Positiv: Fast boarding, crew was able to help

Positiv: There wasn't much to like. Thank goodness I paid a little extra for priority boarding/seating.

Negativ: They would not even serve you free water!

Positiv: It was ok. Nothing more. Crew was helpfull if needed

Negativ: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...

Positiv: The price was low

Negativ: Although we boarded at a gate with a jet bridge, we didn't use it (for some reason). Also when we landed, the pilot really smacked the plane down on the runway. I (along with other people) exclaimed "Oh my god!" due to the force that the plane hit the runway.

Positiv: food was better than expected and not too pricy

Negativ: no delay!

Negativ: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Negativ: Baggage reclaim very slow

Positiv: The seat was comfortable.

Negativ: We were delayed for nearly an hour.

Positiv: Quick boarding.

Negativ: The seats are just not comfortable in the slightest. There is no room. No where to put your legs.

Positiv: A 6 hour delay with rude, nasty staff. I will be making a formal complaint.

Negativ: The staff bullied a girl next to me and have no sympathy.

Positiv: Flight was 20 minutes early.

Negativ: they charged me 50 euro for not checking in online, which is just theft.

Positiv: The airline is clean and the staff is professional.

Negativ: My seat in the middle would not recline back and the seats were uncomfortable.

Negativ: I could not check in online and BA is not available on the kiosk in the airport.

Positiv: nice plane and seats left on time

Negativ: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Negativ: Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..

Positiv: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Negativ: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Positiv: Very little to like flying like this

Negativ: This is a cut rate airline and if that is what you want and nothing else available this is your flight

Negativ: They made me go through a lot of runaround -- three different lines -- to get a boarding pass and I had to pay £15 for it.

Negativ: Seats could have been more comfortable

Negativ: The process is set up to extract exorbitant fees.

Positiv: The flight stewards and stewardesses were polite and nice.

Negativ: Easyjet always overbooks and was late leaving causing us to get in at 1:30am on a flight that was supposed to leave at 9:35pm. They overbook and forced us to out our carry ons in the hold, further delaying us when we landed and had to run to catch the last train out of Gatwick. Their one bag only policy is rubbish. Even Ryanair allows a carry on and laptop bag. This forces customers to have to overstuff their carry ons. The only way to get an extra bag is to pay, and over my dead body am I paying for what every other airline provides free of charge. If I have to extoll the virtues of Ryanair on here, you know you're doing something wrong. The ground staff is absolutely rude and had an altercation with my partner over checking our bags, only to find out they don't even represent Easyjet! So they clearly don't care about customer service since the airline isn't even employing them. Please have staff who are trained to deal with customers support you and who actually work for your airline, otherwise, why would they care?! I will try and avoid flying with Easyjet if at all possible. Garbage policies, constant lateness and terrible ground staff.

Positiv: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Negativ: My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it.

Negativ: Check in war sehr schlecht und auf dem Flug bekam man nicht mal einen Schluck Wasser gratis... Einfach unglaublich wie schlecht der Service war.

Negativ: Be good as you are.

Positiv: Leather seats and plenty of leg room. Flight was on time.

Positiv: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Negativ: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Negativ: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Negativ: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Negativ: People were called to the gate according to original departure time, although the flight was delayed (this info was give via loudspeakers.) I for one had to rush from a coffee shop, thinking that we are now boarding. Instead I had to stand up for 45 min (no seats in the corridor) to get into a boarding area, just to continue standing as all the seats were taken - I wasn't the only one, there were mothers with small children who couldn't find a seat either. Temperature was about 30 oC. Suggestions: 1. Don't alert people too early. 2. Offer water when temperature is so high and wait so long. 3. Ask young men playing games on they smartphones to give up their seats to those who have difficulty standing up.

Positiv: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Negativ: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Positiv: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Negativ: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Negativ: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Positiv: Standard seat. Crew engaging and entertaining without compromising safety or comfort

Negativ: Everything optimal

Negativ: Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available.

Negativ: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Positiv: Ich konnte mein Handgepäck auch wirklich in den Flieger nehmen. (In 9/10 Fällen wird es dann doch eingecheckt.)

Positiv: Ταξίδεψα με ασφάλεια, χωρίς καθυστερηση, με μεγαλη εξυπηρετησει!!! ΜΠΡΑΒΟ!!

Positiv: On time flight.

Negativ: Even charging for water is extreme. Boarding snafu as we already were security checked and passport checked waiting for our flight, the change in gate made us change terminal and redo all.

Positiv: First this flight wasn't operated nor flown byfinnair. We were delayed leaving Berlin, which made us delayed getting to London, they rescheduled us, delayed leaving London (we paid for direct route to Dallas, we were rerouted to Chicago), delayed getting into Chicago, missed flight to Dallas, had to stay in chicago overnight, delayed leaving Chicago, arrived in Dallas 23 hours after supposed to be home.

Negativ: That it wasn't even Finnair but that's how it was sold to us, that we paid for direct route, but we weee sent to another city and had more legs on flight.

Positiv: I love Tegel and it's too bad that it's on the way out. Easy, easy check in.

Positiv: The crew always had a smile on their faces and the entertainment was also quite nice.

Negativ: I felt packed in line a sardine. For an 8 hour flight it was inhumane. The air conditioning wasn't working in my seat which added greatly to the discomfort.
