Complementary breakfast had a variety of hot (French toast, scrambled eggs) and cold (yogurt, fruit) items. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The blanket on the bed was very thin and but the heater was noisy. The pillows were uncomfortably high and lumpy, they didn't have soft or flatter pillows.
Good breakfast, nice staff, clean, good sized rooms Pillows (felt like a pillowcase full of cotton balls) Bed-two doubles. I feel like queens are or at least should be pretty standard these days. Thin walls-heard the guy next door snoring all night Bottom line-not worth it. Sleep is what really counts.
The pool area including the grounds were excellent. Very unique and desirable, warm and welcoming. The bathroom in the 2 bed queen we stayed in was beautiful! The room decor was nice. The area it is in is the "ghetto" part of the desert. Looked like blood or something has been splattered on top of the ceiling. It was a big obvious area that should have been cleaned or painted over.
It was fine for the cost. Pretty far from any downtown. It's an old dump that was renovated. The pool area looked pretty but the pool was small. Woke up each morning from noises. Bring your own shampoo caus you barely get anything and it's super low quality stuff. They have an AC unit that makes a lot of noise, but works well. Food at the bar closes at 10 so eat before you come home at night. Everything was clean and looked nice, but they skimped where they could. Our main complaint was the location cause it was a good drive to downtown, but it is close to Vons and Walgreens and you get a mini fridge to put snacks in. No microwave though I reheat leftovers. Overall it was good for the price, but next time were gonna stay in palm springs.
They recently remodeled There was a scent in the lobby and it left little to be desired. While the rooms had been remodeled, they were not very clean. And the cable was out due to weather and we were not informed upon check in. We will never stay again, we wanted something a little more convenient for families. They need to upgrade their front doors to automatic, it's very difficult to pull in the cart and carry a child at once.

hot springs pool lay out was beautiful, service was friendly the rooms are somewhat dated.
It was nice place to have family vacation. I could choose to go in from many hot tubs. You never know how often they change water.
The overall appearance landscaping, lobby, staff is great. The restaurant Capri has great food. Great heat in pools. I would explain condition of hotel before I recommended it. Closer look while in pools, shower in the room, it all needs a lot of work, upgrading and remodel.Tiles in the pools are missing, mold, steps into swimming pool were gross, needed a good scrubbing. Ice machines no Ice. No outdoor shower. Room be cleaner
none I booked for a mini suit with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, turned out the sofa bed isnt the folding one that you can pull it out but a sofa that fit only a petite person. I stayed at the 1st floor, thought it would be nice but turned out a nightmare.
Peaceful I didn't feel there were natural waters.. There was some quimicals on it The restaurant tried to charge me for a side dish !
Everything is close in one place. Good restaurant. Free parking and internet Pool Furniture is old and partially damaged. Need to be changed to new
I love that it is not a huge complex. Also really felt I received a top quality facial from Hotel Emplioyee . She is a gem, and one of the main reasons this was my third visit to this resort in the last 14 months. Just that it is a 4 hour drive from Ventura. If it were closer, I would probably be there every other month.
It definitely was not a 3 star hotel. The bed was horrific. We couldn't sleep at all. We could feel the metal frame and springs. We actually left and didn't stay the second night, which we didn't get a refund but it was unbearable. The mattress. The bath tub tiles were mildew.
Great location and amenities No refund
The hotel is a simple run down little place, which is what you want when you are spending money going to Coachella. it was cute and perfect for the price. The bed and sheets were really uncomfortable and a pool would be awesome!!
Helpful staff Condition of room and bathroom and linens was very poor. Holes in sheets, towels were not always replaced. Bathroom walls chipping and paint peeling. overall cleanliness of room was poor, even for a discount hotel.
Location No Pool
It was close enough where the group party was... Also 0100-0200 close enough to go when it was time to go to bed... Do not believe the photos in the website, they are deceiving!!! Those photos had to be taken, when the Motel was first built!!!
It was not really off the street so it was noisy with the cars passing. The pillows were also very thin.
Hotel was close to Pioneertown, close to Pappy and Harriets. it was find for what we needed and the price was cheap.
Two Bunch Palms has never disappointed. It is a serene, beautiful, and relaxing experience. We have been going for years and even though there have been changes, it is still the best choice for a spa vacation. I was disappointed by the fact that our room was not cleaned and we had to call for housekeeping. I was put on hold for an unacceptable time. When the room was finally cleaned at 6:30 PM., it wasn't restocked with everything, and the bed was not made up.
It was a very comfortable little place. There were two very friendly staff that I met and the woman at the front desk gave us a tour of whole hotel before personally escorting us to our room even though we showed up somewhat late. They have 2 jacuzzis heated by natural hot springs and a warm pool also heated by the hot springs. The pool a jacuzzis were open 24 hours and we could wander into the breakfast area and have coffee and snacks all night if we had liked. They also have spa services we didn't have time to try. It was a great little stay, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, not so over the top like I've seen at a number of hotels. We enjoyed ourselves.
All of the different soaking pools. Cigarette smoke coming from all of the room balconies and patios.
The hotel restaurant was well run and the food was above average. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was punctual attending to an issue with the television. The pools were clean and the pool areas were well kept.
The pools are nice, the room is large and clean, the bed is comfy. The WiFi does NOT work and the room is a little noisy
I love this place- we often go for the day to soak and swim. I got lucky and got a good rate so we got to spend the night too. Enjoying the hot water and a good book is wonderful. I think it is perfect. I appreciate all the work being done to maintain it.
The swimming pools and karoke Nothing
The view from my window was stunning. TV did not work until an hour before check out. Phone did not work until morning of check out. Non-smoking room was so contaminated with smoke smell I became sick. Check out staff considers guests an afterthought. No compensatory adjustments offered.
location to the pools water taps on tub (shower) and sink very difficult to turn on and never cold water
The newly renovated rooms, the balcony, the location. There was no spa services even though they advertise they have a spa. Nobody could find it & the check in lady didn't even know how to get there. We came just for the spa so it was very disappointing. The bed was super hard.
Nothing. Waited at the desk for over 10 minutes to check in, should've bolted straightaway. Place is a dump. Stay AWAY!! Too bad I paid ahead, tried to avoid staying once I saw the place but woman at the desk said no refunds. Do NOT stay here if u like real hotels
