It is VERY important to be sited, although the seats are available you should be sited where your boarding pass directs you to be."

Rather than pad the list with the likes of Boss Baby or Going out in Style or even a mediocre 60% offering in the Fast and Furious franchise. Wonderful crew, though, can't say enough about how polite and attentive they are."

The airline did not open the gate area until 1+35 prior to the flight (advertised 2-hrs prior), and did not put anyone at the gate-desk until 1-hr prior to departure ...and they still could not help us. Boarding was disorganized; Lufthansa appeared to board by different groups, but there were no announcements as to which group(s) should board. Instead there was just a large crowd milling about, waiting to push their way to a gate agent. Very un-German."

This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"

Positiv: "The very gracious crew kept coming by with drinks and snacks, as well as lunch and dinner (in coach).The entertainment system is top notch, with a few dozen movies, lots of TV shows and more, with screens for each seat. The only complaint is that there's not much space between seats, so that when the person in front of you leans back, things can get tight. On the plus side, the bathrooms are downstairs (down a short staircase) and there's plenty of waiting room, so you don't get the usual congestion. Overall, a wonderful experience for an intercontinental flight."

Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

Da die Fluggesellschaft (Air Serbia) telefonisch nicht erreichbar war (auch auf Anfrage Flughafenpersonals wurde nicht geantwortet), musste ich das Gepäckstück erneut zahlen. Derzeit versuche ich Air Serbia wegen dieser Causa zu erreichen, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Bisher leider ohne Erfolg. Darüber hinaus hat der Flug sowohl bei der Hin- als auch der Rückreise Verspätung."

Wenn man normales Gepäckstück dazu buchen möchte, (nur noch das Handgepäck ist inklusive - und hier achtet Air Serbia darauf, dass dieses nicht über 8 Kg wiegt), wird man auf eine Serviceseite umgeleitet. Dort muß man neben dem Preis noch extra Gebühren für das Dazubuchen eines Gepäckstückes bezahlen, das ist schon heftig. Dann funktionierte weder auf Hin- noch auf Rückflug dieses Dazubuchen des Koffers auf Anhieb, wir hatten zum Glück den Ausdruck der Bestätigung dabei. In Prag dauerte das Boarding deswegen für uns 10 min, zum Glück waren wenigstens die Angestelltern nett und entschuldigten sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten, in Tirana mussten wir vom Boarding unverrichteter Dinge wieder weg, zum Air Serbia Schalter und die Buchung des Gepäcktückes bestätigen lassen, und uns dann erneut hinten an der Schlange anstellen.... Das ist Service schlechtester Güte und dringend verbesserungsbedürftig. Man sollte doch wenigstens direkt bei der Flugbuchung auch den Koffer bezahlen können. Sonst dann lieber doch paar Euro mehr und die Lufthansa.."

Negativ: "I expected to get an e-mail with an offer to upgrade to Business Class as I was flying a day before my birthday, so I was in a mood to treat myself - but unfortunately, that never came. Once on board, when the meal was served, the breakfast meal had the scrambled eggs soaked with water, so didn't get the amazing food that others have talked about., Before landing, we were served a long sandwich that was very amateurish. Boarding was chaotic - as typical in many places in Europe, there is no boarding order - just people forming a line and getting on the plane."

The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

Negativ: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

On our return trip the luggage took a long time to reach baggage claim, but 40 minutes. The flight was only 15 minutes long."

Umgebuchter Flug wurde dann aus unersichtluchen Gründen nochmal annulliert. Alles von vorn. Niemand kann etwas zur Kostenübernahme sagen. Ich kam 3tage später an. Nie wieder Brittisch Airways!!!!"

Negativ: "I am not tall enough to reach the overhead compartments to place my bag inside. Two passengers kindly helped me on the return flight. On my last trip with BA a 6ft steward told me off for not being able to lift my case over my head and place in the overhead compartment. He refused to help me with my bag he said he had a bad back and I swore I would never fly British Airways again and I wouldn't have if I had realised that my return flight was with them. However, this time was different it was a good flight but if passengers don't help lift my case in the overhead locker in future I have no idea what I will do. I never have this problem with other airlines."

Der Flug von FRA nach TXL war dann über eine Stunde verspätet, aber gottseidank war der Hydraulikschaden, der die Maschine einsatzunfähig machte, vor dem Abflug beim Check entdeckt worden, nicht auszudenken, wenn das nicht gecheckt worden wäre. Danach ging es auch zügig und überschaubar weiter."
Negativ: "Was immer doof ist: ich sage beim Check-In, aber auch beim Betreten des Flugzeuges dem/der meinem Platz nächststehenden Purser Bescheid, dass ich sehr schwerhörig bin und mit zwei Geräten unterwegs bin und bei Dingen, die man wissen sollte, eine direkte Ansprache brauche. Beim Flug von SFO nach FRA hat die Stewardess sich das sogar mit Kugelschreiber auf der Hand mit meinem Sitzplatz notiert, aber es hatte leider keine Auswirkungen. Ich würde mich also über Textskripte bei Ansagen auf dem Monitor sehr freuen, ebenso über deutsche Untertitel bei den Filmen. In den Überseemaschinen ist die Übertragung der Ansagen meistens klanglich ok - in den Inlandflügen, so wie von FRA nach TXL war die Lautsprecheransage so verzerrt, dass ich nichts verstanden habe. Wenn dabei wichtige Informationen gewesen wären, hätte ich leider Pech gehabt. Das ist sehr behindertenunfreundlich."

The flight attendant was totally unsurprised, and mentioned they'd been "working on fixing that for a while." Every other airline I've flown, when they can't process your card, they accept it as their issue and just give you the beverage. BA were quite happy to leave me sitting thirsty without even a water for the two hour flight, with nary a apology for their technical issue. A rather basic plane, without entertainment, nor internet."

I was disappointed that they did not honor my request, which was made online and supposedly held in the booking system. Heathrow is another story - terrible airport, no decent food. Oh, and BA even charges for water on the European flights. How low can you go?"

Negativ: "Heavy fog on London pushed my Nice-Heathrow 2h back. They knew about it yet, let us board the plane more or less on time. Once on board they told us we'd stay on ground for 2h, and if anybody wanted to other plans on this new years eve, they had 5minute to get off the plane. I had only 2h transfer time in Heathrow and asked if I got off if I could be rerouted through another hub. The stewardess had no clue, but said this is usually dealt from London and they have more options there, so I staid in plane. It would have been better to know that in terminal where wifi was available and we could have BA customer service give us individual attention."
