. 2x3 m + a small bathroom). However, I can recommend you take a room without window if you don't spend too much time in it (it might get a bit claustrophobic if you spend too much time in it). Also, the bed was quite small (it was still ok, but if you and your partner are above average weight you might have some trouble here).

Very central location at a very good price. Nice breakfast. Lounge was modern but cosy. Small uncomplicated bar with very friendly staff. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have to stay overnight in town.

Not much not to like. I'm sure all the other reviews have pointed out that the rooms are small and some have no windows. However they were very well designed. With a huge skylight covering the whole ceiling and a bright mural on the wall meant that they actually felt airy.

Easy proximity to Central Station but best found if you exit near Alanda Express.

The room we originally booked (without a window) was beyond small - so much so it was not possible to move between the bed (tight against THREE walls) to the bathroom without moving our bags. The room we upgraded to had serious mould around the tiles in the shower area. Reception was a little hit and miss. Worst experience was the in-house travel advisor who was unavailable till late on the day our of departure. With no knowledge of the location till shown on the map, she then proceeded to scoffed at our intention to use public transport to the Viking Ferry Terminal (less than 3ks away) and could only advise us to take a taxi to what she considered was 1 of 3 potential departure points :( Google Maps and public transport took us straight to the address shown on our booking confirmation :)

Fair price and good location if you need to take a train to the airport. Breakfast was really good.

It’s very shabby hotel, a lot of dust. Room was very small, like a closet but quiet. Staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this place and don’t want to stay here next time.

I stayed there for 2nights and 3days. I was surprised because they didn’t clean in 2nd day. They didn’t change towels. Also the room is small and you can listen easily that someone opens or closes doors in other rooms.

The breakfast was excellent with an extensive menu, but more seating required. The location was central and close to all amenities.

Barkeeper Restaurant people were very kind. Breakdast was good. Location close Arlanda Express and City Center is still a big advantage. A higher rate is not made due to the fact that my room was an indoor room wirhout window.

Indoor rooms are a compromise to safe money

Breakfast is great. The location is very accessible to airport express train and central train station as well. One station away from the tourist spots.

The staff are friendly. Good location, right next to the central station and close to the shopping/dining streets. Breakfast is quite good.

The towel/floor/bed et al. in the room is a bit aged. It was freezing degree outside on that day, but no heating in the room! The air condition kept pushing cool air into the room and it can't be stopped. I switched the control button to the warm side but it was not changing anything at all. I could have called the service but the good thing was that it was luckily not so cold in the room.

Clean, staff was so nice. Perfect location for public transit. Literally next door to central station, Express train from airport goes directly there.

The location is perfect, just around the corner from the train station! The room was big, quiet and generally comfortable. You could also open a window to let some air in. The breakfast was great with varied options to choose from and plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate the guests. I did not have an opportunity to use it, but the bathroom also had a bathtub! The check-in was easy and fast, as was the check-out.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking and the mattress moved around a lot. Unfortunately, our room also suffered from several small things which added up, such as a leaking shower head in the shower and a broken tap in the sink. There was also a loose piece of grating on the side of the bathtub and the toilet seat was loose and moved around. The window handle was also loose and came off when I opened the window. I also wish the lamps by the bed could have been adjusted a bit because they were very bright and fixed in their position.

Tiny tiny room! It is mentioned in the description that it is small, and has no window, but my goodness it was claustrophobic! And the wallpaper was of the main town square, so it kind of felt like I was always being stared at. Beware of the wide angle photos used on the website.

The breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel where the cost it is included with the room charge!!

Carpets in hallways, wallpaper - worn and a bit dirty. one-half shower doors allow water to spray all over the bathroom.

The service was excellent. Reception, bar and especially in the in restaurant it was amazing.

The hotel rooms needs to be refreshed. During the weekend the breakfast room was overcrowded

1) excellent breakfast; 2) great location of the hotel.

1) A lot of people at breakfast - it's hard to find a free table; just chaos. 2) The room had only the imitation of cleaning; for 6 days, they never wiped the dust and washed the floor, bed linen was changed only once.

Really nice breakfast, good location - just meters away from the Arlanda express train station and central station, the gym is not big but it has most things you will need and the equipment looks pretty new :); love that they have vending machines on every floor for my late night snack; the bar next to the lobby is very cosy and nice to hang out

The room is smaller than expected

Wifi was very unstable.

The people were excellent- every single person i had contact with went out of their way to help me and were extremely friendly and helpful. The people made it lift from an okay experience to an excellent stay- special mention to Anna at concierge desk for her spot on recommendations and excellent customer service- above and beyond!!!

The rooms were small and getting to them was like going through a maze and they were nothing to write home about. Mine boasted a view but the ‘view’ was a vacant lot with weeds- and back side of buildings, quite ugly. But the experience at the unique Ice Bar snd the excellent location near arlanda express and bus pickups/central as well as trams made up for that.

Since I am Swedish I did not like the receptionist wanting to talk the formal way, using the old-fashioned 'ni'. Those days are gone in Sweden!

the room was really too small... we felt locked in a cupboard. No space to put our staff (not even enough space to put our luggage... and we had very few...). And it could have been nicely decorated but it was not really... with a quite poor lightening, and a sort of panoramic picture all around a very small room (rectangle of 2 meters by 3 meters). We avoided to spend time in the place... because we did not feel good in it.

Great location next to Arlanda Express. Decent breakfast.

The double bed only had a single small duvet, that me and my partner kept struggling over all night :). In the morning we realized that there was an extra duvet in the closet, but too late. Room could have been bigger.

The hotel is well located near the Central train station and 20m away from the Arlanda express train. The staff are friendly and helpful and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The rooms can be quite compact and cold. Our air con didn’t work and the temperature was quite unpredictable but this may not be the case for everyone.

The hotel located in front of Stockholm CentralStation, so easy to use trams, trains, express trains, and buses. The hotel was clean, also the staff was diligent and friendly. In general, breakfast of European hotels is simple, however, this hotel provides many kinds of food at breakfast.

Wifi signal was so weak… So most of the times I was used 4G data.

It took several emails and several meetings with staff to receive an invoice. While staff at booking.com (through which the reservation was made) were extra helpful, hotel staff initially refused and subsequently printed an invoice that would not meet the requirements set by my employer. My room was not cleaned on the second day of my stay (policy? mistake? no idea).

Excellent location, 5 minutes away from main station and literally just over the road from the airport express station. Local attractions within walking distance. Clean and tidy and fairly modern. Reception area well presented. Great breakfast choices with so much to choose from, however, it was very hectic at peak times. Upgrade to a room with windows.

The room was a lot smaller than anticipated, we had been upgraded, so whether our original room was just as small but without windows I'm unsure. The room was also frustratingly furnished, like it was meant for one person, but we were a couple. For instance; *Plug sockets only on one side of the bed *Bedside table only on one side of the bed (and on the side without the plugs?) *Lamp only above one side of the bed *Hardly any storage space for your own personal things *Single duvet on a double bed for a couple - there was an extra duvet in the cupboard, but if this was for a double why was it not on the bed and if it was for a single it was far too hot to have two duvets! I had an early flight on the day of leaving and needed to catch the airport train at 4.20. I asked one of the reception staff whether they did take-out early breakfast and she assured me they did and that her colleagues will help me when I come down the next day. I left the room at 4am and found reception unmanned, after a few minutes, a member of staff came with a trolley full of breakfast things. He knew I wanted the breakfast to take out and saw I had my cases to go, but took 10 minutes putting everything out. When I've had a similar on-the-go breakfast before, it's just had ready made stuff to quickly and easily take away. Here, there was bowls, milk, cereal etc. which I couldn't take out. I then had to quickly make my own sandwich and grab some fruit and go. Luckily, I didn't need to check-out as my boyfriend had to travel somewhere different and was checking out later, but it would've been a rush otherwise. Maybe a lot of people come down to eat early breakfast in the bar area before leaving, but this wasn't what I called a take-out-breakfast and the last thing you want to be doing at 4am when you're needing to get off is faff making food. Surely it's easier for hotel and customer to just have a simple grab bag prepared if requested?

Very good location really close to main train station and not far from many city centre sights. I had a small room with no windows, it was REALLY small but comfortable enough and fine for a cheap one-night stay
