Positiv: Late departure, dirty, staff not friendly.

Positiv: Everything! The service was exceptional!

Negativ: Entertainment worked sporadically

Negativ: The airport, some of the crew, the aircraft seats, the entertainment system

Negativ: Delayed by 4 hours

Positiv: Der Hinflug war pünktlich und ohne Vorfälle. Leider war der Rückflug verspätet, was ich aber erst am Flughafen erfahren hatte und so eine (1) Stunde länger auf den Abflug warten musste. Somit haben sich auch die anderen Abfahrten verzögert und ich bin gut zwei (2) Stunden später am Zielort eingetroffen. Schade. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und auch die Gepäckausgabe funktionierte optimal, d.h. zügig und ohne Schaden.

Negativ: Dazu kann ich keine Auskunft geben, da auf der kurzen Strecke das Angebot nicht von mir genutzt wurde.

Positiv: Baggage drop informed gave us a heads up of extra charges to additional carry on bags if they need to be placed as hold luggage at gate, so we were able to check them at bag drop and save lots of money!

Negativ: Flight could have been on time.

Positiv: Budget carrier. No frills. You get what you pay for.

Negativ: At least provide water.

Negativ: Get rid of the nickel and diming!

Positiv: Everyone was helpful and the trip was nice & Great!

Negativ: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Positiv: Newer plane, crew was amazing, seats were adjustable

Positiv: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Negativ: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Positiv: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Positiv: My seat at the window was great and the staff really friendly and courteous!

Negativ: Our first flight got delayed, so we had to miss our flight from Berlin to Amsterdam.

Positiv: I had the exit row seat so I was comfortable.

Negativ: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Positiv: Short comfortable flight, no free drinks or snacks

Negativ: One piece of our luggage didn't make it. It's been 3 days, still no luggage!

Negativ: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Positiv: It's a large company in London so it was easy to navigate at the terminals.

Negativ: It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special.
