Negativ: "Wie kann man in Zeiten von "Corona" das Flugzeug komplett voll belegen und dann mit "Vertrauen" und "We care for your health" werben? So bekommt man verlorene Kunden bestimmt nicht dazu, wieder öfters zu fliegen... :-("

After 60mins, airport info agent checked & said chair was coming. After 75mins, DRK agent arrived with 2 wheelchairs and wasted time trying to find a second passenger needing assistance. Agent then rushed us through terminal with no opportunity to get food or drink or use bathrooms. Got to very remote gate 15mins before departure, and boarded last. Don't use BA Hamburg if you need assistance."

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Positiv: "Pünktlich, freundlich. Die Landung musste abgebrochen werden, da ein anderes Flugzeug die Landebahn noch blockierte, der Flugbegleiter hat sofort eine Durchsage gemacht und die Passagiere beruhigt."
Negativ: "Das Boarding ist sehr umständlich, da die Sitzplätze beim Gate abgesperrt waren. Man sollte dies besser organisieren, da einige ältere Leute nicht so lange stehen können."

Als Erklärung dafür war eine wenig glaubhafte Beschwerde eines vorherigen Fluggastes angegeben, der verdächtige Geräusche beim verlassen des Flugzeuges angab und das Flugzeug untersucht werden musste."
