But i arrived to the flight after an injury in my leg when i can barley walk and needed my handbag as it has my painkillers and my leg band, but they refuse to let me keep it and keep insist that i have to put it inside the cabin bag. At the end i paid 60 euro!!!! for that as i didn't have energy to argue and the flight was about to leave. This is the last time i'll use easy jet!!! i'd rather pay more and get some human behavior. very very poor and disappointing experience."

Gatwick is freezing cold and I was forced to put on many layers of my clothes just to prevent freezing. It was suggested that I get a hotel room. I was on a tight budget and couldn't afford a hotel, so I was forced to sleep in the terminal. I had a hotel reservation in Berlin for the night that I slept in the airport and lost a day and a half of mt vacation that I can't recover. All in all it cost me an additional 70 euros to re-book as well as $150 for my hotel room and 20 euros on cheap airport food. Im really pissed!"

We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. The beginning of the end for Easyjet?"

You made me pay 50$ to check 1, then want to check my other "approved" ones for free cuz you ran out of cabin space? Just spend the 50$ extra and book with a better organized airline"

Waited for ages before it left and then had a long tour around the whole of Gatwick airport being thrown around as we had to hang on for dear life to high bars. You we buggered if you were short."

I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Negativ: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

Ein Hinweis wäre hilfreicher gewesen als die ständige Werbung für Buchung von mehr Handgepäck, Sitzplätze, Priority...Und die Genervtheit der Mitarbeiterin war verständlich, da wir wohl nicht die einzigen waren. zum Glück hat ihre supernette Kollegin vom Nebenschalter das dann wieder wett gemacht, so dass die schlechte Laune der ersten nicht auf unsere Laune abfärbte. Einfach ärgerlich und unnötig!"

I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."

The on board staff never offered to help anyone struggling to find their seat or with their hand luggage. In fact the 2 girls at the back end of the plane were too busy bickering to notice anything. The space you get to sit in is ridiculous you can't even bend down in it. And the plane was delayed."
Negativ: "Also, das hat war ein etwas länger Flug, sollte mann mindestens Wässer bekommen. Wir müssten für alles zählen Getränke oder Essen und es gab keine echt fair Preis."
Positiv: "Der Flug hatte 1,5 Stunden Verspätung. Zweckmäßig, aber wenig Komfort. Das Netz am Vordersitz und damit auch eine Brechtüte haben gefehlt. Der Klapptisch war nicht gereinigt. Sicher ein günstiger Flug, aber solche Kleinigkeiten sollten nicht fehlen."
Negativ: "I would be great if the flight attendants quieter than the aeroplane engines. My earbuds are no expensive enough."
Positiv: "Leider empfinde ich das inzwischen als Abzocke, dass dauernd zusätzlich noch Gebühren fällig werden. Handgepäck ist bald überhaupt nicht mehr kostenfrei dabei. Fliegt man zu zweit bekommt man "zufällig" immer Plätze auseinander, um dann eine Umbuchung von 7,- € zahlen zu müssen. Wer Rücken hat, sollte nicht länger als 1 Stunde in so einer Büchse sitzen."

Es hat nichts gefehlt aber ich kann ihn nicht mehr verwenden. Als wir es reklamieren wollten, hieß es, Ryanair wird die Kosten nicht übernehmen. Ausserdem hatten wir 1 Stunde Verspätung."
Negativ: "Poor customer service, no information on or apology for delay. Then 1.5 hrs after landing our baggage finally came on the baggage carousel. Again no explanation or info. Very poor experience."
Positiv: "60 Minuten Verspätung wurde bis auf 25 Minuten wieder eingeholt. Personal sehr freundlich"
Positiv: "Im Gegensatz zum Flughafen Berlin/Schönefeld sehr gute Informationen zum Boarding am Flughafen Köln/Bonn. Auch im Flieger wurden Informationen auf Deutsch gut verständlich vermittelt. Dies geschah auf dem Hinflug nicht! Ansonsten waren die Ansprachen vom Flugkapitän bzw. Crew über die Lautsprecher schwer zu verstehen. Die Rückenlehne der Sitze ist nicht verstellbar und damit ist der Sitzkomfort unbequem."
Negativ: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"
Positiv: "Flugzeug sauber und wirkt technisch gut in Schuss, Personal gepflegt und freundlich"
Negativ: "Sehr zeitaufwenig, weil man früh da sein muss und sehr lange Wege hat: Terminal 2 also 15min vom Bahnhof, dort zum letzten Gate-Block, von da mindestens 15min Busfahrt über den ganzen Airport. Im Flieger fast 1 Stunde rumhocken bevor er startet, ohne dass Getränke oder Essen verkauft wurden. Die Sitze sind ab gut 180cm Körpergröße nicht mehr ergonomisch, wird mir ab ca. 2h Flugdauer unangenehm. Kein Netz oder Tasche am Sitz des Vordermanns, so dass man Handy usw. nicht 'mal schnell' verstauen kann."

Positiv: "Der Flug war rund 60 Minuten verspätet, trotzdem wurden wir pünktlich zum Boarding aufgefordert und standen eine Stunde in einem zugigen Gang, ohne weitere Informationen zu erhalten."

Negativ: "Very unorganized no idea about time scheduling boarding right up until take off and then spent nearly a further hour trying to get off of the run way. No reason given just blamed ground staff at the airport no apology felt very unprofessional. Should of made me effort explaining why we were delayed had to cancel plans as we were nearly an hour later than taking off was planned."

Negativ: "Das Boarding war ne Katastrophe, wenn man alles bezahlen muss, sollte zu mindestens alles da sein, für knapp 190 Passagiere gab es nur 3 paninis zu essen, dann waren sie ausverkauft!! Peinlich"
Positiv: "The crew were very friendly and very helpful with my sister struggling with her baggage due to her breaking her arm a few weeks ago. The crew on the ground at Shannon and on-board the flight could not do any more for us."
Negativ: "The seating arrangements whereby we had to pay extra to sit together despite us booking the three tickets all at the same time. Ryanair are over-charging their customers with these hidden charges which are only declared at the check-in stage"
