What’s worse, is the monitors weren’t just black... they were stuck on a bright white screen which were constantly in our face and prevented us from sleeping. Towards the end of the flight, out of desperation for sleep, I placed my blanket over the three defective monitors so the two other people in my row and I could try and sleep, but I was yelled at by a stewardess because she considered it a fire hazard! She was completely unsympathetic. Having a blinding white light in your face rather than an entertainment system, on a 14 hour flight, was torturous. My girlfriend and I were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this flight. The food was also very underwhelming and akin to bad hospital food. But at least that was bearable."

Das Essen ist entsprechend auch mieser als der sonstige Mikrowellenkram. Es gab genau 1 deutschsprachigen Film im Bordprogramm."

Uncomfortable seat with no leg room to speak of whatsoever. The seat didn't incline for sleep and drifted slowly within in a couple of minutes o the upright position. The travelers were horrible as well. Many passengers were just not behaving well. Left toilet papers all over the floor. Toilet room was poorly maintained. No napkin towels to wipe our hands! Flimsy napkin (if you can call that!) for dinner. Generally, the worst flight experience that my wife and I have had! And, we fly a lot around the world!"

What do you expect one to do for 14+ hours if they don’t get sleep on a flight?! Ran out of bathroom rolls The back side of the seat was broken so every time the person behind you move or put something in back pocket, you could feel the entire pressure on the seat making it extremely uncomfortable for flight duration."

As non-vegetarians, we love meat or fish. And want decent food. Especially when flying business class. Everybody Got The Same vegetarian meal. A shame !! No alcholic beverages on board, not even beer. Never again with this airline. We received our luggage at last. While economy passenger Got their luggage quick."

When the meal was served there was good all over the cabin floor and hot coffee was spilled on my hand and lap while the flight crew was serving the person next to me."

Horrible that someone did not even think about it"

Negativ: "The plane was old and dated, with duct tape visibly used everywhere. There was a moldy smell that hits you as soon you cross the business class into economy. The flight was delayed because two passengers where assigned the same seat on the flight, which took a lengthy time to resolve. No beverages or snacks were offered until 4 hrs into the flight and when it came to dinner, they ran out of food (veg option). They pieced together a meal for me (and many others), which basically was bread and whatever leftovers they had un-used from business class meals. The air hostesses where rarely seen unless it was for lunch/dinner service, and had a poor attitude. I asked for some water and they made it seem like it was an out of the world request. Both takeoff and landing where harsh. At take off, it was almost like a vertical take off and at landing, we came in too fast and once on the ground the pilot slammed on the breaks. If I had more time to book, I would of gone with another airline... will never be flying with Air India again."

Negativ: "1. Too many security checks - the main one was done in Mumbai airport first and once again we had to do one more security at the point of getting into the aircraft! This is a real pain for the customers, is a definite no-no - it just means that there is no confidence in the customer and this sole point could easily bring down the rating for the airline! 2. Having to take a shuttle bus to another location for boarding!"
Negativ: "The bathrooms were really bad; they were dirty and water clogged within an hour of take off. Also the cabinets in the bathrooms were broken and stuck in place using scotch tape that was peeling off."
