Passable

For the great location, it is not expensive. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming, so in my opinion these are actually this hotel's best assets together with location. The included breakfast was a nice-to-have although also very spartan, is needed to add (no honey or other nice accessories)

I don't think Stockholm Inn Hostel is such a good deal if you are travelling with people. As a solo traveler, it can be the cheapest some times, but once you are two people, there are better options out there imo. The rooms have no windows and are extremely narrow. It is crazy for two people to stay there. Also, the breakfast is actually consisting of a bread and tea or coffee, but there is not even honey. It is of course a nice-to-have, and it is OK for the price, but it is also better to know before hand. The second time I went there I went with friends and one of them couldn't stand a room without windows. So please bear in mind this very important fact. She couldn't stay in the room. Not recommended for claustrophobic people.

According to my reservation it states twin bed not a double bunk bed. It will be nice to be specific that way I will not be surprised when I get to the room. Hence was a bit disappointed!

This place is far from Corona-secure. The bedding stuff (pillows) was old and dirty. The pillow case had hair and stains. Waking up in this place was a hell... It spelled like someone had taken a dump in one of the rooms and the awful smell spread out everywhere. The staff said it was due to some outside work but getting out of the hotell was the best thing I could do to get fresh air. On my way out I was close to vomit 3-4 times...

All rooms were in the basement. No windows. Felt like in grave! The worst was that this important information was displayed only at the bottom of the booking.com page under the title "The fine print". This is ridiculous!!! My girlfriend almost suffered a heart attack and she is not claustrophobic.

The entire facility was underground, so no windows at all. Our room was so tiny we couldn’t even open our luggage or move at the same time in there. Sheets on one of the two beds were dirty (with hair and spots of blood). No elevator present, so we had to carry our heavy luggage back and forth on the stairs (with no help from the staff, may I add...) Breakfast was terrible, basically no choice whatsoever and no vegan options. We sent an email before our arrival and we never received a reply, we were three people and we had to book 2 double rooms. Only upon arrival we discovered the option to pay only 20€ for an extra guest in a double room.

What a scam! this "hotel" rented me a closet of 4 square meters without windows as a double room !!! I'm shocked. Waiting to be refound.

This hotel is a dungeon the only room above ground is the reception, on booking it was not made clear that the room for two used bunk beds, not a good arrangement for a couple in their 65 year. Room was tiny by extending my arms I could nearly touch both walls on the short wall, if my wife and I joined hands with arms extended we could touch the walls on the long wall.

Being told is a 5 stat hotel but is actually a 3 star leverage.

The place was nice and the location was very good. Not too far from Gamla Stan and a few good pubs around including Limerick.

The bed was horrendously soft. When I sat on it I thought it was going to swallow me. Not comfortable at all. The jacuzzi had not been used for a while as when I turned it on a lot of black stuff came out of the water jet holes. Not very pleasant.

Breakfast was really bad. Only some sandwiches, coffee and juice.

I am an operations manager of a hotel group. I have stay many hotels in my line of work. This is possibly the saddest Hotel I have ever stayed in.

Location was excellent and the breakfast was simple but OK.

The rooms are situated in the cellar and my they were not well enough ventilated. There are basically no windows. I found spots of mold here and there in the bathroom. In the corridor, just in front of my room, I saw dark marks on the carpet on the floor, just next to the wall. Although the corridor was not sufficiently illuminated, my impression is that there was mold behind the carpet.

Mattress was horrible, made of foam, without springs and extremely uncomfortable, preventing me from having a decent sleep for 3 nights.

Room was dirty and was asked to sleep in a bed with hairs for a night as No other rooms were available. Reception Guy asked me to wait in reception as he just brushed the hairs away and told me room was cleaned. Was still as dirty except for the obvious dirty parts I had pointed out.

no windows in the room and it was not noticed in the hotel description, very small room, but clean, in cellar to sleep is not so nice, 2 hair dryers for the whole hotel, you have to take it on the reseption and hope that it is not with somebody else.

It is like a hideout, without windows, and there is almost no place for one cabin suitcase in a "double" room, not to mention the absence of wardrobe. You will wake up and stand up on time not thanks to the sunlight, which is nonexistent, but due to the back pain caused by the tired mattress. If you stay more than 3 days there, you will catch the Stockholm-Syndrom.

Filthy hotel,strange orange marks in the bathroom wall, bunk bed which was not safe,whilst the top bunk was in use it would constantly creak and bulge - ended up sleeping on the floor as it didn't feel safe ! The plug socket by the top bunk also had a crackling electrical sound when you were using it. To top it off,during the night we heard the scurry of rats ! We left after the first night and booked somewhere else which was a lot nicer. Would definetly not recommend

Rooms are all in basement with no windows. The included breakfast was a waste of time - croissants and orange juice. Staff were not interested. Bedding so synthetic that it genuinely started sparking in the night so I had to cover pillows with a towel to reduce the static.

The bed sheets were not change , had human pubic hair and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean and was broken , I found several hairs in the jacuzzi and we didn’t have any control over the temperature of the water in the jacuzzi

The decor needs urgent updating. I'd recommend new carpet and to paint the horrible orange walls.

The bunkbeds was that step to far as the room wasn't even suitable for two anyway. The shower curtains were dark which made me nervous. I just hated the whole experience.
