Staff were DELIGHTFUL. thank you tana. Dinner blew our minds. We were treated so so well, a real treat. Amazing rooms. Lovely to be able to use the foot spa at the sister hotel. Lovely lovely

Slight drain smell in the toilet in our room

Hotel had a dedicated service staff assigned to us throughout the stay. Yooko was very patient and friendly. Her English was good too. Food was delicious! The in-suite onsen was the best :)

When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff (first via shuttle service provided at the train station, followed by the lobby area). This same staff saw us through our entire stay. We were on our honeymoon and as a sweet gesture, they gave us a set of chopsticks with their well wishes too. What we loved was that the building was kept very traditional. We booked the room with the private onsen which was very good and clean! Will go back someday to celebrate our anniversary :)

Location is abit far from the station but no worries as there is shuttle service provided :)
