Positiv: A 6 hour delay with rude, nasty staff. I will be making a formal complaint.

Negativ: The staff bullied a girl next to me and have no sympathy.

Negativ: Seats could have been more comfortable

Positiv: Crew were friendly and did their best in a bad situation

Negativ: Flight was delayed. Gate was disorganised, like hearding cats and the poor crew were missing essentials from their food and beverage carts. Like milk for their coffee.

Negativ: They made me go through a lot of runaround -- three different lines -- to get a boarding pass and I had to pay £15 for it.

Positiv: Amy was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! One of the best flight attendants l have ever met.

Positiv: Our crew on the trip from DC to London was excellent- friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience.

Negativ: The short trip from London to Vienna felt overcrowded with people lugging heavy suitcases on board. Also the fact that you have to purchase even water was a surprise because we were not aware of such a severe policy by BA. Plus our American credit cards were not accepted by the on board cc machine so we spent 2 hour flight without any refreshments

Positiv: The flight was 9hr each leg which is not baf of elder people. The food was fine. Entertainment was good. Austin to london flight was a little spacious and comfortable.

Negativ: You need to display gate information for connecting flight well in advance for thr elder people to get to the gate on time. We had the gate information displayed just 1 hour before departure. London to hyderabad flight was too cold. If the temperature was adjusted above 72 degrees it would have been appreciated. London to hyderabad flight was cramped up. Not at all spacious, my knees started to hurt after the flight.

Negativ: better assistance for people on wheelchairs in the airport.

Positiv: Nothing. Wiorst flight ever!

Negativ: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Positiv: I liked the original ticket price of US$39 per person for our flight from Berlin to London. The flight arrived ahead of schedule...and was comfortable.

Negativ: With the added baggage fees of 35 GBP per bag, the initial price was inflated...with the 8 GBP per seat choice, it went even higher...my option for seat selection was a to let the airline choose seats for us and I didn't want to take the risk of being separated from my wife, so I chose to select our seats.

Positiv: The plane was nice and new.

Negativ: The cabin bag policy is ridiculous - we had small backpacks and had to put them in the hold. The plane was oversold so we were late while we waited for someone to get off. My friend has an NZ passport (with a 5 year ancestory UK visa) and had to print out her boarding pass at the hotel and then get it stamped - we don’t have to do this for any other low cost flights! Not sure Ryanair is really worth the “cheap” flights with all the add ons and hassle.

Positiv: No issues - everything went smoothly

Negativ: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Negativ: Although we boarded at a gate with a jet bridge, we didn't use it (for some reason). Also when we landed, the pilot really smacked the plane down on the runway. I (along with other people) exclaimed "Oh my god!" due to the force that the plane hit the runway.

Negativ: NOTHING SPECIAL TO REPORT.

Positiv: Online booking was nice and easy.

Negativ: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.

Negativ: Depart on time.

Positiv: alles in allem war der Flug mit Ryanair gut. Die online Buchung verlief absolut problemlos, die Abfertigung am Terminal verlief zügig,Flieger war pünktlich und der Flug angenehm.

Negativ: kein Bord Entertainment, auch für Getränke muß man zahlen und der Flieger ist sehr minimal ausgestattet.

Negativ: Bags were soaken wet at arrival

Negativ: I could not check in online and BA is not available on the kiosk in the airport.

Positiv: Flight left on time and arrived in Lyon early. Crew was attentive.

Negativ: Seat wouldn't go back.

Positiv: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Negativ: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Positiv: We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers

Negativ: Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area

Positiv: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Negativ: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Positiv: Flight was 20 minutes early.

Negativ: The seats. The gate was one og the last ones

Positiv: Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good.

Negativ: Seats were a a bit cramped. The flight crew seemed overworked.

Positiv: There wasn't much to like. Thank goodness I paid a little extra for priority boarding/seating.

Negativ: They would not even serve you free water!

Positiv: I liked the cheap fare and the front and back exits... The baggage handlers had the checked bags to baggage claim faster than I could get through customs..

Negativ: My bag was about one inch too big to go as carry-on, and they charged me more to check a bag than I paid for my ticket to London! I could have bought a ticket for my bag to sit next to me and saved money.

Positiv: Nothing. I was offloaded minutes before boarding by BA without any explanations. The staff was not helpful in any way. BA is suggesting either non recept of payment or credit card fraud. Both reasons are totally bogus.

Negativ: Proper communication by both BA and local handlers at the airport in Iceland.

Positiv: The crew was great and food very good

Negativ: The purchase through a third party vendor on Kayak was a disaster. disclosure was not given about class of service purchased and limitations of that class of service. I spent so much on luggage costs and change fees I could have purchased first class. I will never book through Kayak again - will always go straight to the airline for purchase. This was a disaster.

Negativ: The seats are small as it is. Putting boxes under the front seats hurts after a few hours ... whoever designs this should be forced to fly long-howls himself

Positiv: The pilots gave details of flying conditions and landing conditions. Flight was smooth and on time
