The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Hatte am service Gate gefragt , ob ich direkt auf den Flug nach hamburg tauschen kann - es gab freie Plätze und ich hätte einen für 622 Euro kaufen können. Warum muss das anders sein als beim Zug ? Fliegen ist wie Zug fahren . Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . Danke , dass sie das ausrichten .. viele Grüße"

Negativ: "They gave us ipads to watch movies, which were old and didn't work well, but were difficult to hold if you also got a tray or a drink. They didn't give you much water and it was hard to get service. The airplane itself looked pretty old and a little run-down."

Negativ: "After waiting around in the airport for almost 10 hours we were finally told the flight was cancelled and my direct flight turned into a taxi transfer and 3 flights with a day lost on my vacation. I was not offered any compensation however I heard some passengers were given $7 food vouchers to be spent only in a small convenience store that was the only store open."

Positiv: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Negativ: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."

Negativ: "I didn't appreciate that my flight time changed and I wasn't notified until well after the fact. Aeromexico at Benito Juarez didn't seem to know what was happening either. I didn't know which gate was flight was leaving from until after boarding the scheduled boarding time. When family in the States tried to get updates about the delays, the customer service rep gave incorrect information. I'm not sure that I'll be flying Aeromexico again."

Negativ: "Flight Delays: It happens, BUT every flight, but 1 was severely delayed leaving, arriving, and then departing again. The only flight that left and arrived on time was Guatemala to Mexico City. Mis information from Flight Crew: Aero Mexico flight crew put everyone in a panic on flight from LAX to MEX and Guatemala to MEX by saying that everyone had to pick up their luggarge.. even if you were just in transit to another country. Once I went down and asked Information, they stated that I did not need to pick up my bags as they would in fact be transportated to my final destination. When I told AeroMexico about this.. they didn’t seem to care that they were saying something completely different to everyone on their planes. In the future I will avoid booking with Aero Mexico.. I felt vulnerable and that Mexico didn’t have its clients in their best interest. Additionally, their lack of WiFi is embarrassingly cheap of them. Guatemala has free wifi, I assumed everywhere provides wifi for its visitors. Mexico supposedly gives you 5 min free and they don’t make that easy to access."

She said i should sit, because it could take a long time. She didn't ask my name nor tell me who I should be waiting for. Just to wait. I had to ask for the persons name I should be waiting for and if she would be wearing a AM suit. I asked if there was a desk where she would be, and with an attitude the Rep, said "I already told, you just go wait by McDonald's". After waiting for an hour and asking every woman that walked by if they were Stephanie, I finally found her. She was walking by, clearly not looking for me. I had to follow her and stop her. If not she would have walked right by. Once we spoke, she was very helpful."
